The Company's current asset base consists of approximately 335 Bcfe of estimated proved coalbed methane reserves in the Black Warrior Basin in Alabama, the Cherokee Basin in Oklahoma and Kansas and the Woodford Shale in the Arkoma Basin in Oklahoma. These reserves are long-lived and low-risk and are well suited for production stability. CEP's business objective is to maximize returns to unitholders, and its growth focus is through acquisition of long-lived, low-risk and predominantly proved developed reserves.

Stephen R. Brunner was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Constellation Energy Partners in March 2008 and became an employee of the company in January 2009. He continues to serve in the role of Chief Operating Officer, a role he assumed in February 2008. Mr. Brunner has more than 25 years of experience operating oil and gas properties both domestically and internationally, and is responsible for managing the daily operations, including the development and production of oil and natural gas properties. Prior to joining Constellation Energy Partners, Mr. Brunner also served as a Vice President for Constellation Energy Commodities Group, Inc., where he provided support for Constellation Energy Partners in various operational activities. Prior to joining Constellation Energy in February 2008, Mr. Brunner served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for Pogo Producing Company, where he was responsible for all aspects of exploration, production, acquisition and divestiture activity for seven business units in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Vietnam. During his 13-year tenure at Pogo, Mr. Brunner also served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing both domestic and international operations. He served as the Resident Manager of Thaipo Limited, a subsidiary of Pogo, as well as Offshore Operations Manager. Prior to his career with Pogo, he held various positions with Zilkha Energy Company, Chevron Corporation and Tenneco Oil Company. Mr. Brunner earned a BS in petroleum engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1981.

John N. Seitz is vice chairman of the board of directors of Endeavour International Corporation. He was one of the original co-founders of Endeavour in 2004 and the strategist behind its focus on North Sea exploration. Previously, he served as co-chief executive officer of the company. Seitz spent most of his career in various executive and management roles at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, rising to the position of chief executive officer, chief operating officer and president. In 2000, the Houston Geological Society honored him as a "Legend in Wildcatting." Seitz began his career as a petroleum geologist with Amoco Production Company. Richard S. Langdon. Mr. Langdon became a Director of Gasco and a member of the audit committee in March 2003 and of the nominating committee since April 2006. Mr. Langdon is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Matris Exploration Company, LP, a privately held exploration and production limited partnership active in California, and Sigma Energy Ventures, LLC, a privately held exploration and production limited liability company active in Texas. Mr. Langdon became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Matris in the beginning of 2003 and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma in December of 2007. Sandi Hennequin is a Director, Energy Policy, New England for Constellation Energy Resources. In this position, she represents Constellation Energy's interests in the New England Power Pool ("NEPOOL") stakeholder process, before regulatory utility commissions and legislatures, and within trade associations.
