The Annual General Meeting elected KPMG as auditors. The chief auditor is Anders Malmeby, who has had the assignment since 2002. Anders, who has been an authorized public accountant since 1986 and is a partner in KPMG Bohlins, also audits Framfab, Fujitsu Siements Computers, Streamserve and Gartner Sweden. In addition, he was previously Chairman of FAR, the Association for the Accounting Profession in Sweden, and is currently a member of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board. At the Annual General Meeting held in May 2005, KPMG was elected for a new four-year period.

Prior to Santa Cruz Networks, Itzik was a veteran of WebEx Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: WEBX) the Web Meeting Applications Company. As an early employee at WebEx, Itzik reported to the Office of the CEO. He was involved with the funding and IPO processes, and spearheaded many of the company's most strategic deals. Prior to WebEx, Itzik was Sr. Director of Business Development at Fujitsu, heading up the Software OEM Business. Cohen's previous positions include Director Business Development at NetManage Inc. At NetManage he led the Advanced Technology team focusing on collaborative technology. As a professional basketball player in Europe, Itzik played for Maccabi Tel Aviv, the Euroleague champion for the past two years. A native of Israel, he served in the Israeli Air force.

Tak Yamada is Group Director, Business Support Office and has responsibility for collaborations involving the wider Fujitsu Group and Fujitsu executive projects. Tak joined Fujitsu Limited in April, 1980 and has held a variety of roles within Fujitsu Limited in Japan. His involvement with Fujitsu in Europe goes back a long way. He was the first Fujitsu assignee to be seconded to the UK in 1991 as Fujitsu Liaison Manager. Tak also worked as Project Director for ICL Sorbus developing the Pan-European multi-lingual help desk. He returned to Japan in 1998 where he concentrated on outsourcing business experience and was re-assigned to the UK in 2003 to take up a position responsible for managing business process services for Inland Revenue through the Aspire Contract. In April 2006, Tak was appointed to the Board of Fujitsu Services Ltd.

David Luchtel is the Chief Operating Officer for PCCS. Over the last 16 years has held a number of high-level positions at companies such as US West Communications and StorageTek. At PCCS, he successfully led the complete network upgrade for PEMCO's Financial Services companies and is responsible for implementing Fujitsu's Productivity Centre project methodology. While at StorageTek, he designed and implemented numerous multi million dollar storage solutions for customers on the West Coast.

Dror Ben-David, former manager of Internet, office and hosting systems for Retalix Ltd., is vice president of Connected Services for StoreNext Retail Technologies L.L.C. StoreNext is a joint venture of Fujitsu and Retalix Ltd., formed in July 2002. Ben-David is responsible for the company's Web-based initiatives that allow retailers to access data and collaborative services over a secure Web connection, reducing operational costs and inefficiencies. He spent the last seven years with Retalix Ltd., where he contributed extensively in implementing retail management systems in the grocery, convenience store and hospitality markets. Ben-David has also held numerous project and operations management positions for international food service and hospitality companies.

Greg manages the creative department, mentors the creatives and supervises all creative work. Since joining M/C/C in 1992, Greg has worked on accounts ranging from Sony, Fujitsu, Alcatel and Vari-Lite to CapRock Communications, Nokia, Ericsson and Raytheon. Prior to M/C/C, he worked as Art Director at Gleason Associates on both B2B and consumer accounts including DSC (now Alcatel), State Fair Foods and Dalfort Aviation. He started his career in JCPenney's advertising department. Throughout his career, Greg has won several prestigious awards including numerous TOPS (Dallas Addy) and MarCom awards. Greg holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Texas. He has served on the board of the Dallas Ad League and remains an active member.

To realize his vision, Mr. Barrow founded Imaging Solutions and Services, Inc. (ISSI), a technology-based firm that offers document imaging business process improvement solutions. Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, the company works with small to large clients to identify, design, develop and implement business process improvements. ISSI partners with clients to deliver complete turnkey solutions, fully integrated and customized solutions, and/or comprehensive outsourcing services to meet the specific client objectives and deliver the greatest bottom-line impact. ISSI integrates products and services from all of the market leading suppliers, such as Kodak, Fujitsu, BBarrow is an experienced executive with a passion for human resources and administrative efficiency. Since joining the company in 2000, Ms. Barrow has dramatically improved administrative efficiency and strengthened the personnel management, professional development, and employee benefits programs.

