Concur Technologies

Steve Singh has served as Concur's Chief Executive Officer since 1996 and as a director since 1993, including service as Chairman of the Board of Directors since September 1999. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Singh was General Manager of the Contact Management Division at Symantec Corporation, an international technology firm focused on protecting information and computer systems.

Rajeev Singh, co-founder of Concur, is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his role, Mr. Singh is responsible for helping to define the corporate strategy and for ensuring that the operating groups execute against the company's revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets. Mr. Singh has been the company's President since 2005, COO since 2002, and was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors in 2008. Prior to his current role, Mr. Singh led the sales, marketing, research and development and client services organizations. Prior to co-founding the company, he worked in engineering roles at Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Western Michigan University.

John Adair currently serves as CFO for Concur Technologies, with over 14 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting industry. Mr. Adair joined Concur in May 2000 as Vice President of Finance and Operations. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Adair was Controller for PACCAR Financial and PACCAR Leasing, and prior to that he served as Senior Vice President Finance for ValliCorp Holdings and ValliWide Bank. Mr. Adair holds a B.S. in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.

Kyle Sugamele joined Concur in August 2000 as Vice President and General Counsel, responsible for managing the legal affairs for the company, and currently serves as Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Sugamele was general counsel at Cellular Technical Services Company, a provider of software solutions for the wireless telecommunications industry. Mr. Sugamele has over 18 years of experience in providing legal services to a wide range of public and private businesses.

Michael Hilton co-founded Concur in 1993, and served as CEO until 1996. As Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, Mr. Hilton oversees the global marketing organization for Concur. Mr. Hilton has more than 20 years of software development and senior management experience. His background includes leadership of the initial development efforts for ACT! for Windows, a leading contact and customer management software solution, as well as MacWrite Pro for the Macintosh.

Michael Eberhard, the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development, joined Concur in 2003 as Vice President of Large Market Sales. In 2005 Mr. Eberhard became Executive Vice President, North American Sales, and subsequently became Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Business Development in September 2007. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Eberhard held executive and sales leadership positions at Xign Corporation, a provider of electronic invoice presentment and payment services, Ariba Inc., a provider of spend management solutions, PeopleSoft, a provider of enterprise application software, and Dun & Bradstreet Software Services Inc., a distributor of software for financial, human resources, distribution, and manufacturing applications.

Barry Padgett serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe. Mr. Padgett has served in various roles over the past 12 years including Senior Director roles in Implementation in 1997, Business Development in 2000 and management of Concur's Asia Pacific region in 2003. He was appointed Vice President of International Sales and Marketing in 2007 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Union College, New York and a Masters in Software Engineering from Oxford University, England.

Edward Gilligan has been a director of Concur since July 2008. Mr. Gilligan has been Vice Chairman of American Express Company and head of its Global Business-to-Business Group since July 2007. From July 2005 to July 2007, he was Group President, American Express International & Global Corporate Services. Prior to that, he had been Group President, Global Corporate Services since June 2000 and Group President, Global Corporate Services & International Payments, since July 2003. Mr. Gilligan serves on the Concur Board of Directors pursuant to the terms of a Securities Purchase Agreement between Concur and American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Express Company.

Jeffrey McCabe has been a director of Concur since January 2005. Since May 2007, and from March 2004 to July 2005, Mr. McCabe engaged in a wide range of entrepreneurial activities, including strategic consulting for businesses developing new products and services. From August 2005 to May 2007, he served as Chief Executive Officer and member of Tri-Pen TravelMaster Technologies, LLC, a provider of technology solutions for the travel industry. From January 1994 to March 2004, he served in various executive positions at American Express, including Senior Vice President and General Manager for the United States and Canadian large-market commercial card business of American Express Corporate Services. Prior to that, Mr. McCabe held executive positions at Labinal S.A. and General Motors, where he worked in Europe and Asia with a focus on developing new business relationships.

William Canfield has been a director of Concur since 2003. Since 1987, he has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TALX Corporation, a business process outsourcer of payroll data-centric services. In May 2007, TALX Corporation was acquired by Equifax, Inc. Since May 2007, Mr. Canfield has served as a director of that company. Mr. Canfield has been an entrepreneur since 1968, starting or purchasing an interest in several computer related companies including Financial Data Systems, Inc., a provider of services and turnkey systems to banks, and Noetic Technologies Corporation, an engineering software company.
