James Chu is founder, chairman and CEO of ViewSonic Corporation, a leading worldwide provider of high-performance computer display technologies. A native of Taiwan, Chu held a variety of sales positions before immigrating to the United States in 1986 to become president of U.S. operations for a Taiwanese keyboard

Dorothy is seasoned sales executive, who has recently held positions as Vice President of Sales for ViewSonic and Vice President, Americas Channel Sales, for Wyse Technology. In this senior sales executive positions, Dorothy lead organizational initiatives to develop and implement sales strategies and programs with high technology partners in North and South America who sell to small/medium and large companies. She was awarded Sales Manager of the Year for FY 2000 and served on the Wyse Technology Leadership Council. Prior to these positions, Dorothy served as the Director, Worldwide Sales Support Operations for AlliedSignal Aerospace where she is credited with creating and launching the first variable compensation plan of its kind in the aerospace industry. Dorothy has always believed that skill sets are transferable has coached and counseled other women to "take the leap", hence her decision to accept this unique opportunity.

Jeff Volpe currently serves as vice president and general manager of ViewSonic North America. In this role, Volpe oversees business planning, channel distribution development, brand marketing and product marketing for the region. Preceding his current role, Volpe served as vice president of Global Brand and Emerging Technologies for ViewSonic. He had global responsibility for brand image development and messaging and was responsible for pursuing new technology opportunities. Additional roles with ViewSonic have included: vice president of marketing, Americas, where he was responsible for marketing strategy and activities throughout the US, Canada and Latin America; vice president of sales for ViewSonic Americas, where he managed the company's reseller, distribution, enterprise and retail operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America; vice president of the Business Products Division; and senior director for Canada. Volpe came to ViewSonic in January 1996 from Citizen America Corporation, where he was the Canadian regional sales manager responsible for the sales and customer management of computer printer products. Prior to that, he was manager of Indirect Sales Channels for Epson Canada Limited. Before entering the business sector, Volpe played for the Edmonton Eskimos in the Canadian Football League. Volpe earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Guelph in 1987, and was later inducted into the University's Hall of Fame in 1998.
