Dwight Steffensen has served as one of our directors since August 2004. Since February 2002, Mr. Steffensen has served as a member of the board of directors of SYNNEX Corporation, a global information technology supply chain services company. Prior to joining the board of SYNNEX, from February 1996 until August 2000, Mr. Steffensen served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merisel, Inc. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Steffensen served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Bergen Brunswig Corporation, a healthcare company. Prior to the merger of Bergen Brunswig Corporation and Synergex Corporation, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergex. Mr. Steffensen holds a B.A. degree in economics from Stanford University and is a certified public accountant.

Shaw Hong, one of our cofounders, has served as one of our directors and as our Chief Executive Officer and President since May 1995. Mr. Hong holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Jiao Tong University in China and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University.

Anson Chan joined OmniVision in July 2006 with more than ten years of experience in accounting and finance coupled with an additional five years in engineering. Appointed as Vice President of Finance in February 2007, Anson has played an integral role in leading and developing OmniVision’s global finance team. Prior to joining OmniVision, Anson advanced to the position of Senior Manager during his nearly ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC), where he dealt extensively with all finance functions, ranging from assurance and business advisory services to initial public offerings. While employed by PwC, Anson managed the OmniVision engagement team for nearly six years. Anson earned his MBA degree in business strategy and operations management at the University of Chicago, his B.S. in Economics at Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in Engineering at the Moore School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. James He joined OmniVision as Senior Engineer in 1995, shortly after the company's inception. Mr. He soon moved into management, serving as Design Manager and Director of Core Technologies. In 2001, Mr. He was promoted to Vice President of Core Technologies, and in August 2006, became OmniVision's Chief Operating Officer. In this function, he manages the MIS and sales and marketing departments and directs OmniVision's sensor array R&D for both analog and digital CameraChip™ products. Mr. He's engineering and management skills ensure the continuing technological advancement of OmniVision products. In November of 2006, Mr. He was appointed to the OmniVision Board of Directors. Mr. He holds a B.S. degree and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing.

Mr. Weyer joined OmniVision after spending nine years at Xilinx, where he served as Senior Director of Marketing for the Advanced Products and Processing Solutions groups and as Senior Director of Business Operations. Prior to joining Xilinx, Mr. Weyer spent eight years with Actel Corporation where, amongst other roles, he served as director of product marketing and business development. He has also held marketing and engineering positions at AMD and Lockheed Missiles & Space Company, Inc. Mr. Weyer holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Dr. Howard E. Rhodes is Vice President of Process Engineering at OmniVision Technologies. Dr. Rhodes earned his B.S., M.S, and PhD degrees in Solid State Physics from the University of Illinois. From 1980 to 1988, Dr. Rhodes worked at Kodak Research Labs where he was in charge of process development and process integration for high speed visible and IR sensitive CCD products. In 1988, Dr. Rhodes joined Micron Technology where he was named a Principal Fellow in 1998. In 2002, Dr. Rhodes became Micron's Director of Imager Engineering, overseeing the development and process technology for all of Micron's imager products. In October 2004, Dr. Rhodes left Micron to join OmniVision as Director of Process Engineering, developing OmniVision's advanced pixel design and process technologies. In August 2005, Dr. Rhodes was promoted to Vice President of Process Engineering. Dr. Rhodes holds 149 patents and over 15 publications. Since joining OmniVision Dr. Rhodes has filed for 18 patents. In June 2005, Dr. Rhodes received the Walter Kosonocky Award for his published work in CMOS Imaging.

Prior to joining OmniVision, Mr. Liaw served as Senior Director, Outsourcing Engineering and Operation, at ATI Technologies (now part of AMD) from 1997 to 2006. Prior to his service at ATI Technologies, Mr. Liaw held various management positions in operations and engineering, including three and a half years at SiS, six years at GigaBit Logic (now TriQuint Semiconductor), two and a half years at Ford Motor Company and three years at Codenoll Technology. Mr. Liaw holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tamkang University in Taiwan, and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Mr. Liaw has published more than 10 technical papers on semiconductor processes and devices.

Henry Yang, Vice President of Engineering, has been with OmniVision since 1996, and has an in-depth understanding of OmniVision's product engineering. Henry was appointed to his current position in February 2007 and has played a key role in the successes of the company's engineering teams over the past 11 years. Most recently, Henry served as OmniVision's Director of Engineering, where he focused on sensor design, circuit improvements and project management. Henry earned his Ph.D., M.E. and B.E., in Electrical Engineering from the Tsinghua University in China.

Dr. John T. Yue joined OmniVision as Vice President of Quality and Reliability in February 2005. Dr. Yue joins OmniVision from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), where he spent three years as Vice President of Quality and Reliability and two years as Vice President of Technology with the company's North America operations. Prior to joining TSMC, Dr. Yue spent 17 years with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) where he held various positions, including Director of Reliability and Quality in the Corporate Quality Division and was an AMD fellow. Prior to AMD, Dr. Yue held management positions at National Semiconductor and Texas Instruments. He has a Ph.D. and Masters degree in Physics from Stanford University, a B.S. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Since September 1, 2006, Ray Cisneros has been Vice President of Sales at OmniVision Technologies, Inc. He joined OmniVision in 2002 and has served in various areas of sales, including key account management, regional management and sales operations roles. Currently, Mr. Cisneros manages global sales, sales operations and corporate sales. In his five years with OmniVision, Mr. Cisneros has been part of the team in helping build OmniVision to its current level of business. Prior to joining OmniVision, Mr. Cisneros held various senior management positions in the area of sales and marketing for companies in the fiber optics and semiconductor industries, including Sagitta, Inc., UMC and Novellus Systems, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cisneros served as a failure analyst and materials engineer at FMC Corporation. Mr. Cisneros holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA.

Vicky Chou has served as Vice President of Legal and General Counsel since June 2003, shortly after she joined OmniVision as Corporate Counsel in February, 2003. Prior to joining OmniVision, Ms. Chou was an attorney at Heller, Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP. She worked extensively with firm's clients on corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and other corporate and licensing transactions. She was also an attorney at Coudert Brothers LLP. Ms. Chou has a B.S. in Anthropology from Temple University, an M.B.A. from St. Joseph's University and a J.D. from Santa Clara University.

Martin Warman has been appointed operations director at Bibby Factors International, a UK-based company that specialises in providing export factoring to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Warman has considerable financial-services experience, having worked for Lloyds TSB commercial finance for more than 16 years in several different roles, including international manager, regional controller and, more recently, as senior manager within the payroll division. Commenting on his appointment, Warman said: work to expand TradeCard's business in Europe. Lin has 11 years of enterprise-sales and management experience at various finance and technology companies, including NewView Technologies, Omnivision Technologies in California and Cargill Financial Markets Group. He has worked in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
