Our products are used in clinical, home healthcare, sports andoccupational medicine settings. We were incorporated as Medical Devices, Inc., aMinnesota corporation, in 1972. In 1994, we changed our name to RehabilicareInc. and in December 2002, we changed our name to Compex Technologies, Inc. Our products are based on electrical stimulation technologies designed toimprove health, wellness, athletic performance, and fitness. More specifically,we design, manufacture, distribute, sell and rent electrical stimulationproducts that use different modalities to deliver electrical current throughelectrodes placed on the skin for pain management, rehabilitation, and edemareduction as medical devices, and for sports performance enhancement and muscletoning as consumer products. Our portfolio of products includes transcutaneouselectrical nerve stimulation (TENS), interferential stimulation (IF),neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), pulsed direct current stimulation(PDC), traction, and iontophoresis devices, accessories and supplies.

Mr. Goodpaster, has been in the electrotherapy business for 12 years. He started with Medical Designs in 1988 as a Regional Sales Manager. He joined Staodyn in 1992 as the National Sales Manager, and then became Rehabilicare's Director of Managed Care in the Tampa facility in 1998. Most recently, he was appointed to the Vice President position in September of 2000. Mr. Goodpaster graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Math/Computer Science/Education.
