Bill has executive oversight responsibility for the Core Business Area of Training and Education. Max began his IT career in 1998 by providing pc hardware and software support. In 1999 he was hired by the Dixie-Net as a helpdesk support technician. In 2000 he was promoted to the call center supervisor, where he supported 3 to 5 internet service providers with technical phone support. While working at Dixie-net Communications he gained experience with several different types of data and phone networks. Max attended Northeast Community College while working full time from 2001-2003 earning an Associates Degree in Computer Programming Technology where he learned several programming languages including VB, C++, AS400, MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL. Max joined Computing Technologies in December of 2005 where he provides pc hardware and software support, onsite service calls, and network and server installation and maintenance.
