Stuart Crosby was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for Computershare in November 2006. He previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and joined Computershare in 1999. His initial role was as a strategic business development manager for the Group's interests in Continental Europe and Asia. Tony has been involved with Computershare since 1981 and was appointed Executive (Finance) Director in 1990. On 30 September 2001, Tony relinquished his executive responsibilities and since that time has remained on the Board in a non-executive capacity.
