Comvest Investment Partners LLC

Mr. O'Sullivan is currently the Chief Executive Officer and President of Commonwealth Associates Investment Bank, and oversees all the activities of the firm. His responsibilities include raising capital for transactions and executing private placements for public companies. Since joining Commonwealth in 1992, he has focused on key client relationships and institutional co-investment, raising capital for ComVest Ventures, ComVest Opportunity Fund, ComVest Investment Partners II, and over 100 individual companies, as well as managing the assets of Commonwealth's Partners. In addition he has actively participated on the boards of directors of a number of Commonwealth's portfolio companies. Mr. O'Sullivan graduated with a bachelor's degree with honors from London University, attending King's College and the London School of Economics. He is also licensed as a series 7, 24, and 63.

Mr. Tallur joined Commonwealth in 1995 and was Director of Research for four years, following the technology sector. During his tenure as Director of Research, Inder was responsible for selecting areas within technology and telecom for the firm's investment program. Mr. Tallur was the Portfolio Manager for the ComVest Opportunity Fund L.P., which was formed in August 2001. Prior to Commonwealth, he spent 5 years in the telecommunications and computer industry with companies including Digital Equipment Corporation and HCL-HP India, an affiliate of Hewlett Packard. Mr. Tallur received a BE in Electronics from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur, India in 1987. He also received an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1994 and an MS in Finance from Boston College in 1995. He is also licensed as a series 7, 24, 4, 63 and 27. Effective February 1st, 2007, Inder Tallur became Commonwealth's interim Financial Operations Principal.

Mr. Engelhardt joined Commonwealth Associates, LP in 2007 and is currently the Financial Operations Principal (FINOP) and Controller. He has over 20 years' Wall Street and financial operations experience. Prior to joining Commonwealth, he was the FINOP at Emmet & Co., a well-known Municipals trading firm. Other experience included positions with such companies as SG Warburg, a London based investment banking firm, Morgan Stanley, Carlin Financial, and Ferris Baker Watts. Mr. Engelhardt graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Honduras in 1983 with a degree in History. He is also licensed as a series 7, 63, and 27.

Mr. Muneio is responsible for sourcing new deal flow and analyzing prospective investments. Prior to joining ComVest, Chris was an Associate at The Asset Group where he was instrumental in establishing and managing new business relationships with institutional clientele. Chris graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Business Administration and double emphasis in Finance and Marketing. While at Palm Beach Atlantic, Chris received high honors for outstanding academic performance while playing colligate level sports.

Stephen Bronfman Lande joined Commonwealth in 2007. Prior to joining Commonwealth Associates, Mr. Lande worked as a summer analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in its Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group as well as being a summer analyst at RSM Richter, a Canadian accounting, business advisory and consulting firm; working in their corporate advisory and forensic auditing groups. In 2007, he received a B.S. in Economics cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Finance.

Pete Kight has served as a director of Akamai since March 2004. Since December 1981, Mr. Kight has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of CheckFree Corporation, a provider of financial electronic commerce services and products.