Klaus Bartosch was appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of Hostworks in July 2003. Klaus has extensive systems integration, outsourcing and consulting sales and sales leadership experience gained through working with some of Australia's leading customers and services providers like DMR Consulting (now Fujitsu) and Aspect Computing (now KAZ) prior to joining Hostworks.

Dr Luoni co-founded MRS Corporation in January 2003 and developed together with Mr Lumpe the concept of Next-Generation Media Aggregation. Dr Luoni brings a broad range of experience in R&D and senior technical positions for telecommunication carriers, such as Swisscom and manufacturers in Japan (Fujitsu & Hitachi). He is a specialist in voice and data network protocols, QoS metering software, traffic metering & carrier billing solutions, routing algorithms, and security concepts. Dr. Luoni completed his PhD in Telecommunications at the Swiss Institute of Technology. He graduated from the same university with a M.Sc. in Mathematics.

Parvaiz started his career in 1988 with International Computers Ltd and held positions in network engineering and later in corporate business analysis. He later became responsible for Fujitsu's channel distribution in Middle East, Africa and the Sub-Indian continent. In 1998, he joined British Telecom Plc as a major accounts director.

Philip Warley is Managing Partner of Baldwin Bell Green's London Office. Alongside other BBG partners, he was a co-founder of the Mitchell Madison Group in 1992, leading the European practice. Following MMG's acquisition by USWeb/CKS in 1999, he became Executive Director responsible for the Firm's Consulting Practice in London . During this time he also established and ran the South Africa office and, on secondment, he joined the Board of FirstRand, a newly created Banking and Insurance Group in Johannesburg . Mr. Warley began his consulting career at McKinsey and Co and has over 20 years consulting and line experience. He has also led A.T. Kearney's Financial Services Practice in the UK , and consulted independently for many years. He is an experienced board director and consulting partner focusing primarily on the banking, financial services and IT sectors. His practice spans corporate and business unit strategy to large-scale transformational operational performance improvements, including outsourcing and off-shoring. He was a pioneer of MMG's sourcing and outsourcing techniques for service industries. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and BA in Economics from the University of Exeter. He is married to the soprano Maria Kesselman.

Pierre was born on October 25, 1958 in Brussels, Belgium (Belgian citizen). In 1981, he graduated Civil engineer in Microelectronics from the "Universite Catholique de Louvain" (La plus grande distinction) and received its PhD in 1987. During its PhD, he designed and manufactured a complete prototype of a revolutionary OCR machine based on a new full-custom programmable Integrated Circuit for Image Recognition and the associated software. He founded I.R.I.S. in 1987, to commercialize the results of his PhD thesis, with the help of Jean-Didier Legat a fellow Phd (who went back at the UCL in 1989, as a professor) and Ackermans & van Haaren, a Belgian financial holding. In the first years of I.R.I.S., Pierre was Vice-President of R&D. He has been acting as CEO of the company since 1991. Pierre is the Chairman of the board, President of the Executive Committee of I.R.I.S. and a major shareholder of I.R.I.S. since the MBO of I.R.I.S. by Pierre Rion and Pierre De Muelenaere in 1992. Pierre has more than 20 years of experience in the imaging field and has accumulated a very solid experience in setting up international partnerships with US and Asian companies (HP, Kodak, Adobe, Fujitsu,..), company management and R&D management. Pierre received the "2001 Manager of the Year" award, which is the most respected management award in Belgium. The company I.R.I.S. received the "2002 Entrepreneur of the year" award.

Takeo Hamada graduated from the University of Tokyo with BE and ME degrees in Electrical Engineering in 1984 and 1986, respectively. He has been with Fujitsu since 1986. From 1995 to the end of 1997, he was with the TINA-C core-team at Red Bank, NJ, where he worked on TINA service management and resource management architecture.
