Matt Sweeney currently oversees all departments at Computerworld, including sales, editorial, marketing, events and online. He was previously executive vice president and publisher, leading Computerworld's national sales efforts for two and a half years through a period of tremendous revenue growth. Prior to coming to Computerworld, Sweeney held a number of executive positions in IT publishing, including national associate publisher of Ziff Davis' CIO Insight magazine, associate publisher East at PC Magazine and publisher/vice president of sales at IDG's Macworld magazine. Sweeney holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass.

Connors is responsible for leading the online operations and editorial for both Computerworld and CxO, the two leading brands in enterprise IT. In this role, she is the primary driver of online strategy and direction and is charged with overseeing the dramatic growth these organizations are seeing in all areas of online media. Prior to coming to Computerworld, Connors worked for ten years at Technology Review, an MIT enterprise, where she was instrumental in transforming the once small magazine, into a leading independent media company. Starting out as circulation director at Technology Review, she worked her way up to Executive Vice President/COO, responsible for the online business, circulation, and operations. During her time there, she put Technology Review online in 1994, making it one of the first 10 publications on the web at the time. She joined Computerworld in 2005 as VP/General Manager online and in 2006 was given the added responsibility of overseeing the online properties of CxO media including CIO.com, CSO.com. Connors currently serves on the board of directors for MITX (Massachusetts Interactive Technology Exchange), and has served on the technology sub-committee for the Massachusetts Board of Education and on the board for her alumni magazine. Connors received her BA in English and Journalism from the University of Massachusetts.

Matt Duffy has worked for Computerworld for eight years in various marketing, research, and advertising sales roles. In his current role, he oversees all marketing and marketing research initiatives at Computerworld across the print, online and events product lines. Prior to coming to Computerworld, Duffy worked in various market research roles for educational institutions.

Johanna Rothman helps managers, teams, and organizations become more effective with her pragmatic approaches to the issues of project management, risk management, and people management. Rothman is a frequent speaker and author on managing high-technology product development and has written more than 100 articles and papers. She is a columnist for Software Development, Computerworld.com, and StickyMinds.com. She also publishes Reflections, an acclaimed quarterly newsletter about managing product development.

Martin 'MC' Brown is a regular writer of white papers and 'how to' guides for Microsoft, and providing content for a variety of clients on subjects such as diverse as Solaris, Unix, Linux, Open Source Software, Windows, Apple, Eclipse/Java and many other technologies. He draws on a rich and varied background as founder member of a leading UK ISP, systems manager and IT consultant for an advertising agency and Internet solutions group, technical specialist for an intercontinental ISP network, and database designer and programmer and as a self-confessed compulsive consumer of computing hardware and software. Martin spends the majority of his time working for the documentation team of MySQL in the Database Group of Sun Microsystems. Outside of his MySQL responsibilities, most of his time is spent writing articles and commentary on a variety of topics, or working on his own venture, Cheffy, using the experience gained developing websites for blue-chip clients such as Hewlett-Packard. Paul Glen is a consultant, speaker, and author. He is the author of "Leading Geeks: How to Lead and Manage People Who Deliver Technology" (Jossey-Bass Pfeiffer, 2002, Warren Bennis Signature Series) and "Healing Client Relationships: A Professional's Guide to Managing Client Conflict" (Professional Service Publishing, 2001). He is also a monthly management columnist for the on-line edition of Computerworld. Mr. Glen has more than a dozen years experience delivering and managing IT related products and services. In 1999, he founded C2 Consulting to help advance the management and leadership of information technology (IT) organizations and projects. Mr. Glen received his MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with majors in marketing, organizational behavior, and strategy. He received a BA from Cornell University with majors in computer science and mathematics. Mr. Glen has taught as a part-time faculty member in the MBA programs at the University of Southern California and Loyola Marymount University. AT USC he developed and taught an e-Business Strategy course. At Loyola he taught a second year MBA course that he authored entitled "Marketing of High Technology Products and Services."

The culprit behind IT Blogwatch is Richi Jennings. Richi is an independent analyst/consultant/advisor, specializing in email, blogging, Linux, and computer security. He is also an analyst at Ferris Research. He was previously CTO for Samsung Contact. Prior to this, he was at Hewlett-Packard for 15 years, working in a wide variety of engineering, marketing and architect roles, mainly on OpenMail and its predecessor products. He is a frequent, informative and entertaining conference speaker, at events such as LinuxWorld, Network World, Comdex, INBOX, Internet World, CeBIT, HP World and LinuxTag. Richi lives in England, is an un-professional DJ, rusty scuba diver, and was voted "Most likely to get up first to sing at karaoke" for eleven years in succession. Preston Gralla is a contributing editor for Computerworld, and the author of more than 35 books, including "How the Internet Works," "Windows XP Hacks," and "Windows Vista in a Nutshell." He has written about technology for more than 20 years, and has published in numerous national magazines and newspapers, ranging from Computerworld to USA Today, the Los Angeles Times, the Dallas Morning News, and CIO Magazine.

Tom Christo has been executive, journalist, lecturer and trial lawyer in the computer field for over thirty years. A co-founder and the original Associate Editor of COMPUTERWORLD in the sixties, Tom later attended Boston University Law School (JD, 1972). Tom left the Suffolk County (Boston) District Attorney's office in 1974 to pursue his first civil case. That suit, Catamore v. IBM, became the longest jury trial in Rhode Island History and the landmark case that established the difference, as a matter of law, between hardware and software. Besides being the only lawyer to ever beat IBM in a jury trial (he has done so twice), Tom successfully brought lawsuits against every major Computer vendor during the seventies and early eighties, never losing a case. He then returned to Data Processing as President and COO of Mohawk Data Sciences (NYSE) and became active in politics. Tom returned to the practice of law with his wife, Ellen, in the nineties. Today they specialize in factually complex diversity litigation around the country for both plaintiffs and defendants. They are "of counsel" to the firm of Hare & Chaffin in Boston. In addition to jury trials, they also conduct mock trials and perform case evaluations to assist litigants in evaluating their respective positions. Tom is also a frequent commentator for various publications and news outlets including US NEWS AND WORLD REPORT, FORBES and the BBC.

Mr. Antoniuk is chairman and CEO of Russian Space Communications Company and deputy chairman of Technopark, a Russian-Italian joint venture in Moscow. He also serves as the chairman of both Information Computer Enterprises (publisher of PC World Russia and Network World Russia), and Computerworld (publisher of the weekly tabloid Computerweek Moscow). From 1988 to 1991 Dr. Antoniuk served as economic advisor to the deputy prime minister of the USSR Council of Ministers. Prior to that he was head of the U.S. Department of the USSR State Committee for Science and Technology. Dr. Antoniuk's career includes positions in government, the military and academia. In 1982 he received a doctor of economy degree in computerized decision support systems for management.
