Michael W. Laphen Chairman of the Company since July 2007, and President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2007. President and Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to May 2007, Corporate Vice President from August 2001 to April 2003, and President of the European Group from August 2000 to March 2003. He has been a director of CSC since February 2007. Age 57.

Michael J. Mancuso, 66, has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Computer Sciences Corporation, a provider of information technology and business process outsourcing and information technology and professional services, since December 2008. He was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Dynamics Corporation. He joined General Dynamics in 1993 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc., and was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1994. Before joining General Dynamics, Mr. Mancuso spent seven years with United Technologies. His background also includes 21 years with General Electric. Mr. Mancuso is a director of LSI Corporation and the Shaw Group Inc. Mr. Mancuso has been a director of SPX since 2005.

Chris Moren is a Senior Scientist for Science and Technology Corporation in the Office of the Federal Coordinator for Meteorological Services and Supporting Research (OFCM). His previous experience includes Senior Technical Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation in Monterey, California; On-Air Weather Forecaster for KSBW-8 TV; Data Department Head at the Fleet Numerical Oceanography Center; Executive Officer at the Naval Environmental Prediction Research Facility; oceanographer on the aircraft carrier USS CONSTELLATION; and Officer in Charge of the Naval Oceanography Command Detachment. Chris has a B.S. in Meteorology from the University of Utah and a M.S. in Meteorology and Oceanography from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Dr. Jensen is the Chief Executive Officer of Delmarva Foundation. Dr. Jensen's distinguished career includes 20 years of experience as Medical Director for a number of corporations, including Delmarva Foundation and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). In his tenure with CSC he served as the Medical Director for the Western Integrity Center, a CMS Program Safeguard Contract performed by Delmarva as a subcontractor to CSC. Dr. Jensen has participated in all aspects of case review development and performance, including designing and interpreting provider performance profiles. He was the physician leader for the Payment Error Prevention Program for Maryland and the District of Columbia. He led medical criteria and policy development activities and participated in medical societies, hospital associations, and provider groups to communicate CMS policy. Dr. Jensen earned his MD at Duke University School of Medicine and his Master of Public Health in Occupational Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He received his Master of Arts in Economics and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.

Dave is a long time Kidds family member. He was one of its first clients in 1990 and became a volunteer in 1991 because he was so impressed with the organization. He has held almost every volunteer role, including Board President. Recently he managed the renovation project for our new home. He was born in NYC and raised on Long Island. He is married with 2 kids (a 22 year old girl and a 20 year old boy), and his wife, Barbara, is also a former long-term board member. He has a BSIE and MBA from Lehigh University. Dave works for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and has been in the IT industry for over 25 years. Dave loves to travel and has visited all 50 states and every continent except Africa and Antarctica. He has also been involved in Delaware's Family Law commission (a citizens oversight group responsible to review Delaware family law practices and procedures in order to make recommendations to the state legislature).

Don Wright, Vice President of Sales, brings to ThreeWire over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in complex, service-related business solutions with industry leading information technology and services firms such as Computer Sciences Corporation, Stellent, Comdisco and MCI Systemhouse. This includes successfully building direct and channel sales organizations for the manufacturing, healthcare, financial and government vertical markets.

Edsger Wybe Dijkstra is Professor and Schlumberger Centennial Chair in Computer Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin since 1984. Although most of Edsger's publications began life as EWD manuscripts, the great majority of his manuscripts remain unpublished. They have been inaccessible to many potential readers, and those who have received copies have been unable to cite them in their own work. To alleviate both of these problems, the department has collected over a thousand of the manuscripts in this permanent web site, in the form of PDF bitmap documents. Ivan Sujoy is the company's Chief Information Officer. Formerly the CIO of World Wide Networks and a co-developer of Internet trading systems and online initiatives, Mr. Sujoy heads the deployment and refinement of the company's technology initiatives. Mr. Sujoy is a graduate of Belgrano University School of Computer Analysis with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences.

