CompuCredit was launched in August 1996 by David G. Hanna, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Richard W. Gilbert, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, following nearly two years of extensive research and development. Both officers, having held executive positions with Nationwide Credit, Inc, have extensive experience in the credit and collections industries. Mr. Hanna also founded Account Portfolios L.P., a purchaser and manager of portfolios of non-performing loans and accounts receivable, in 1989 with Frank J. Hanna III, his brother and a principal shareholder in CompuCredit. Account Portfolios L.P. was sold to Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. in 1995. Before joining CompuCredit in 1996, Mr. Gilbert was the General Manager of Strategic Client Services for Equifax. He had previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Equifax's collection division. Prior to Equifax, Mr. Gilbert held several senior positions with HBR Capital, an investment management company.

As the President of Credit Cards, K.K. Srinivasan is responsible for the company's credit card line of business. Mr. Srinivasan joined CompuCredit from ForeTell, Inc. and WorthKnowing.com, which he founded in 1998. Prior to this, Mr. Srinivasan was a Vice President of First USA Bank. Mr. Srinivasan also worked at Equifax Inc., where he was Director of Quantitative Solutions for two years.

Richard R. House, Jr., CompuCredit's President, joined the company in April 1997, and served as Chief Credit Officer for CompuCredit prior to being named President in 2000. Previously, Mr. House was Vice President for Equifax's Decision Solutions, a division which provides consulting and modeling services to many of the nation's major credit providers. In his 12 years in the consumer credit industry, Mr. House has held several senior positions with leading credit providers and service firms.

Guido Sacchi manages 130 IT organization employees at CompuCredit, a specialty financial services company with a diversified line of products and services. At CompuCredit Mr. Sacchi has created a culture of operational excellence, high performance, and technology value delivery which led to unprecedented business results. Before joining CompuCredit, Mr. Sacchi most recently served as Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Prior to that position, he was a Manager in the operations consulting division at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Sacchi's background includes 13 years of international experience across industries, degrees in engineering from the University of Rome (Italy), and appointments at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Sacchi was awarded "National CIO of the Year" in 2004 by the Georgia CIO Leadership Association.

J. Paul Whitehead joined the management team as Chief Financial Officer in October 2002. In this position, Mr. Whitehead is responsible for guiding financial decisions by establishing financial policies, controls and reporting systems. Prior to joining CompuCredit, Mr. Whitehead was a co-founder and served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of ZapMedia, Inc. Mr. Whitehead's experiences also include 13 years as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young LLP.

Richard W. Gilbert co-founded CompuCredit in 1996 with David Hanna and is the company’s Chief Operating Officer. He was named the new post of Vice Chairman in October 2000. He also serves on CompuCredit’s Board of Directors. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Gilbert is responsible for supervising financial operations, preparing projections and developing business strategies. Mr. Gilbert brings more than 25 years of consumer credit experience to CompuCredit. Prior to joining CompuCredit, he was employed by Equifax from 1990 until 1995, first as Chief Operating Officer of its Collection Division and then as General Manager of Strategic Client Services. From 1995 until 1997, Mr. Gilbert was Chief Operating Officer of The American Education Fund, L.P. for HBR Capital, an investment management company. From 1979 until Nationwide Credit was sold in 1990, Mr. Gilbert served in various positions, including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Development, Vice President of Marketing and as President of Financial Health Services, a division of Nationwide Credit.

Huddleston is a successful banking and financial service executive with management expertise in credit cards, home equity, sales and customer service. With more than 30 years of experience, Rick has demonstrated leadership in team building, problem solving, communications and customer satisfaction. Rick is currently the General Manager of CompuCredit and served as a member of their Board of Directors until 2002. He is currently on the Board of Directors for both the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta and the Childhood Autism Diagnostic and Educational Foundation, Inc. Rick is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Banking as well as a graduate of the McIntire Graduate School of Consumer Banking. He currently resides in Roswell.

Ajay Jindia, a co-founding member of NASABA, has been Assistant General Counsel of CompuCredit Corporation (NASDAQ: CCRT) since 2004, serving as general counsel to several divisions, including all of CompuCredit's UK, US retail lending, retail auto sales, installment lending, R&D, government affairs and public relations groups. Previously, Ajay practiced for seven years in corporate and commercial real estate law, most recently with a predecessor firm of Baker Donelson in Atlanta. Prior to that, Ajay interned with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. Ajay began his career as a senior internal auditor and compliance officer for First Commerce Corporation, a $7 billion bank holding company that has since been acquired by JPMorgan Chase, located in New Orleans, where he worked for three years. In 2004, Ajay was named as one of the "Top 21 Attorneys under 40" in Georgia by the Fulton County Daily Report, Atlanta's legal newspaper; and "Rising Star" by Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine in 2005 and 2006. Gregory J. Corona , age 53. Mr. Corona became a director in 2002. Since 2004, Mr. Corona has been the Chairman of Accubuilt, Inc., and since 2001 a member of Paladin General Holdings, LLC, the General Partner of Paladin Capital Partners Fund, L.P., a private equity firm. Since 1985, Mr. Corona has held a variety of executive positions in industrial and media companies including the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer positions. From 1978 to 1984, Mr. Corona held a variety of positions with the Finance Staff of the Ford Motor Company. Mr. Corona has served as a member of several Boards of Directors and Audit Committees and has received the Certificate of Director Education from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
