SANTA CLARA, CALIF. - Both Intel and Compaq Computer are denying industry reports that there is a "PCI glitch" that causes incompatibilities between the PCI bus and network interface cards, and that Compaq has altered its schedule for implementing the PCI bus in its systems because of the alleged incompatibilities.
