Dwight Steffensen has served as one of our directors since August 2004. Since February 2002, Mr. Steffensen has served as a member of the board of directors of SYNNEX Corporation, a global information technology supply chain services company. Prior to joining the board of SYNNEX, from February 1996 until August 2000, Mr. Steffensen served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merisel, Inc. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Steffensen served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Bergen Brunswig Corporation, a healthcare company. Prior to the merger of Bergen Brunswig Corporation and Synergex Corporation, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergex. Anson Chan joined OmniVision in July 2006 with more than ten years of experience in accounting and finance coupled with an additional five years in engineering. Appointed as Vice President of Finance in February 2007, Anson has played an integral role in leading and developing OmniVision’s global finance team. Prior to joining OmniVision, Anson advanced to the position of Senior Manager during his nearly ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC), where he dealt extensively with all finance functions, ranging from assurance and business advisory services to initial public offerings. While employed by PwC, Anson managed the OmniVision engagement team for nearly six years. Anson earned his MBA degree in business strategy and operations management at the University of Chicago, his B.S. in Economics at Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in Engineering at the Moore School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. James He joined OmniVision as Senior Engineer in 1995, shortly after the company's inception. Mr. He soon moved into management, serving as Design Manager and Director of Core Technologies. In 2001, Mr. He was promoted to Vice President of Core Technologies, and in August 2006, became OmniVision's Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Howard E. Rhodes is Vice President of Process Engineering at OmniVision Technologies. Dr. Rhodes earned his B.S., M.S, and PhD degrees in Solid State Physics from the University of Illinois. From 1980 to 1988, Dr. Rhodes worked at Kodak Research Labs where he was in charge of process development and process integration for high speed visible and IR sensitive CCD products. In 1988, Dr. Rhodes joined Micron Technology where he was named a Principal Fellow in 1998. In 2002, Dr. Rhodes became Micron's Director of Imager Engineering, overseeing the development and process technology for all of Micron's imager products. Prior to joining OmniVision, Mr. Liaw served as Senior Director, Outsourcing Engineering and Operation, at ATI Technologies (now part of AMD) from 1997 to 2006. Prior to his service at ATI Technologies, Mr. Liaw held various management positions in operations and engineering, including three and a half years at SiS, six years at GigaBit Logic (now TriQuint Semiconductor), two and a half years at Ford Motor Company and three years at Codenoll Technology. Mr. Liaw holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tamkang University in Taiwan, and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Henry Yang, Vice President of Engineering, has been with OmniVision since 1996, and has an in-depth understanding of OmniVision's product engineering. Dr. John T. Yue joined OmniVision as Vice President of Quality and Reliability in February 2005. Dr. Yue joins OmniVision from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), where he spent three years as Vice President of Quality and Reliability and two years as Vice President of Technology with the company's North America operations. Prior to joining TSMC, Dr. Yue spent 17 years with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) where he held various positions, including Director of Reliability and Quality in the Corporate Quality Division and was an AMD fellow. Since September 1, 2006, Ray Cisneros has been Vice President of Sales at OmniVision Technologies, Inc.
