Roger Kirk is the co-founder and CEO of Computer Guidance Corporation, a recognized leader and pioneer in integrated construction management software solutions. Mr. Kirk founded Computer Guidance Corporation in 1981. Since that time, the company has grown to many times the original number of employees with offices throughout North America including Canada. Computer Guidance Corporation's customers consistently represent nearly 20% of the top 400 revenue-grossing construction companies in the United States. Among the many awards and recognitions for its Job Cost/Accounting and Payroll solution (Construction Management System), Computer Guidance has been ranked as the number one solution in the Construction Financial Management Association's Computerization Survey for three consecutive years. Today, in addition to its Construction Management System, Computer Guidance offers a variety of software application packages from bid solicitation to desktop and web-based project management to complete field-to-home office collaboration. Prior to co-founding Computer Guidance Corporation, Roger was president of a successful custom software development company. He used the knowledge and experience gained in providing custom developed systems in manufacturing and construction as the catalyst for forming Computer Guidance Corporation.

Rich Bilancia is President and founder of Computer Guidance and Support, a technology and managerial accounting consulting firm. Until recently he was the CIO and Vice President of Information Technology at CoorsTek, Inc., a Golden, Colorado based leading designer and manufacturer of critical components and integrated assemblies for the semiconductor capital equipment industry and other high technology markets. While at CoorsTek, Rich completed a major upgrade of the IT organization and then led the successful corporate deployment and acceptance of portal technology and data warehousing. He also directed a PeopleSoft financials and supply chain implementation in the midst of a major economic downturn. Earlier, Rich was a co-founder and Vice President of Colorado-based Foothills Software, Inc., a UNIX software development company that was an Industry Remarketer (IR) for IBM's RISC System/6000, where he headed the software development team. Previous to that, he completed a fourteen year career with Manville Corporation as Vice President of Accounting Methods. Throughout his career he has specialized in solving business and managerial accounting problems using computer technology. Rich has extensive experience in Activity-Based Cost Management (ABCM), managerial accounting, open systems, software development, project management, and technology consulting. His expertise has given him many opportunities to work with a variety of domestic and international corporations. His career spans over twenty five years and covers a diverse range of industries including automotive and aerospace component manufacturing, building materials, oil and chemical, wood and paper products, exploration and mining, food and beverage processing, hotel and hospitality management, insurance, retailing, and communications. Rich is recognized nationally as an expert on Activity-Based Cost Management (ABCM), the AIX, UNIX and XENIX operating systems, as well as computerized managerial accounting. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has written over 60 articles for computer industry publications. For nearly two years he wrote the "/xenix" column for UNIX/World magazine. Rich has taught courses for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies both in ABCM and in software development using fourth generation languages as well as taught accounting technology classes at the University of Denver as an adjunct professor. Rich holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters of Accountancy with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Denver. He is an active member in several technology associations and has at one time or another been nominated for virtually all of the Who's Who publications.

Gervais is responsible for overseeing the timely execution of application development and technology innovation. Additionally, he is responsible for Computer Guidance Company's Quality Assurance effort and production/ maintenance of User Documentation. Gervais' prior experience spans two decades at the Senior Executive level in IT for both domestic and internationally owned organizations. His software development management experience includes logistics, transportation, supply chain management, and finance systems. Most recently Gervais served as Director, IT Program Management at U.S. Airways where he managed the airline's application development and maintenance efforts. His other prior positions include Vice President, Enterprise Systems for GlobalNetXchange and Director of ECommerce at Mitsui OSK Lines. Gervais has a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of South Alabama and a Master's degree in Information

Randy Reber is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Computer Guidance Corporation. He is responsible for managing corporate sales direction and strategy, managing the sales operations, and the overall execution of selling efforts of the organization. Randy is also responsible for developing the company's marketing strategies, execution of strategic initiatives, and driving effective communications to the marketplace. With over 15 years of sales, marketing, and management experience, Randy has excelled in many different environments from mid-size to Fortune 100 companies. He has held varied management responsibilities for sales, marketing, and strategic alliances in these companies. Throughout his career, he has become well versed at managing strategic partnerships, developing marketing and sales strategies, launching new corporate divisions, and executing on corporate selling efforts. Randy holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.

Kim has been the Application Support Manager at Computer Guidance since June 2006. Kim directs the Applications Software Support department by providing application problem solving to customers and serving as a liaison between the customer base and other Computer Guidance departments. Kim brings over 10 years of experience in the heavy highway construction industry, in which she was a Controller. Kim has been with Computer Guidance for nearly 10 years, in that time she accumulated a vast amount of product knowledge by working with the financial applications as an Implementation Consultant for both U.S. and Canadian customers.

Mr. Gens is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years experience serving as the Chief Financial Officer for companies in the real estate development, corporate finance, and technology industries. Mr. Gens earned his CPA certificate after graduating from Arizona State University. He is also a licensed real estate agent. Mitch has responsibility for all of Sienna Communities' financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and equity and debt financing packages.
