"Dr. Magid Abraham is president, CEO and co-founder of comScore, Inc. Prior to co-founding comScore, Dr. Abraham was founder and CEO of Paragren Technologies, Inc., which specialized in delivering large scale Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) systems for strategic and target marketing. Paragren's customer base included large consumer marketing companies in the telecommunications, financial services, travel and retail industries. Paragren is now part of Siebel Systems. Before founding Paragren, Dr. Abraham was president and COO of Information Resources, Inc., a major international research company, which he led through a period of rapid growth in revenues, market share and profit. Throughout his IRI career, Dr. Abraham was a prolific innovator who designed a number of pioneering marketing applications that became standards of CPG marketing practice. "Christiana Lin brings to comScore more than a decade of experience in corporate, technology and intellectual property law, and technology-related public policy issues. She advises the company on all legal matters, including strategic corporate initiatives, technology alliances, business transactions and intellectual property protection. As Chief Privacy Officer, Ms. Lin is responsible for establishing the company's privacy and data security policies, overseeing the implementation of such policies, and educating legislators, the press, industry and consumer groups and the general public about the company's approach and commitments to consumer privacy. While in private practice, Ms. Lin worked extensively with telecommunications service providers, broadcast companies and Internet businesses. She represented and advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, matters before the Federal Communications Commission, and in appellate court proceedings. She also counseled clients on privacy matters and the management of intellectual property assets. Ms. Lin held a number of government positions, both at the Department of Defense and the White House, focused on coordinating the legislative and public relations efforts associated with critical technology and economic programs. This experience included working with foreign governments on a broad variety of initiatives. Ms. Lin holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University. Prior to joining comScore Networks, Mr. Dale served as Vice President of Client Service at Paragren Technologies, where he forged key partnerships that advanced CRM techniques with key clients such as Ameritech, Bell Canada, and Procter & Gamble. Previously, Mr. Dale demonstrated his leadership skills in numerous positions at Information Resources, Inc., a major international research company, where he developed key client relationships by providing advanced analytical services and consumer response analyses for marketing and sales applications. This included designing and implementing new reporting and measurement methods to analyze trade promotion effectiveness for sales executives in the consumer packaged goods industry. Mr. Dale received a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University. "

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tarpey was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Objectvideo, Inc., a Reston, Virginia-based provider of video surveillance software, from 2003 until April 2009. From 2002 until 2003, Mr. Tarpey was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Ai Metrix, Inc., a Herndon, Virginia- based provider of network optimization software. From 1997 until 2001, Mr. Tarpey was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Proxicom, a NASDAQ-listed Internet business consulting and development company. Mr. Tarpey holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross.

In 1996, IRI was recognized by Advertising Age as the largest U.S. market research company. Long involved with the growth of hugely successful technology businesses, Mr. Fulgoni served on the boards of U.S. Robotics, Platinum Technology and YesMail.com prior to their respective acquisitions by 3Com, Computer Associates and CMGI in multi-billion dollar transactions. Today, Mr. Fulgoni serves on the boards of PetMed Express (NASDAQ:PETS), the country's leading pet pharmacy, and The Advertising Research Foundation. Mike Santer is an entrepreneur who has started several successful technology companies with a focus in networking infrastructure firms. He is currently Co-Chairman of SVIC, an operating company that originates and develops network infrastructure applications and services companies. Mike serves on the Board of infrastructure firm comScore Networks and he has served on the board of Yesmail.com, a publicly traded company (YESM) that was acquired by CMGI. Mike received an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
