Complete Production Services Inc.

Brian K. Moore is the President for IPS. Prior to the combination of Complete Production Services and IPS on September 12, 2005, Brian had served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of IPS. Before joining IPS, Mr. Moore served as General Manager - Oilfield Services, U.S. Land Central Region, at Schlumberger. Mr. Moore brings more than 24 years of oilfield service experience to IPS including 15 years with Camco International in various management and engineering and positions including General Manager - Coiled Tubing Operations.

Mark Songer has served as President of our Pumpco Division since January 2008. Prior to joining Complete, Mr. Songer spent 26 years with BJ Services Company in various management, engineering and operational positions. From November 1996 to January 2008, he served as Regional Manager of Operations for the Northeastern U.S. and was based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. From March 1992 to November 1996 he served as Region Manager, West Coast-Alaska operations. Mr. Songer received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science in the Institute of Technology and Management from Arkansas State University.

Ms. Flato was named President of I E Miller Services on July 1, 2006. Ms. Flato joined I E Miller Services in April 2003 where she served as Vice President of Finance. For the 20 years prior to joining I E Miller, she held various controller and accounting management positions including five years with Sunland Construction, Inc., a pipeline construction company which was an affiliated company before the acquisition of I E Miller by SCF Investments in August 2004. I E Miller became a division of Complete Production in September 2005.

From April 2004 through November 2006, Mr. Burke served as Vice President Corporate Development, responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and strategic growth activities. Prior to joining Complete in April 2004, Dr. Burke worked at McKinsey & Company and at Schlumberger Limited. Dr. Burke has an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was elected a Baker Scholar, a PhD in Engineering from the University of Oxford, England and a Bachelors in Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Mr. Maroney has served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel since October 2005. From August 2005 until October 2005, Mr. Maroney surveyed various opportunities until accepting employment with us. Mr. Maroney served as Counsel to National Oilwell Varco, Inc. He served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Varco International, Inc. from May 2000 until March 2005. Prior to that time, Mr. Maroney served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Tuboscope, Inc., Varco's predecessor. Mr. Maroney graduated from the University of Texas in 1973 and from the University of Texas School of Law in 1976.

Mr. Nibling has served as our Vice President - Human Resources and Administration since October 2005. He served as Vice President, Human Resources of National Oilwell Varco, Inc. from March 2005 to August 2005 and was Varco International and Tuboscope, Inc.'s Vice President - Human Resources and Administration for fourteen years. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Nibling was Director of Human Resources for Union Texas Petroleum, an international exploration and production company. From 1984 to 1988, Mr. Nibling was Manager, Compensation and Employment for Louisiana Land and Exploration Company. Mr. Nibling graduated from the University of Florida in 1972.

David Baldwin started his career in the energy industry as a drilling and production engineer with Union Pacific Resources in the 1980's after receiving a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Intrigued with the business aspect of the energy industry, David returned to his alma mater to receive an MBA degree. While in graduate school, David started an energy consulting business and worked for General Atlantic Partners, a global venture capital firm and early investor in SCF. Through General Atlantic, he met L.E. Simmons and joined SCF uon his graduation in 1991. Over the years, David has been responsible for developing investment themes around emerging energy trends. He is currently responsible for overseeing several of SCF's existing investments and sourcing and structuring new investment opportunities. David blends his personal and professional life with his wife, Maire, who is also active in the energy industry at EOG Resources. He is also an avid golfer, traveler, and Longhorn die-hard. He has a long-standing commitment to Houston's Center Serving Persons with Mental Retardation, where is a member, and past Chairman of the Board.

Harold G. Hamm has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director since our inception in 1967 and currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors. He also serves as Chairman of the board of directors of the general partner of Hiland Partners LP, one of our affiliates and a NASDAQ publicly traded midstream master limited partnership, and he serves as Chairman of the board of directors of the general partner of Hiland Holdings GP, LP ("Hiland Holdings"), also publicly traded on NASDAQ. Hiland Holdings owns the general partner interest and units in Hiland Partners LP. He also serves as a director of Complete Production Services, Inc., a NYSE publicly traded oil and gas service company. Mr. Hamm serves as Chairman of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and serves on the Board of the Oklahoma Energy Explorers. He was President of the National Stripper Well Association and founder and Chairman of Save Domestic Oil, Inc. and served on the board of the Oklahoma Energy Explorers.

Mr. McShane has served as our director since March 20, 2007. Since June, 2002, Mr. McShane has served as a director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Grant Prideco, Inc., a public company which manufactures and supplies oilfield drill pipe and other drill stem products. Beginning May 2003, he assumed the role of Grant Prideco, Inc.'s Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining that company, Mr. McShane was Senior Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer and director of BJ Services Company from 1990 to June 2002 and Vice President-Finance from 1987 to 1990 while BJ Services Company was a division of Baker-Hughes. Mr. McShane joined BJ Services Company in 1987 from Reed Tool Company, where he was employed for seven years in various financial management positions. Mr. McShane was originally recommended for appointment to our board by our Chief Executive Officer.

President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2009. Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GlobalSantaFe Corporation, an international contract drilling company, from June 2005 until November 2007. Prior to that time Mr. Ralls served as Senior Vice President and CFO of GlobalSantaFe. He also serves on the Board of Complete Production Services.
