Mr. Bourgoin brings more than 30 years of semiconductor experience to his role, drawing from past roles in business management and microprocessor development at MIPS Technologies and AMD, and earlier, in engineering management at Motorola Semiconductor Products Division in Phoenix.
Previously, Mr. Bourgoin was senior vice president of Silicon Graphics, Inc., and president of the MIPS Group of SGI. Prior to that, he was group vice president of the Computation Products Group at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Mr. Bourgoin received a B.S.E.E. from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University.

Mr. Holtzinger joined MIPS Technologies in 2001 as the director of systems solutions and has more than 26 years of embedded industry experience in sales, marketing and engineering.
Mr. Holtzinger was salesman of the year at MIPS Technologies in his first year in sales. Subsequently, in his first year as vice president of sales, the Americas, he led the Americas team to record growth over the prior year. Mr. Holtzinger began his career at Motorola in 1979 and was one of the founding members of the Motorola Computer Group selling VME boards into the embedded market. In 1991 he joined Force Computers and established their embedded systems business unit. Additionally, he has had a successful career selling semiconductors as a manufacturer's representative for companies including Xilinx, PMC-Sierra, and Fujitsu, among others.
Mr. Holtzinger holds a B.S.E.E. degree from Purdue University.
Mr. Martin-Perez was previously vice president of European operations for MIPS Technologies. In his new role, he assumes responsibility for growing the company's analog business worldwide. With his strong knowledge of the processor business, Martin-Perez will lead the Analog Business Group in working closely with MIPS' Processor Business Group to develop market opportunities and deliver solutions. Martin-Perez brings more than 20 years of experience in semiconductor management and sales to his new role. He began his career with MIPS Technologies in 2000, and was appointed vice president of European operations in 2002. Martin-Perez has held senior sales and business development positions at Mentor Graphics, Cadence Design Systems, Calay Systems and Kontron Datensystems.

Jack Browne is Sonics' senior vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Sonics, Mr. Browne served in several executive roles at MIPS Technologies, including executive vice president of worldwide sales and executive vice president of marketing. Earlier in his career, he was the head of Motorola's 68000 processor marketing team. An acknowledged industry spokesman, Mr. Browne has written more than 100 papers for industry publications and presented at more than 100 industry conferences. He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Texas.

Mark Tyndall joined Dialog Semiconductors as Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy in September 2008. Prior to Dialog, Mr. Tyndall was VP of Business Development and Corporate Relations at MIPS Technologies. From 1999 to 2006, he held the position of VP of Business Development at Infineon and has also served as a board director of several start-up companies, several which were successfully acquired. Earlier in his career, Mr Tyndall held management positions in marketing at Fujitsu Microelectronics and in design at Philips Semiconductors.
As Vice President of Corporate Administration, Ms. Creighton leads the corporate departments of human resources, legal and IT. Before assuming her current position, Ms. Creighton was Vice President of Human Resources for MIPS Technologies, and prior to that was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Before joining MIPS Technologies in June 1998, Ms. Creighton was Deputy General Counsel at Sun Microsystems, Inc., serving as director of the products and technology legal department for the Computer Systems Group, Sun’s largest division
Prior to joining Sun in 1991, Ms. Creighton was a Business Associate at the law firm of Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro, where she provided a broad range of services for clients ranging from start-up ventures with new technologies to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to assuming the role of General Counsel for MIPS Technologies, Ms. Knittel served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Her responsibilities included a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including legal issues arising in international operations, mergers and acquisitions, employment, finance and facilities. Before joining MIPS Technologies in 1999, Ms. Knittel was the first in-house lawyer establishing the legal department for Axil Computer (a subsidiary of Hyundai Electronics). She also worked for Thelen, Reid, Brown, Raysman & Steiner for more than seven years, where she specialized in corporate and commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Knittel received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law; and her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
Kelly Connelly has more than sixteen years of skill and experience in the print and design industry. In 1984, Kelly founded her own design firm, Kelly Connelly Design + Print, offering the full spectrum of design services from creative concepts through finished, delivered product. Kelly draws from a close network of top designers to create specific and tailored designs for her wide array of clients. Kelly's work includes the development of corporate identity systems for Cellular One, Franklin/Templeton, Wells Fargo and MIPS Technologies. The breadth of design services her firm offers includes logo development, direct mail campaigns, trade shows/special events, product launches, and collateral. Understanding the client's challenges to enhance the brand while making an impact on sales has helped to keep long-standing relationships with her clients. Kelly holds a B.S. in Graphic Communications from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

