William (Bill) Capraro founded CIMCO Communications in 1986. Under his vision and leadership, CIMCO has grown to become the largest privately held communications company in the midwest, complete with its own data centers and voice facilities. Formerly, Mr. Capraro had built a successful real estate company. Throughout his career, Mr. Capraro has served on numerous industry and charitable boards. From an industry perspective, he has been an ardent proponent of fair competition and industry advancement. He was a founding member of the Association of Communications Enterprises (ASCENT), now known as CompTel.

Carl Grivner was appointed chief executive officer of XO Communications on May 15, 2003. Mr. Grivner's career in telecommunications and technology spans more than 25 years. Formerly, Mr. Grivner was chief operating officer at Global Crossing, a position he held from February 2002 until April 2003. Mr. Grivner joined Global Crossing in June 2000 as executive vice president of global operations. Prior to joining Global Crossing, Mr. Grivner was chief executive officer of Worldport Communications. He is also a former chief executive officer for the Western Hemisphere at Cable & Wireless. Additionally, Mr. Grivner has held various senior executive positions at Advanced Fiber Communications. Early in his career he held various positions with Ameritech and IBM. Mr. Grivner received a Bachelor of Arts from Lycoming College and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1975-1978. He is a board member and vice chairman of CompTel, the nation's largest association of facilities-based competitive telecommunications companies.

Mr. Malfara serves as President/CEO and Director of Remi Communications Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer, directing Remia s strategic efforts to offer broad-ranging, basic and advanced communication and IMS-based application services, over its metropolitan Ethernet and VPLS-based network infrastructure, to enterprise customers in the Northeast US. Mr. Malfara is a founding Director of Boathouse Communications Partners, LLC, a Philadelphia-based investment and management firm, and leads the firma s telecommunications interests. He also serves as a member of the Management Committee of The Pew Consulting Group, a Philadelphia-based consulting firm and as a co-founder and partner of Pew Broadband Advisors. Over the past 30 years Mr. Malfara has founded or co-founded several successful companies, both public and private, including two nationwide telecommunications carriers: Z-Tel Network Services and Pace Communications. Early in his career he held technical and managerial positions with Vector Group, Inc., National Computer Corporation, Honeywell Information Systems, and GTE Telenet. Mr. Malfara has addressed telecommunications issues before members of the U.S. Congress and Administration as well as state and federal regulatory agencies and legislative bodies. He serves as a Director of COMPTEL (The Competitive Telecommunications Association www.comptel.org ) and chairs the associationa s Technology Task Force. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Peter Aquino is President and Chief Executive Officer of RCN Corporation. He also serves as a Director on RCN Corporation's Board of Directors. Mr. Aquino previously served as a Senior Managing Director of Capital & Technology Advisors LLC ("CTA"), a telecom restructuring firm, from 2001 through 2004. From January, 1995 to February 2002, Mr. Aquino served as Chief Operating Officer for Veninfotel, LLC during which time he helped design, build, and operate a "triple play" integrated broadband company in Venezuela. Prior to 1995, Mr. Aquino spent thirteen years with Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) in various positions, including finance, regulatory, and corporate development. Mr. Aquino earned his MBA at George Washington University in D.C. Mr Aquino was elected to the COMPTEL Board of Directors in October 2005.

Ron Whaley is the vice president of sales and marketing for OSG Billing Services. Whaley joined the company in 1998, bringing an extensive knowledge of the bill presentment and telecommunications industry. He is responsible for cultivating new business and strategic partnerships along with overseeing sales and marketing activities. With a strong knowledge of the industry and his expertise in managing relationships, Whaley continues to steer the initiatives that keep OSG Billing Services a leader in the industry. For over 15 years, he built his career in the electronic printing field at Comvestrix. Whaley served as a key executive and helped to take the company public under the name of Vestcom International. His roles included vice president of sales, regional sales manager and district manager. Prior to working at Comvestrix, Whaley spent two years in the office products division at Burroughs Corporation. Whaley often appears as a guest speaker at industry events and regularly has articles published in trade magazines such as Billing World & OSS Today and Phone Plus. He is a member of the Rural Cellular Association (RCA), COMPTEL, the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA) and is active in many other industry associations. He holds a BS in marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego.