John Lerch oversees the Company's IP strategy and RFID wristband development efforts. Mr. Lerch was most recently a co-founder of Princeton Power Systems, where he led the team through a Series A financing and cultivated key relationships with the OEM partners. Before Princeton Power, Mr. Lerch worked at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital on the development of non-invasive focused ultrasound treatments for brain disease. Mr. Lerch holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University with a minor in both Cognitive and Computer Sciences.

Kevin Franck is the co-founder, co-owner, and current Chief Financial Officer of Revolution Consulting, Inc, a Minnesota-based corporation. Kevin has worked in the information technology industry since 1993. Kevin's passion for and experience in the industry began with Dawson Hail Insurance, Computer Sciences Corporation and EJBell Systems, Inc. Following EJBell Systems' exit from the Minneapolis market, Kevin co-founded Revolution Consulting, Inc. with Matthew Boerner in 1997. Kevin's background in accounting has been instrumental in providing accounting related solutions for Revolution's clients and managing the finances, investments and 40% annual growth rate of the company. Kevin's responsibilities include financial management, account management and project management. Kevin has Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems, is a former Captain and Finance Officer in the US Army and barring injury runs the Twin Cities Marathon.

Matthew Harding is a Computer / Electronic Engineer with an extensive background in electronics engineering and Computer Sciences, and has worked with the Internet since 1983.

Ms. McMichael supervises the technical project teams in website design, shopping cart development, custom database applications and network infrastructure. She has prior experience at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) serving as a web and application developer, project lead and business analyst for several key projects. She holds a B.S. in Information Science from Christopher Newport University.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder, Michael brings a wealth of technology marketing experience gained as an executive at major corporations including ADP, Computer Associates and Computer Sciences Corporation. He is the author of numerous articles in business publications as well as a multi-volume series for the wholesale distribution industry. Michael holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has spoken at various national and international venues.

After 30 years of extensive training in computer systems and software, Pete arrived at ProCore Solutions in October of 2000. He began his long career as a programmer at General Electric Ordnance Systems in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. He moved to Georgia as Director, M.I.S. for Westclox in 1980 and after 4 years became the Director, Systems and Research, with Gerber Alley & Company, a start-up company which wrote and installed administrative and clinical systems for healthcare facilities. After its sale in 1989, Pete and a close friend and business partner started an integrations and communications company for hospitals named Integrated Network Services (INS), where Pete was the Chief Operating Officer. From 1994 - 1996, INS was voted into Arthur Andersen's top 50 Hi-Tech companies and was awarded the fastest growth company in a 5-year period in 1994. INS was sold in 1996 to VSI Enterprises, when Pete became a consultant to them and healthcare facilities nationwide. Before their move to Oklahoma, 1-800-Flowers.com hired Pete as a Sales and Service Manager with responsibilities for over thirty call center agents and the local programming for in-house systems. He has degrees in both Computer Sciences and Financial Management and lives locally in Marietta, Georgia.

Mr. Cheung founded Amervest Company, Inc. in 1983. He chairs the Investment Strategy Committee and is responsible for the management of client portfolios. He has advised several larger endowments on several private equity investments in the Greater China region. Prior to starting Amervest, Mr. Cheung was the Treasurer at the University of Southern California ("USC"). He is a CFA charterholder and has passed the NASD Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 exams. Active in the community, Mr. Cheung is a member of the Board of Regents at Loyola Marymount University and a member of various committees at the Catholic University of America, University of San Diego, Notre Dame Academy Elementary School and Pepperdine University. Mr. Cheung received his MBA in finance from USC, a Bachelor's degree in business statistics from University of Hawaii and professional certificates from Princeton University and Cambridge University. In March 2004, Mr. Cheung was conferred a honorary doctoral degree by the Moscow State Academy of Instrument Engineering and Computer Sciences for his efforts in developing U.S. accredited on-line MBA education in Russia.

