Stuart Crosby was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for Computershare in November 2006. He previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and joined Computershare in 1999. His initial role was as a strategic business development manager for the Group's interests in Continental Europe and Asia. In 2002 he was appointed as Managing Director - Asia Pacific, responsible for operations in Australia, New Zealand, India and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Computershare, Stuart was the National Head of Listings at the ASX and has also worked for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in its intermediary licensing division and as a director of enforcement. Stuart is a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Acquisitions Committees and is based in Melbourne.

Paul has 27 years experience in financial markets worldwide and is currently based in Computershare' s New York office.A He is actively involved in the development of strategic initiatives across the range of Computershare's business.A A A Prior to joining Computershare Paul spent over 18 years working for both the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in a number of senior positions.A These ranged from operations (trading and settlement), business development (new products, services and systems), legal and regulation, to business policy and strategy. As the president of the Global Capital Markets Group, Paul oversees the product strategy development and services such as global registry, cross-border trading and settlement services within the Computershare group.

Peter Barker was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Computershare in January 2009. As Chief Financial Officer, Peter is responsible for providing financial leadership across the entire organisation, including accounting and business support in all of the Computershare group entities. Peter's responsibilities also cover Financial Planning and Control, Treasury, Tax, Acquisition Analysis, Financial Systems, and Investor Relations. Peter has over 20 years of finance experience and has held regional and global financial roles with BHP Billiton, Cisco Systems and Amdahl Corporation. Peter began his career with Ernst and Young. Peter holds a B.Comm (University of Queensland) and an MBA (Heriot-Watt University) and is a graduate of the Wharton Schoola s Advanced Management Program. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Computershare Limited in January 2008, Stuart is responsible for all aspects of Computersharea s global information technology (IT) infrastructure and line-of-business application development, support and maintenance. With 20 years of Securities Industry and IT Management experience, Stuart has held a wide variety of IT roles in a number of countries for Computershare. Most recently he served as North American CIO, where he led the IT due diligence and integration for all acquisitions supporting Computersharea s significant growth, global expansion and implementation of new business models. In addition to IT Management responsibilities Stuart also acts as Executive Relationship Manager for a number of our larger and complex accounts. Prior to Computershare, Stuart was with The Royal Bank of Scotland, where he held a number of roles in the Securities and Technology divisions.

As the CFO, Tom is responsible for providing financial leadership across the entire organisation, including accounting and business support in all of the Computershare group entities. Tom's responsibilities also cover Financial Planning and Control, Treasury, Tax, Acquisition Analysis, Financial Systems, and Investor Relations. Tom has over 20 years senior finance experience that has been gained from a variety of roles and organisations in both Australia and the United States. Tom holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and an MBA from University of Melbourne.

In his role as Managing Director - North America, Steven is responsible for Computershare's operations in the United States and Canada. Prior to his appointment, Steven was President of Computershare Investor Services USA with direct responsibility for the registry and stock transfer businesses across all our US offices as well as our US employee plan services and options business. Steven was part of the Executive Team that came across to Computershare following the Harris Bank acquisition in 2000. He joined Harris in 1986 and after a series of senior appointments, became Executive Vice President in 1998. He holds a BA from Queens College, New York, and an MBA in Financial Management (with distinction) from Pace University in New York.

Penny Maclagan joined Computershare in 1983 and was appointed to the Board as an executive director in May 1995. In her role as Managing Director of Computershare Technology Services, Penny is responsible for planning, developing and executing technology across the world in support of the Group's global strategy. Throughout her career with Computershare Penny has been involved with all aspects of technology support and development. Her detailed understanding of Computershare's proprietary technology and of the global securities industry has greatly contributed to the establishment of Computershare's competitive advantage in the global marketplace. Penny is a member of the Nomination Committee and is based in Melbourne.

Chris Morris was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1990 after having been a founding member of Computershare in 1978. Chris' extensive knowledge of the securities industry and its user requirements from both a national and international perspective coupled with his passion and long term strategic vision have been instrumental in developing Computershare into a global company that is unique in its provision of a full range of solutions to meet the needs of listed companies and their stakeholders. In November 2006, Chris became the Company's Executive Chairman. Chris is a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee and is based in Melbourne.

Dr Markus Kerber was appointed to the Board on 18 August 2004 as a non-executive director. Markus is Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GFT Technologies, one of Europe's leading IT services companies in the banking, logistics and industrial sectors. He is a major shareholder of GFT and has been its CFO and COO for many years where he has been responsible for GFT's expansion strategy across Europe. Prior to joining GFT, Markus worked as an investment banker in London in the equity capital markets divisions of Deutsche Bank AG and S.G. Warburg and Co. Limited in London. He is a member of the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) and German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) in Berlin. Markus is a member of the Acquisitions Committee and the Nomination Committee and is based in Berlin.

Simon Jones was appointed to the Board as an additional director on 10 November 2005. Simon Jones is a qualified chartered accountant and is currently a principal of Canterbury Partners, a corporate advisory firm based in Melbourne. Simon has extensive corporate experience having previously held the positions of Managing Director Victoria at N M Rothschild & Son and Managing Partner Audit and Business Advisory at Arthur Andersen. Simon is the Chairman of the Risk and Audit Committee and is a member of the Acquisitions Committee and the Nomination Committee. He is based in Melbourne.

Tony has been involved with Computershare since 1981 and was appointed Executive (Finance) Director in 1990. On 30 September 2001, Tony relinquished his executive responsibilities and since that time has remained on the Board in a non-executive capacity. During his time as Finance Director, Tony was instrumental in much of the strategic expansion of the group from its days as a small Australian provider of bureau services to one of Australia's largest and most successful technology companies, spread throughout many countries. Of particular importance was Tony's major role in negotiations and in the due diligence process for all of the company's major acquisitions. Tony continues to be actively involved with the company and his background, experience and understanding of both the Group and international markets are valued highly by both the Board and senior management. Tony is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and is a member Risk & Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. He is based in Sydney.
