V. James Marino has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a director, since November 2006. Mr. Marino served as the President of Alberto Culver Consumer Products Worldwide from October 2004 to November 2006. From 2002 to October 2004, Mr. Marino served as the President of Alberto Personal Care Worldwide, a division of Alberto Culver. Mr. Marino is also a director of Phillips – Van Heusen Corporation.

Mr. Grimando has over 25 years of experience in retail and technology. Most recently, he served as a Regional Sales Manager for Manugistics. His background also includes Senior Account Executive positions at GERS Retail Systems and Richter Systems. His retail industry experience includes management positions at Aerosoles Retail Group and Phillips-Van Heusen. Mr. Grimando has a BS from Brooklyn College.

Bruce Maggin has held senior management positions in virtually every segment of the media and communications industries and has been responsible for creating a succession of new businesses that have increased consumer entertainment and information alternatives. Prior to forming The H.A.M. Media Group, Mr. Maggin headed the ABC Multimedia Group where he was responsible for directing ABC's activities in the digital world. Among the businesses created by the Multimedia Group were ventures that developed and produced content for a wide variety of emerging platforms. These platforms included video games, online services, web-based sites, location based entertainment, and video-on-demand. Mr. Maggin was also responsible for the company's home video business, a new media sales group as well as ABC's technology investments. He had previously been head of the Development/Operations unit of Capital Cities/ABC Video Enterprises where he oversaw all of the company's start-up and venture business activities including electronic data delivery technologies, pay-per-view, and place based media. The Development/Operations unit was also responsible for several international consultancies. Mr. Maggin joined ABC originally in 1970 as part of the company's corporate planning department. He left ABC to become a merger and acquisition consultant for a major Wall Street bank and subsequently Vice President of Ziff Corporation, the parent company of Ziff-Davis Publishing and Broadcasting. Mr. Maggin has been a member of the Board of Directors of several companies including cable networks, Lifetime and ESPN. He currently serves on the boards of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (NYSE: PVH) and Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: CETV). He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Lafayette College. A member of the New York State Bar, Mr. Maggin received a BA degree from Lafayette College and JD and MBA degrees from Cornell University.

Joel H. Goldberg has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Career Consultants, Inc., a management consulting firm, and SK Associates, an outplacement firm, located in Union, New Jersey, since 1972. Dr. Goldberg is a director of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, Hampshire Group, Limited, and Modell's, Inc., an advisor to the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and a member of the Advisory Council for Sports Management of Seton Hall University. He is also a consultant to the New York Giants, the New Jersey Nets and the Ottawa Senators professional sports teams.

Mr. Solomon founded Peter J. Solomon Company, L.P. in 1989. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers where he was Chairman of its Merchant Banking Division and Co-Chairman of the Investment Banking Division. From 1978 to 1980, Mr. Solomon was Deputy Mayor of Economic Policy and Development in New York City under Mayor Edward I. Koch. He was also Chairman of the New York City Health and Hospital Corporation, which operated 17 municipal hospitals. He served as Counselor to the United States Treasury in the Carter Administration in 1980. Mr. Solomon has written extensively about conflicts on Wall Street and public policy issues.
