As Director of Client Services for COMPLETE HEALTHCARE COMMUNICATIONS, INC., Janet utilizes more than 20 years experience in project management and concept development and has been a featured client services instructional speaker. Janet managed the graphic art department at the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters and Chartered Financial Consultants, directing the production of all print material and new media products, including multimedia solutions, databases, training materials, monographs, exhibition showcases, Web sites, and direct mail. Her work has won awards in national competitions. Janet has also served on special task forces and she has held several team leadership roles. With her exceptional management and services skills, Janet and her team are poised to meet the highest expectations that CHC clients enjoy.

With over 27 years generalist experience in human resource management, Rich has been instrumental in the designed and implemented of various critical human resource initiatives that have increased HR's role in the attainment of CHC's strategic business goals and objectives. With his eye for garnering the best talent available, Rich has also been instrumental in staffing CHC with the highest quality medical writers, medical directors and account directors. Prior to joining CHC, Rich was the Director of Human Resources for the W.B. Saunders Company, a world leader in the health sciences publishing. Rich also served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Graduate Health System, an integrated health care system based in Philadelphia. Rich is a graduate of Lock Haven University.
