The company owns over 500 nursing facilities, hospitals, senior housing complexes, and other facilities. Its properties are located in about 43 US states and 2 Canadian provinces. Most are leased to Kindred Healthcare, its former corporate sibling. The company has annual revenue of about $332.9 million and employs about 30 people.
