Ms. Bobbitt has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since September 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Bobbitt served as our Vice President of Finance since June 2006. Previously, Ms. Bobbitt was employed by Amkor Technology, Inc. from February 2005 to June 2006, where she served as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to that, she served as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Rockford Corporation from December 2003 to February 2005. Ms. Bobbitt was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pima Capital Development Company for approximately eight years and was formerly an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Bobbitt received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from The Ohio State University and also maintains her Certified Public Accountant license.
Tusa serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources. He also leads COMSYS' business process improvement efforts, together with operating units at every level of the enterprise. Tusa joined COMSYS as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration in May, 2001. Prior to joining COMSYS, Tusa was a senior vice president of Metamor Worldwide, where he oversaw human resources, information systems and business operations for the organization. Additionally, Tusa has served as CFO, treasurer and secretary for DSM Copolymer and as controller for TOTAL American Mining. Tusa began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company as an Audit Manager. Tusa graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a bachelor's of business administration and earned his MBA from Louisiana State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Barker has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2006. Mr. Barker served as our Executive Vice President – Field Operations from the completion of the merger in September 2004 until October 2006. Prior to the merger, Mr. Barker had served as the President of Division Operations of Venturi since January 2003. From January 2001 through January 2003, Mr. Barker served as President of Venturi's Technology Division. Prior to that time, Mr. Barker served as President of Divisional Operations of Venturi from October 1999 to January 2001 and as President of its Staffing Services Division from January 1998 until October 1999. Prior to joining Venturi, from 1995 to 1997 Mr. Barker served as the Chief Operations Officer for the Computer Group Division of IKON Technology Services, a diversified technology company.
As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Kerr is in charge of mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and partnerships, and investor relations. He is also instrumental in structuring and closing large client business development endeavors and in the company's financing transactions. Kerr joined COMSYS as Chief Financial Officer in October 1999. Kerr has an extensive background in corporate finance, tax accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Kerr was the founder, principal officer, shareholder, and managing director of Omni Ventures LLC and Omni Securities LLC. Kerr was previously a partner with KPMG where he specialized in merger and acquisition transactions. Kerr graduated with honors from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Jerry Jewell serves as Senior Vice President of Sales leading COMSYS' Strategic Accounts and Managed Solutions sales teams. Jewell brings extensive sales, market development and large account management expertise, with more than 25 years of experience in the technology, staffing and consulting industry. Prior to COMSYS, Jewell served as Senior Vice President of National Sales and Contracts at Ajilon, a global provider of IT business solutions, where he led the successful national sales organization, corporate contracts department and national fulfillment center. Previously, he served as Regional Vice President of Howard Systems International, an IT staffing and business solutions provider. Jewell also served in several senior sales management positions with GE Consulting, Comp-U-Staff, NCR Corporation and Service Center, Inc. Jewell received his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Marketing and Computer Science, from Towson University in Maryland.

Mr. Bramlett was re-appointed as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary effective January 3, 2006. Mr. Bramlett had previously served in a number of senior management positions with our company from 1996, when our company was known as Venturi Partners, Inc., until September 30, 2004, when we completed our merger with COMSYS Holding, Inc. His last position prior to the merger was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to rejoining the Company, Mr. Bramlett was a partner in the business law department of Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman LLP, a Charlotte, North Carolina law firm, from March 2005 to December 2005. Mr. Bramlett also serves on the boards of directors of World Acceptance Corporation and Raptor Networks Technology, Inc.
Kip Wright currently serves as the Senior Vice President for COMSYS’ Managed Solutions teams. Wright has been a member of the senior management team since 1999, serving as Senior Vice President of Project Services for COMSYS from November 2000 to September 2002, Chief Integration Officer in 2000, and Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Finance in 1999.
Prior to joining COMSYS, Wright served in a variety of finance and operations-related positions in technology and professional services. From January 1998 until January 1999, he was Director of Finance for Metamor Worldwide Solutions, and Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst of Metamor Worldwide from February 1997 to December 1997. Wright was previously employed with BSG Consulting in various capacities from December 1992 to February 1997, and at Ernst & Young LLP in their Houston-based Audit division.
Wright received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and maintains his Certified Public Accountant license.

Tom Becker serves as Senior Vice President of Recruiting leading COMSYS' recruiting, employment branding and consultant experience organizations. Tom has extensive experience leading large recruiting and change management organizations. Prior to COMSYS, Becker served as Senior Vice President of Staffing at Bank of America as a member of the global Staffing team. During his tenure there, he was accountable for enterprise talent sourcing, employment branding and the candidate referral program. Under Tom's leadership, the bank's careers website was transformed into one of the industry's best-attracting over 15 million hits in 2008. Also while with Bank of America, Mr. Becker implemented a contact management system which transformed that organization's recruiting culture. Previously, he served as Senior Recruiting Manager at Keane, Inc., a Boston based IT staffing and business solutions provider, where was responsible for national recruiting teams and projects. Becker received his Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Brian Westphal serves as Vice President of Customer Service at COMSYS, with responsibility for all customer service functions including, IT operations, information systems supporting accounting operations, COMSYS Care, operational excellence, procurement, pay/bill, HRIS/payroll and credit & collections. Westphal possesses vast experience in IT and managing business processes, having served as the Vice President of Information Technology Services with Venturi prior to the merger with COMSYS. Prior to COMSYS, Westphal served as Vice President of Finance and Administration with IKON Office Solutions. He also served as an Information Technology Manager, overseeing a team that provided IT support across district and remote offices. Previously Westphal served as a Project Manager with the Computer Group and managed the creation and management of business procedures for accounting, product procurement, project management, service and sales. He also served in a number of senior financial and systems analyst positions at the Sonoco Products Company. Westphal receive his Bachelors of Science in Computer Sciences, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Eubank joined Wachovia Capital Partners in 1988 and became a Managing Partner in 2005. Mr. Eubank serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Wachovia Capital Partners. His investing efforts are focused in the Financial Services industry.

Mr. Fotsch has served as a director since July 2006.
