Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority

James P. Bolduc is chief financial officer of the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. Before joining CRRA, Bolduc spent most of his professional career at CTG Resources Inc., which was also known as the Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation, leaving the company in 2001 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. During a 33-year career he also managed consumer services, distribution and corporate and regulatory affairs.

Laurie Hunt is managing director of legal services for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. In this position, she is responsible for all of CRRA's legal affairs, serving as in-house counsel and directing the efforts of outside law firms.

Michael Tracey is director of operations for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. In this position, he provides overall direction and management of CRRA's trash-to-energy and recycling projects and other business objectives. Tracey, a licensed professional engineer in Connecticut and Illinois, joined CRRA in 1990. Prior to being named director of operations, he served as CRRA's operations manager for construction management, directing engineering and construction services related to project management, planning, development and operations.

Peter W. Egan is director of environmental affairs and development for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. In this position, he is responsible for CRRA's environmental strategy and environmental regulatory compliance.

Floyd M. Gent is director of operations for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. In this position, he is responsible for managing CRRA's operations, including its waste-to-energy and recycling functions and facilities.

Paul Nonnenmacher is director of public affairs for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. In this position, he is responsible for CRRA's public relations, education and government relations functions.
