Manny was the principal founder of CoTs and has been the President, CEO from 1992 to present. He has been the impetus for the company's sophisticated information systems and is passionate about helping customers and CoTs with his focus on "collaborative, cooperative, and concurrent change management." Manny is unsurpassed in all areas of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and formal database engineering. Manny's thorough understanding of legacy systems, software development methodologies, database engineering and how systems relate to business practices make him a problem solver. His Program Management proficiency and effectiveness are visible in his leadership-by-example style. He holds a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting. His grasp of the real problems facing information technology businesses today is illustrated in his quote: "The only things growing faster than technology are customer expectations."

Ann Marie Gillikin is responsible for executive management and oversight of all aspects of CoTs financial strategies, processes and operations. In additional to her finance and accounting duties she also oversees executive management for all contract information. With more than 12 years of accounting experience she manages, directs and executes all areas of accounting with high accuracy and attention to detail. Areas of accounting include accounts payable, accounts receivable, audits, budgets, collections, DCAA compliance and reporting, FAR compliance, financial statement preparation and payroll. Ms. Gillikin earned her bachelor's degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting from Strayer University. Ms. Gillikin also holds a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University.

Mr. Ward has more than 30 years of professional experience in diversified and increasingly demanding positions involving planning, supervising, managing, operations, maintenance, programming, acquisition, testing, and quality assurance of command, control, computers, communications, and information systems, as well as teaching in military and civilian institutions. He has executive oversight responsibility for most of the information technology services CoTs provides to a variety of customers including the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), US Navy, and US Marine Corps, as well as several US and international arms control organizations. He also provides contract administration support and assistance for all CoTs contracts.

Mr. Claud Clay serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for COmputing TechnologieS (CoTs). He has over 40 years of exceptional experience in both government and industry conceiving, planning, managing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining critical Information Systems. Mr. Clay has extensive knowledge of government Information technology legal and regulatory requirements. He is a consummate visionary, manager, and system architect who specializes in applying automation to reduce cost and increase efficiency. His education includes a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Masters Degree in National Resource Strategies together with extensive graduate studies in Computer Science. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate and is a graduate of the National Defense University.

Mr. Turnbull is an award-winning Executive and Program Manager who has over fifteen years of experience as a manager and analyst in positions of increasing responsibility. His experience involves solving complex computer operations problems including information systems program management. He directly manages over 100 employees and is a member of four transportation committees. Mr. Turnbull currently provides managerial and technical assistance in specialized program analysis and system improvement tasks for our Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Single Family (SF) contracts. He provides program/project management for the following contracts: DOT Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Optical System Maintenance; Performance and Registration System Management (PRISM) Inputting, Updating, Maintaining, and Automating of Motor Carrier Census Data; Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP) Commercial Vehicle Safety Plan (CVSP) Website; DOT Safety Violation Hotline (SVH); the Information Dissemination and Quality Control of the Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS); and the HUD Service Support Center (SSC) for Homeowner Refunds.

Bob leads the Corporate Business Development Group, and is a key contributor in our transition from small to large business status. He has Executive profit and loss responsibility and authority for the Core Business Area Enterprise Operations. In addition, he exercises Executive oversight of some Marine Corps and other designated contracts. He oversees all aspects of Government contracting, interacting directly with our customers and clients, procurement offices, and the Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization advocate. Bob's zeal for quality customer service is contagious. His hands-on leadership by example, take-charge approach, "can do" attitude, and mission-oriented mindset are the operational guideposts for CoTs. Bob's leadership is key to our continued success in the highly competitive Government contracting market place.

Bill has executive oversight responsibility for the Core Business Area of Training and Education. This includes Marine Corps Officer Professional Military Education (OPME), Expeditionary Warfare School Expositionary Writing Instruction, USMC Range support and the Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning which provides language instructors and Subject Matter Expert (SME) personnel to provide services to both pre and post deploying USMC units. Bill is extremely dedicated to providing only the highest quality of customer service and is an ardent advocate for our employees. He conveys a hands-on leadership style and leads by example. Bill's oversight and hands on approach are key to our continued success in the USMC Training and Education Command Distance Education Services contract that supports the USMC College of Continuing Education. Bill has been with CoTs four years and retired from the USMC after 28 years of service. He holds a Maters Degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.

Mr. Gill has over thirty years of experience in Executive and Program Management positions in the Federal Technical Services Industry. He has held positions of progressively higher responsibility from the "ground" up from programmer through Vice President (VP) of Operations and Business Development. He has an extensive background in system integration, software engineering, network operations, and program development. His expertise covers the full range of business development and system engineering disciplines including: acquisition and cost benefit analysis, requirements analysis, design, development, test, integration, and training. These disciplines have been employed on major database management systems; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems; command and control systems; and in providing technical and management direction to Network Operations Centers, Computer Operations Centers, and Help Centers. He provides program/project management for CoTs Studies and Analysis core business area supporting the following DOD agencies: Defense Modeling and Simulation Office (DMSO), National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO), ODS Program Analysis and Evaluation (OSD/PA&E), and the Air Force Studies and Analysis Agency.

Mr. Romero has over fourteen years of experience in a client/server environment, TCP/IP, Fiber, Ethernet, Token-Ring, Banyan, Novell NetWare, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. Managed and implemented both firewall hardware and software devices to ensure LAN / WAN security. Managed network hardware, to include Cisco hubs, switches, and routers; Cabletron hubs and switches; 3Com hubs and switches. Administered various email systems, Banyan Vines, Lotus Notes, ccMail, MS Mail, iMAIL, and Exchange 4.0/5.x. Managed and administered telephone system that provided connectivity for helpdesks, multiple contract obligations, and corporate staff. Defined government requirements, analyzed product capabilities and recommended solutions, and designed/installed system infrastructure. PC hardware and peripherals installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Progressive experience in production scheduling, resource management, and personnel management.

Will provides corporate leadership and direction for 120 CoTs employees on our Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) subcontract to Sverdrup Corporation. Will provides executive oversight of all CoTs IT services to AMCOM at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama and other Army Material Command (AMC) locations. Will leads the new business development activities for CoTs in the local Huntsville area.

Cindy Smith joined the Computing Technologies team in August of 2005. She is happily single with no children (Especially after working with these men everyday).

Max began his IT career in 1998 by providing pc hardware and software support. In 1999 he was hired by the Dixie-Net as a helpdesk support technician. In 2000 he was promoted to the call center supervisor, where he supported 3 to 5 internet service providers with technical phone support. While working at Dixie-net Communications he gained experience with several different types of data and phone networks. Max attended Northeast Community College while working full time from 2001-2003 earning an Associates Degree in Computer Programming Technology where he learned several programming languages including VB, C++, AS400, MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL. Max joined Computing Technologies in December of 2005 where he provides pc hardware and software support, onsite service calls, and network and server installation and maintenance.

Michael joined Computing Technologies in 2003. Michael has been married to Carrie Murrah Duran for over five years and has a two year old son, Hayden.