Sam Meals has over 40 years of experience in science, mathematics, and the federal high-technology industry. His more than 30 years of federal experience includes business development, market research and analysis, strategic planning, and merger & acquisition activities. Prior to joining QSS, Sam was Vice President of Strategic Planning for Wang Government Services. Other relevant experience includes senior management positions at American Management Systems and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Shankar Rao is KPHS' director of Business Infrastructure and Technology. Prior to joining KPHS, Shankar was a principal consultant in Kaiser Permanente's IT department, where he provided technology consulting to Health Plan Operations and Administration on strategic projects. He brings extensive large-scale system integration and implementation experience in health care, telecom, and DoD verticals, which he acquired during his tenure at Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) and Science Applications Int'l Corp. (SAIC).

Tom brings more than 30 year of senior management experience as well as 15 years of technical recruiting, contingent staffing and managed recruiting services expertise. Previously, he served as Senior Member of the Advisory Board for IT staffing/recruiting outsourcing giant Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). In this capacity, Tom authored major programs/processes in current use such as the (i) Employee Mobility Program (designed to redeploy internal resources to new internal/external positions (1800 employees over 15 months) saving the company over $15 million in related new hire and RIF cost) and (ii) SmartStaffing (S2) Program (designed to reduce the manager's resume review time, the new hire recruiting time (24-48 hrs) and the overall time to hire to 2 weeks). Prior to CSC, Tom was founder and President of Allenetics Executive Search, a successful corporation providing staffing and recruiting services for over 92 Fortune 50 to Fortune 1000 companies.

Mr Toni Eliasz is a rising young visionary, advocate, and a speaker on international digital divide issues. He has gained a reputation as a mission driven social entrepreneur with the aim to understand the opportunities and risks of future technologies (especially Information and communication Technologies, ICTs) and use this knowledge to contribute towards sustainable world and society. Mr Eliasz is a co-founder and an Executive Director of Ungana-Afrika, a regional ICT capacity building organisation, that incubates and manages innovative ICT support programs within Africa's development community. He serves as a member on the council of APC (The Association for Progressive Communications) and is one of the key figures of a Global eRiding Network, a world-wide movement of non-profit technology consultants. Before Ungana-Afrika, he had six years career experience combining technology and business positions in software industry in Finland. Mr Eliasz holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Sciences from University of Helsinki. During his free time, he is continuing his Ph.D. studies focusing on the Global Information Society.

Dr. Park has been a Director since June 2004. Dr. Park was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Maxtor Corporation, a company that manufactures hard drives and provides storage solutions, until it was acquired by Seagate Technology in May 2006. Previously he served as Managing Director, Investment Partner and Senior Adviser at H&Q Asia Pacific, a private equity firm, from November 2002 to September 2004. Dr. Park served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hynix Semiconductor, Inc., a company that manufactures semiconductor products, from March 2000 to May 2002. Dr. Park served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hynix Semiconductor America Inc., from September 1996 to February 2000. Dr. Park also previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxtor from February 1995 to July 1996. Dr. Park also serves on the board of Seagate Technology, Ballard Power Systems Inc., a Canadian-based public company in the fuel cells industry, Brooks Automation, Inc., a provider of automation solutions and integrated subsystems to the semiconductor industry, and Computer Sciences Corporation, a publicly-traded leading global information technology services company. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Yonsei University, South Korea. Dr. Park serves as the Chairman of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and as a member of our Compensation Committee.

David J. Barram Chairman, since 2007, and Chief Executive Officer, from 2006 to 2007, of Mobibucks Corporation, a provider of an alternate payment system and electronic loyalty card and coupon system. Former Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration, retired as of 2000. He has been a director since 2004. Age 64.

Irving W. Bailey II is a senior advisor to Chrysalis Ventures. He is a retired Chairman and CEO of Providian Corp., a former managing director of Chrysalis Ventures, and a former Chairman of the Board of Directors of AEGON USA Inc. He was appointed to AEGON’s Supervisory Board in 2004 and his current term will end in 2012. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Computer Sciences Corp. and Hospira Inc.
