Jack Blaeser is a successful entrepreneur, venture capitalist and proven networking company manager. Blaeser most recently served as chairman, president and CEO of Concord Communications Inc., a global network management company which was sold to Computer Associates in 2005. Prior to joining Concord Communications, Blaeser spent a decade as a venture capitalist at EG&G Venture Management. His leadership and technology experience include positions as executive vice president of Gould Inc. and president and COO of Modicon Corp. Blaeser's board experience includes technology companies such as Net2Net, RasCom and Network Engines.

Russell M. Artzt is executive vice president of products at CA. He manages all product business units at CA, with particular focus on the integration of the company's industry-leading management software portfolio and the evolution of its enterprise infrastructure management (EITM) strategy. Russ co-founded CA in 1976 with former CA Chairman Charles B. Wang and wrote the code for some of CA's first products. Throughout much of his career at CA, Russ served as executive vice president of research and development where he was instrumental in building CA's Research and Development and Field Services organizations. Prior to his current position, Russ led CA's eTrust security brand, overseeing all aspects of the company's award-winning eTrust security product line. Earlier, he ran CA's BrightStor storage product line, successfully spearheading an organization model that unified development, support and marketing within a brand unit. With more than 30 years experience in the IT industry as a technology leader, consultant and executive, Russ is a recognized expert in software development and project management. He has driven major communications, database, distributed processing, application development, storage and security management projects on heterogeneous platforms. Russ has been a keynote speaker at leading technical and business conferences worldwide. Russ is active with many charitable organizations. He is the founder/sponsor of a research group at Mount Sinai Hospital involved in researching cures for liver diseases, is a major sponsor of the Juvenile Diabetes organization and is a major supporter of North Shore University Hospital . In addition, he is a member of the Queens College Foundation Board of Trustees. Russ received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Queens College and a master's degree in computer science from New York University.

He joined the company in April 2006 with more than 25 years of high-technology sales, marketing and executive leadership experience. As a CEO, Fabiaschi has a strong record of driving sales and increasing profitability. He came to Enterasys from CA (formerly Computer Associates) where he was a senior vice president responsible for launching its efforts in the telecommunications vertical and for its fault and performance management software business. Prior to CA, Fabiaschi was president and CEO of Aprisma, a fault and performance management company that was spun out from Enterasys in 2002 and bought by The Gores Group, which leads the private investor group that purchased Enterasys in March 2006. Fabiaschi led Aprisma to 12 consecutive quarters of revenue and earnings growth. Previously, Fabiaschi was chairman, president and CEO of LPA/XELUS, a service and supply chain management software company serving the high-tech, transportation, aerospace and defense industries. He also served as president and CEO of Zamba/Racotek, a public wireless networking and CRM solutions provider. Rising from vice president of sales and service, he led Zamba, first as president and CEO and later as an outside director, to 10 consecutive quarters of record revenue and earnings growth. Prior to Zamba/Racotek, Fabiaschi held several senior sales positions at MAIBasic Four and Burroughs Corporation"

Roger is responsible for leading DataSynapse's Finance and HR functions. He brings over 20 years experience, during which he gained in depth experience in many finance and business related areas, including mergers & acquisitions and strategic financial planning. He also has a strong record of building and managing highly effective and efficient finance and business operations. Roger joins DataSynapse from Concord Communications, a software company, where he was Vice-President of Finance. At Concord, he supported the M&A activity which resulted in three successful acquisitions, helped raise an $86M convertible bond debenture, successfully managed the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance effort. He supported the sales process of the company to Computer Associates, which resulted in a purchase price at 70% premium in 2005. Prior to Concord, Roger held senior finance positions at numerous high technology firms, including Scitex America, a manufacturer of hardware, software and equipment for the printing industry; Information Access Center, an IT outsourcing firm part of the Thomson Company. Roger started his finance career at a major Canadian bank, based in Montreal, Canada. Roger holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Universite de Sherbrooke, Canada and a MBA from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Canada.

Todd Hussey is responsible for sales and service in North America. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, for IT service delivery management software provider Adlex Corp., where he successfully designed and implemented a worldwide sales strategy while leading and managing a team of 20 regional sales directors, systems engineers, inside sales and post sales support. Since 1984, Todd has held national level sales and account management positions for a wide range of enterprise and carrier product and service companies, including Silverback Technologies Inc., Concord Communications Inc., PictureTel Corp. (now Polycom) and Fujitsu Business Communications. Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fitchburg State College in Business Administration.

Deepak Kamra is a General Partner in Canaan's Menlo Park office. He joined Canaan in 1991 after eleven years in the telecommunications, computer and software industries. Prior to joining Canaan, he held several senior sales and marketing positions at Aspect Telecommunications, a successful Silicon Valley based startup in the computer telephony and switching industry. He was previously assistant to the CEO at ROLM Corporation, and General Manager of a division of TRW Datacomm International. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He led Canaan's investment in Acme Packet, DoubleClick, Jetstream Communications, Latitude Communications and PriorityCall Management. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Concord Communications, Crosslogix, e4e, Inc, iPrint.com, iReady, Kinecta Corporation, ON24, Inc and Interact Commerce Corporation (SalesLogix).

Robert Wadsworth has served as a Network Engines director since 1999. He has also served as managing director of HarbourVest Partners, LLC since 1997 and managing director of Hancock Venture Partners, Inc., an affiliate of Network Engines. Robert is a member of the board of directors of several domestic and international private companies, as well as the following publicly held companies: Concord Communications, Inc., ePresence, Inc. (formerly Banyan Systems, Inc.), Switchboard, Inc., and Trintech Group PLC.