As Chief Engineer, Mike Woodacre guides the technical direction and development of 3Leaf products. He is also responsible for developing and managing relationships with core technology partners. Mike has over 12 years of experience in scalable shared memory system design, including formal verification of cache coherence protocols, simulation and system debug. Prior to 3Leaf, Mike was Chief Engineer at SGI. He spent 15 years at SGI, where in his most recent role, he was responsible for the system architecture of scalable shared memory systems in the server platform group. Mike has also held design and management positions in microprocessor development at MIPS Computer Systems, and INMOS.
Mr. Codd is Calypso's lead independent director. As the Board's financial expert, Mr. Codd chairs the Audit Committee. Mr. Codd previously served at PeopleSoft, Inc. as CFO, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Secretary. During his 7-year tenure at PeopleSoft, he marshaled PeopleSoft's successful Initial Public Offering in 1992 and the company grew its annual revenues from $15 million to $1.5 billion. More recently, Mr. Codd was President, CEO and Secretary at spin-out software firm Momentum Business Applications, Inc. which was later repurchased by PeopleSoft. Mr. Codd previously held management roles at MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., Wyse Technology and Tandem Computers, Inc. and currently serves as an independent business consultant. Mr. Codd also serves on the Board of Directors of Agile Software, Interwoven, Adept Technology, and two privately-held technology companies.

Consulting Professor, Stanford University. Since 2006, Mr. Gibbons has
been a Consulting Professor in the Electrical Engineering department at
Stanford University. In 1995, Mr. Gibbons founded Venture-Concept, an
investment firm based in California, and was a Partner until 2006. From
1995 through 1999, Mr. Gibbons was a lecturer at the Stanford
University Graduate School of Electrical Engineering. In 1981,
Mr. Gibbons founded Software Publishing Corporation based in San
Jose, California, a company engaged in the development of software
systems for personal computer applications, and was its Chief Executive
Officer through 1994.
Ms. Washington joined Gilead as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2008. In this role, she oversees Gilead's worldwide Finance and Investor Relations functions. Prior to joining Gilead, Ms. Washington served as Chief Financial Officer of Hyperion Solutions, an enterprise software company that was acquired by Oracle Corporation in March 2007. Ms. Washington also spent nearly 10 years at PeopleSoft, a provider of enterprise application software, most recently in the role of Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. She previously was a Director of Finance for Tandem Computers, an Accounting Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and a Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Washington holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Pepperdine University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of MIPS Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Sekimoto has been involved in the IT industry for over 30 years. In 1987, he founded SGI Japan. During his 12 years of service with SGI, his major contributions included building revenues from zero to more than $422 million annually in Japan, establishing a strong vision for the growing local team, forming strategic relationships with global leaders, and assembling an experienced management team to take SGI Japan into the next millennium. Mr. Sekimoto assumed the responsibility of chairman, SGI Asia Pacific. SGI Japan did not remain as the affiliated company or as a local branch of the head office, but worked as a strategic subsidiary. Mr. Sekimoto is credited with creating the strategy, ultimately resulting in partnerships with many domestic companies. Mr. Sekimoto continues service as corporate executive for strategic partners in the Asia Pacific region. In January 2000, Mr. Sekimoto established Silicon Studio Corporation, which is a spin off from SGI Japan, focusing on digital contents creation, system integration, and network solution business. Prior to SGI, Mr. Sekimoto held leadership positions at Rikei Computer, Inc., a subsidiary of Rikei, Inc. Here he was in charge of sales for DEC in Japan, specifically focused on education, government, and R&D organizational sales. Mr. Sekimoto is also holds several executive positions, including a board position for MIPS Technologies (MTI) in the US and Hitron Technologies, Inc. in Taiwan. Mr. Sekimoto holds a degree in Economics from the Meiji University - Tokyo, Japan.

Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and EDA industries in the areas of sales and marketing, business development, strategic advisory, and finance. Prior to joining Worldview, he was with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown's Global Investment Banking group and led their Semiconductor Investment Banking practice. He joined Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown in 1996 as the Senior Equity research analyst covering the semiconductor and EDA industries. During his career, Bruce has provided strategic and investment advice to numerous leading private and public semiconductor and EDA companies. Some notable firms include Atmel, Amkor, ChipPac, Cooper and Cyan (acquired by Cadence) Infineon, Intersil, Level One Communications (acquired by Intel), Macronix, MEMC, MIPS Technologies, Mobility Electronics, Phillips Semiconductor, and Pixelworks (Nasdaq: PXLW), where he serves on the Board of Directors. Before entering the financial services industry in the mid 1990s, he held a number of executive management positions over a 17 year career in the semiconductor industry that has included work with start-up companies as well as large multinational firms such as Texas Instruments, VLSI Technology, and Cirrus Logic. In addition to his Pixelworks Board seat, Bruce currently serves on the board of Fyrestorm, a Worldview IV portfolio company, Bruce holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a B.S in Mathematics from Texas State University, and has performed graduate work in electrical engineering at the University of Texas Austin.
