Greg Wasson is president and CEO of Walgreens.
Wasson joined Walgreens as a pharmacy intern in 1980 while a student at Purdue University’s school of pharmacy, where he graduated in 1981. He managed several Houston drugstores before being promoted to a district manager in 1986. He was promoted to a regional vice president of Walgreens store operations in 1999.
In 2001, he was named a Walgreens vice president and executive vice president of Walgreens Health Initiatives, the company’s pharmacy benefit manager (PBM). Wasson was promoted to president of Walgreens Health Initiatives in 2002, to a Walgreens senior vice president in 2004 and to a Walgreens executive vice president in 2005. He was named president and chief operating officer of Walgreens in 2007 and was promoted to CEO in February 2009.

Hal Rosenbluth is president of Walgreens Health and Wellness division and a corporate senior vice president.
He joined the company in 2007 when Walgreens acquired Take Care Health Systems, which Rosenbluth co-founded. Take Care Health Systems manages convenient care clinics located at Walgreens drugstores.
Walgreens Health and Wellness division was formed in March 2008 as part of Walgreens acquisitions of two leading operators of worksite health centers, I-trax, Inc. of Chadds Ford, Penn., parent company of CHD Meridian Healthcare, LLC, and privately held Whole Health Management of Cleveland. With these acquisitions, Walgreens has more than 500 worksite and retail health centers, including its Take Care Health Clinics.
Rosenbluth has 29 years of experience in the business-to-business sector as founder of Rosenbluth International (RI), a global travel management company. Through a series of acquisitions, he built RI into a $5 billion business with 4,300 employees operating in 35 countries before selling the company to American Express in 2003. The following year, he co-founded Take Care Health Systems, which opened its first convenient care clinic in November 2005.
Rosenbluth earned a bachelor of general studies degree from the University of Miami in 1974.

Stan Blaylock is a senior vice president of Walgreens and president of Walgreens Health Services (WHS), Walgreens managed care division, based in Deerfield, Ill.
Before joining Walgreens, Blaylock co-founded Medmark in 2003 and served as chief financial officer and chief administration officer before being named president and CEO in 2005.
Blaylock previously was an account officer for Citibank’s corporate banking division in New York and Boston from 1987 to 1989. He then worked as an investment banker for Alex. Brown from 1989 to 1993, when he joined Option Care, Inc. as vice president of mergers and acquisitions/new business ventures. Blaylock rejoined Alex. George J. Riedl is senior vice president of pharmacy innovation and purchasing for Walgreens. Riedl joined Walgreens in 1982 as a pharmacy intern, graduating the following year with a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from the University of Illinois.
He was a store pharmacist and district pharmacy supervisor until 1991, when he was promoted to company headquarters. There, he held various positions in Walgreens health services, purchasing and e-commerce departments before being named a general merchandise manager in purchasing in February 2000.

Randy Lewis is senior vice president of supply chain management who manages the inventory process from vendor to store for Walgreen Co., headquartered in Deerfield, Ill.
Previously Lewis headed Walgreens distribution and logistics division for 13 years. In that role Lewis oversaw Walgreens distribution network across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Don Huonker is senior vice president of healthcare innovation for Walgreens, headquartered in Deerfield, Ill.
Huonker began his Walgreen career in 1995 as a management trainee in St. Louis. He became a store manager in 1996 and a district manager in Houston in 1998. From 2001 to 2002 he was on special assignment at the corporate office working on the company’s SIMS Plus computer system.

Alan G. McNally is chairman of Walgreen Co. and has served on Walgreens board of directors since 1999. He was chief executive officer of Harris Bank from 1993 to 2002 and chairman of the board of Harris Financial Corporation from 1998 to 2006, and currently serves as special advisor to these organizations.
McNally joined the Bank of Montreal Group of Companies (BMO Financial Group) in 1975 and played a leading role in the Harris/Bank of Montreal merger in 1984. Prior to his move to Chicago, he was vice chairman responsible for personal and commercial financial services at Bank of Montreal. In this position, McNally served individuals, small businesses and corporate mid-market customers nationwide in Canada through a network of branches, relationship managers and electronic channels.
McNally has served as chairman of MasterCard International Inc. in New York. He also was the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s representative on the Federal Advisory Council to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve in Washington.
McNally had senior responsibilities in virtually every area of BMO Financial Group’s operations: in finance as corporate controller, in London as head of European operations serving corporations and financial institutions, and in international banking and treasury operations responsible for North America, Europe and Asia.
Since his retirement as Harris Bank’s chief executive, McNally has continued to serve as a director or advisor of public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations.
Previously, he was a member of the board of Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, trustee of DePaul University, trustee of Kenyon College in Ohio, member of the advisory board of Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, campaign chair for the Chicago United Way, director of Chicago Youth Centers, treasurer of the Commercial Club of Chicago, member of the Civic Committee and director of the Chicago Club.
In Canada, McNally was treasurer of Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation, a member of the board of governors of York University, director of Kids’ Help Phone and director of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business.
In recognition of his civic leadership, he has received the Daniel H. Burnham Award for outstanding efforts and involvement in Chicago’s business, cultural, educational and philanthropic communities, the Anti-Defamation League’s Americanism Award, the Christian Industrial League’s Community Builder Award and the Prime Movers Award honoring individuals and organizations that have created opportunities for minority and women-owned businesses in Chicago.
He has received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from York University in Toronto and has been recognized by York’s Schulich School of Business as the recipient of the Outstanding Executive Leadership Award.
Born in Quebec City in 1945, McNally attended Cornell University from 1963 to 1967, where he was awarded bachelor of science and master degrees in industrial engineering and was a varsity hockey goaltender and freshman hockey coach. He later earned an international M.B.A. from York University in Canada, a program that included studies at Harvard Graduate School of Business, Oxford University Center for Management Studies and INSEAD in France.
Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, McNally spent six years with Aluminum Company of Canada, in finance and other functions in Arvida, Quebec and the Montreal head office.
He and his wife, Ruth, have two children and one grandchild and reside in Vero Beach, Florida.
