Mrs. Crisp joined the Company in 1976. As corporate secretary, she is actively involved in corporate administration and shareholder relations. She is responsible for human resources, insurance, and office administration. She graduated from Warner Southern College with a BS degree in organizational management.

Certified Public Accountant and Partner in Olivari and Associates (an accounting firm).

Lorraine Vosmik has had over 20 years of experience in overall private club management, including food and beverage and membership development. She is responsible for the LPGA International Clubhouse operations, including Knickers Bar and Grill and all banquet functions. She attended Ladycliff College in Highland Falls, NY. She is also very actively involved in the community.

Valerie Mundy has been an employee at LPGA International since 1996. She has worked in many areas of the club, including merchandising and proshop. She is currently Membership Director, as well as the Accounting and Office Manager. As the Membership Director, she is the first point of contact for new memberships and is the liaison between members and LPGA management. She also coordinates and plans member special events.

Mr. Young joined the Company in 2004. He is responsible for the operation of the Company's income property portfolio and development projects, as well as providing support to senior management on other corporate matters. Mr. Young received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of the Florida Bar.

Mrs. Found joined the Company in 1998. She is responsible for management of the Company real estate holdings, and responds to inquires regarding the lands. She graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College, Ontario, Canada.

Mrs. Girvin joined the Company in 1986. She is responsible for the Land Information System, ad valorem tax assessments, land records, and all sign leases and other land-related activities. She also handles all mineral/subsurface inquiries.

Chairman of the Board since April 1998; retired as Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. in April 2001; and as President of the Company in January 2000. Formerly Vice Chairman of First Union Corporation.

President of Amick Construction, Inc., a highway construction and land development company, since 1977.

President and Chief Executive Officer of the Reinhold Corporation (a privately owned family corporation with land holdings, forestry, and an ornamental tree nursery), since 1993.

Retired in 2006 as Executive Vice President of Brown and Brown, Inc. (an insurance agency).

President of Allen Land Group, Inc., a Florida based commerical real estate brokerage company also involved in development, permitting and financial analysis, since 1994; president of Mitigation Solutions, Inc., a wetlands land bank, since 1995.
