John E. Finguerra was named Comverge's CEO in April 2002 after three years of operating Coastal Communications Group, his first technology services and consulting organization. Mr. Finguerra brings over 20 years of multi-disciplinary telecommunications experience to Comverge. Prior to starting Coastal Communications Group, Mr. Finguerra spent 9 years with MCI in a variety of customer-facing technical and account management roles focusing on innovative technology solutions for large national and multi-national accounts in Virginia. Prior to MCI, Mr. Finguerra spent two years as a Project Manager with Sprint in Kansas City, MO and Herndon, VA managing network implementations for various US Federal agencies. Glenn R. Davis took over dual responsibility as Comverge's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in April 2002 after serving as the President of USA Telcom, Inc. during the preceding three years. Mr. Davis has spent the last eight years in telecom with an emphasis on acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Prior to USA Telecom, Mr. Davis served as Vice President of a local CLEC negotiating rate structures with local ILEC's as well as overseeing corporate growth and development. Prior to his transition to telecom, Mr. Davis was employed as Vice President of Operations for an international export company where his responsibilities included negotiating and overseeing international trade contracts. Steven A. Humphrey was named Comverge's Vice President of Operations in April, 2002 and subsequently named Comverge's CIO in July, 2005. Mr. Humphrey brings a customer/end-user focus to the Comverge Team. Mr. Humphrey has over 21 years in the Information Technology field; including 12 years at Metro Information Services where he served as Special Projects Analyst, Network Manager, and Telecommunications Analyst. Mr. Humphrey's unique IT background is centered around his experience in designing, purchasing, deploying, and supporting voice & data network solutions with specific concentrations in operational support and project management. Project management experience includes the management of organizational growth in the form of site identification, site procurement/leasing, site expansion, site relocation, and site startup projects. Today, Mr. Humphrey heads up the Comverge wiring division (structured cabling and OSP), provides operational support to Comverge and directs the IT/Systems Integration efforts as well. Mr. Humphrey also has served as the President of North Beach Recreation League since July, 2002.
