John D. McMahon is President and CEO of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. Prior to being named to his current position at Orange and Rockland in January 2003, Mr. McMahon was Con Edison’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 1998.
Mr. McMahon joined Con Edison in 1976 as an attorney in the rate proceedings department. During his career, he has been closely involved in the utility industry restructuring.
A graduate of Manhattan College and New York Law School, Mr. McMahon has also completed the Advanced Management Program of Wharton Business School.
Mr. McMahon is active in community and professional organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of the Rockland Economic Development Corporation, the Board of the New Jersey Utilities Association and the Ramapo College Foundation Board of Governors.

Kevin Burke is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Consolidated Edison, Inc., the holding company, and chairman and chief executive officer of its largest subsidiary, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, the regulated utility.
Mr. Burke joined Con Edison in 1973 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in system planning, engineering, law, nuclear power, construction, and corporate planning. Notably, he served as senior vice president, with responsibility for customer service and for Con Edison's electric transmission and distribution systems. In 1999, Mr. Burke was elected president of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., also a subsidiary of Consolidated Edison, Inc. He was elected president and chief operating officer of Consolidated Edison Company of New York in 2000, was appointed president and chief executive officer of Consolidated Edison, Inc., in 2005, and elected chairman in 2006.
Mr. Burke serves on the boards of directors of many industry and nonprofit organizations, including the American Gas Association, Edison Electric Institute, the Energy Association of New York, the New York Botanical Garden, the New York State Business Council, the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, Partnership for New York City, and the YMCA of Greater New York.
Mr. Burke holds a master's in business policy from Columbia University, a Juris Doctor from Fordham University, a master's in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a bachelor's in engineering from The Cooper Union. He completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in 2005.

Mr. Longhi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. and assumed his post on February 1, 2009. He was formerly Senior Vice President of Central Operations at Con Edison Company of New York.
Since joining Con Edison in 1976, Mr. Longhi has held a variety of positions throughout the company, including Vice President of Operations at O&R in 2000 and 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and has completed executive management programs at both Penn State and the University of Michigan.

John F. Killian is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Verizon Communications, responsible for the company’s finance and strategic planning efforts. Killian, who was appointed to the position effective March 1, 2009, previously served as president of Verizon Business, which provides advanced network solutions to large-business and government customers. He has also held many other top financial and operations positions at Verizon since beginning his telecommunications career 30 years ago. In 1995, he was appointed president and chief executive officer of NYNEX CableComms Limited, one of the largest telecommunications, information services and entertainment companies in the United Kingdom. He then served as group president-international telecommunications for Bell Atlantic before becoming the corporation’s vice president for investor relations. Following the Bell Atlantic/GTE merger that formed Verizon in 2000, Killian was appointed senior vice president-customer operations. He later served as senior vice president and controller for Verizon, and as senior vice president and chief financial offer for Verizon’s Domestic Telecom group. Killian began his career as a certified public accountant after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Providence College in 1977. He also received a master’s degree from Bentley College. Killian serves on the Board of Directors at ConEdison Inc. and is a trustee on the boards of Providence College and the National Urban League.

Mr. Rasmussen is currently Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, having been named to the position in December 2000. As Vice President and Controller, he is responsible for Con Edison's corporate accounting, financial forecasting, external reporting and revenue requirements. He is also a named fiduciary of the company's pension plan, serves on the risk management and oversight committees of the company and is the Chief Financial Officer of Orange and Rockland Utilities, a regulated company.
Mr. Rasmussen joined Con Edison's corporate accounting department in 1970 and rose to the position of Assistant Controller in 1987. In 1990, he began a three-year field assignment as general manager of Manhattan operations. He returned to corporate accounting as an Assistant Controller in 1993 with primary responsibility for the company's rate activities.
Mr. Rasmussen is currently a member of the Edison Electric Institute's (EEI) Chief Accounting Officers group and serves on the Executive Accounting Committee of the EEI. For many years he has been involved with industry-wide accounting issues through the EEI and American Gas Association (AGA) and he appeared before many regulatory bodies and authored publications on industry issues. Mr. Rasmussen graduated from St. Francis College in 1970, where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. In 1976, he received a master's degree n finance from Long Island University.
