Connextions Inc.

Jack LeFort, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Connextions and its affiliate Connextions Health, positions he has held since founding those companies in 1996 and 2002, respectively. Previously, he led two other entrepreneurial businesses, including Interspace, which he built into one of the largest commercial interior architectural firms in the country. Mr. LeFort has served on several corporate boards, including Saucony Inc., prior to its acquisition by Stride Rite Corporation, and he also serves on numerous community boards. He is the founder of the United States Sailing Center in Stuart, Florida - one of only two Olympic class training centers in the nation - and he is past North American champion of the Mumm 30 racing class. Mr. LeFort graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Rob Tazioli is responsibile for strategic planning and overall development of Connextions Health offerings. He brings to this position nearly 20 years of senior management experience with progressive health care organizations. Tazioli served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Health Net, a leading provider of managed health care services. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of the Mountain Region for Prudential Healthcare, where he was responsible for all the employee benefit products offered in four states that generated $360 million in annualized revenue. Tazioli also served as Vice President for Monsanto, leading the commercialization of their Virtually Integrated Health Management System (VIHMS). Most recently, he led the business development efforts for Matria Healthcare, one of the largest comprehensive disease management providers in the country. Tazioli graduated with distinction from Georgetown University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

As Medical Director, Tom Young provides clinical leadership in the development and ongoing support of Connextions Health's Population Healthcare Management Services. He possesses more than 24 years of experience with both private and governmental organizations in the healthcare administration sector. Prior to joining Connextions Health, Young spent six years with Pro-West Corporation as Principal Clinical Coordinator and Medical Director, where he developed and implemented quality improvement projects involving all hospitals and physicians in the state of Idaho. In addition, he served as Medical Director for Rehabilitation Management Associates, HealthChoice/Ask-A-Nurse, and the State of Idaho Division of Medicaid. A specialist in developing Web-enabled patient care strategies for all types of healthcare organizations, Young has been active as a family practice physician for 20 years. Young holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Austin College and received a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Texas, Medical Branch.

Adam J. Collins, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2001. He previously worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1996-2000 in the Controllers group and in 2001 in the Real Estate Principal Investment area. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked at KPMG from 1994-1996 where he earned his CPA. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Babson College in May 1994 and graduated summa cum laude. He is chief financial officer of New Mountain and a director of Apptis, Inc.

Doug Londal, Director, joined New Mountain in 2004. He was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1991 to 1995. Most recently, Mr. Londal was a Managing Director in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs from 1995 to 2004, where he was responsible for investing on behalf of GS Capital Partners 2000, L.P. ($5.25 billion fund) and GS Mezzanine Partners III, L.P. ($2.7 billion fund). Among other positions at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Londal has served as co-head of the Merchant Banking investing effort in the Americas, and has been directly involved in investing over $1.5 billion in private equity and mezzanine in transactions valued at over $8 billion. Mr. Londal is the non-executive chairman of MailSouth, Inc. and is a director of Connextions, Inc., Inmar, Inc., OAKLEAF Global Holdings, Inc. and Tygris Commercial Finance Group, Inc. Prior to joining New Mountain Capital, Mr. Londal served as chairman of Village Voice Media, LLC, and as a director of 21st Century Newspapers, Inc., Berry Plastics Corporation, Meadowbrook Meat Company, Inc., Mack Printing Group, Medical Arts Press Inc., NextMedia Investors, LLC, Orion Power Holding, Inc., Ruth's Chris Steak House, Inc. and Sensus Metering Systems Inc. Mr. Londal received his BA in economics from the University of Michigan in 1987 and his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1991.

Michael B. Ajouz, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2000. He was previously associated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. from 1998 to 2000, where he conducted extensive analytical evaluations in over 20 industries. From 1996 to 1998 he was an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Departments of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he evaluated and executed a number of strategic transactions. From 1995 to 1996 he was an analyst at the economic consulting firm, Cornerstone Research. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Economics with a concentration in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in May, 1995. He is a director of Apptis, Inc., National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc., Deltek, Inc., Connextions, Inc., Inmar, Inc. and Oakleaf Global Holdings, Inc.
