Mr. O'Keefe is a Vice President of Congress Trust, N.A. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Lagan is a member of the Management Committee and the Investment Policy Committee of the firm. Mr. Lagan manages portfolios for institutional and private clients and heads the firm's private equity investment activity. In such capacity he oversees sourcing, diligence, and commitments to the private equity allocations of several of Congress' institutional clients. Mr. Lagan sits on the advisory boards of several private equity funds including Westport Senior Living Fund, L.P., Paladin Capital Partners Fund and Paladin Homeland Security Fund, and GESD Investors, L.P. During his tenure at the firm, he was an equity research analyst and assisted in the management of institutional and private clients. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, Mr. Lagan was a purchasing agent for a local computer firm. Mr. Lagan is a CFA charterholder as well as a member of the Boston Securities Analysts Society (BSAS) and is an instructor in the BSAS CFA Review Program. Mr. Lagan has an MBA from Boston University and a BS from St. Michael's College.

Mr. Deeley is Senior Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Congress Trust, N.A. He focuses on marketing and client relations for the Congress companies. Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Mr. Deeley held senior executive positions in accounting, finance and investments for various organizations including: Vistech Corporation, a consulting group providing strategy development and financial advisory services to corporations worldwide, and Director of Finance for the Archdiocese of Boston, where he was responsible for business operations and oversight of the pension, insurance, health benefit and endowment funds. Mr. Deeley has an MBA from Syracuse University and a BS from Boston College.
Mr. King is a member of the Management Committee. Mr. King is responsible for business development and client relations for institutional accounts. Prior to joining the firm in 1992, Mr. King was responsible for client service and marketing for a leading New York investment advisory firm. Mr. King also was an Associate for Quan-Vest Consultants and worked for Salomon Brothers in bond operations. He is a Petty Officer in the United States Coast Guard Reserve, a board member on the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, and is also a member of the Siena College Alumni Rugby Scholarship Committee.
