Mr. Iwata came to Hitachi GST in August 2006. He began his career with Hitachi Ltd. in 1972 in the Overseas Business Department. He worked his way up through various positions until he became manager of the Business Planning Department for the Information Systems Group in 1996. From there, he joined Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) in 1997 as executive vice president. In 2000, Iwata returned to Hitachi Ltd. to serve as deputy general manager of the International Business Promotion Division. He was promoted to general manager of the Global Business Development Division in 2001. Later that year, he returned to HDS as chief executive officer. After almost five years leading HDS, he returned to Hitachi Ltd. to serve as CMO of Hitachi Ltd.'s Information and Telecommunication Systems Group. Mr. Iwata earned a B.S. of engineering degree from Waseda University in Japan.

Barry Honea is the chief financial officer for Hitachi Consulting. He oversees the support services functions of the company including Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and Human Resources. Honea is also responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

As chief operating officer of U.S. consulting operations for Hitachi Consulting, Philip Parr has P&L responsibility for all of Hitachi Consulting's U.S.-based locations and national industry programs. Parr has been in the professional services industry for more than 23 years, serving consumer products and industrial manufacturing clients. His areas of expertise include business and systems integration, enterprise application implementation, and customer relationship management solutions. Parr began his career in 1982 at Andersen Consulting and spent 10 years in the Denver office serving clients in various industries. He then shifted to industry and served four years as chief information officer of a $1B national food distributor where he successfully led a large business and technology transformation initiative. Parr returned to consulting in 1996, joining Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice as managing partner of the Denver organization. He served in a variety of regional and national executive leadership roles and became part of Hitachi Consulting in 2002 as part of the acquisition of Andersen's Business Consulting practice. Parr holds a bachelor degree in finance and information science from the University of Colorado in Boulder, where he currently resides with his family.

Brian Erickson is the managing vice president for Hitachi Consulting's strategic technology solutions. With more than 20 years of management and technology consulting experience in a variety of industries, Erickson has worked with some of the largest and most influential corporations on business strategy, business transformation and strategic technology planning.

As the managing vice president of customer and channel solutions for Hitachi Consulting, Brian Johnson is responsible for company-wide profitable growth and intellectual property development in the areas of sales and channel, marketing, and customer care optimization and automation. Johnson has spent his entire 20 year professional career assisting companies with improving and automating their customer facing functions. He has extensive experience in developing CRM strategies, architecting technical CRM solutions, planning for complex global implementations, and managing the process and organizational change required to successfully transform companies into customer-centric organizations. Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting in 1996, Johnson spent ten years leading commercial software development teams in the creation of software for sales, customer service, direct marketing, field service, human resources, and financial applications. He earned a bachelor degree in computer science and economics and an MBA in information systems from the University of Colorado. Johnson is a Ph.D. candidate in applied management and decision sciences at Walden University.

David Moore is the managing vice president of Hitachi Consulting's life sciences industry group and also leads the Lawson practice. He is a founding member of Hitachi Consulting and a principal with the predecessor firm. He has been with the organization since 1989. He established an office in Paris while overseeing a three year engagement in France for one of Hitachi Consulting's largest clients. Moore has more than 20 years of business consulting experience and a strong background in business and IT strategic planning, reengineering and implementation. His industry experience includes system implementation, integration, and custom development projects in healthcare, oilfield services, construction, high-tech, retail, and aerospace and defense. Moore earned a bachelor's degree in computer systems management from Murray State University and is currently completing his MBA from Arizona State University. He is a frequent speaker on business and IT topics at conferences and tradeshows. In his spare time, he and his wife Laura enjoy hiking, traveling, and collecting wine.

Jim Budkie is the managing vice president of marketing for Hitachi Consulting. In this role he is accountable for establishing and executing the company's marketing strategy, including media and analyst relations, public relations, marketing communications, alliance marketing, events and campaigns. Budkie has more than 15 years experience in marketing, product management, and strategic planning. He has also had roles in software engineering, managed services, and strategy consulting, and worked in the financial services industry and the retail industries. Budkie earned a bachelor's and master's degree in physics from Xavier University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.

As managing vice president for Hitachi Consulting, John Clark is responsible for overall client satisfaction, employee development and welfare for all SAP projects. Clark was a founding member of Hitachi Consulting in 2000 and has succeeded in overseeing tremendous growth of Hitachi Consulting's SAP practice. Under his guidance, the company has doubled SAP-related revenue each of the past two years and has recently been named as one of only two certified, preferred partners for mid-market SAP implementation in the U.S. Clark has more than 15 years of business experience in information technology and business process improvement. He has been involved in more than 100 SAP implementation projects from all perspectives-consultant, vendor and client. While at Hitachi Consulting, in addition to SAP projects, Clark has overseen several strategy, Oracle, and custom development projects. Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting, he served as a platinum financials consultant for SAP America. Clark earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in international business from University of St. Thomas.

John Maring is a managing vice president for Hitachi Consulting. He leads the Communications, Media and Entertainment (CME) industry practice, which offers business operations consulting and technology services to content and service providers. Maring has more than 18 years of management and technology consulting experience in the communications industry. He has delivered quality business solutions to virtually all of the largest and most influential corporations in this industry. Since joining Hitachi Consulting in 2002, Maring has led the CME industry practice, building a world-class team of more than 300 industry-experienced personnel who pride themselves in delivering practical business solutions on-time and on or under budget. Today, the CME practice serves many of the Fortune 200 content and service companies in the United States. Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting, he was a worldwide partner with Andersen Business Consulting, responsible for their western region technology, media and communications industry practice. Maring earned a bachelor and master degree in economics from University of Denver. He has spoken at several industry conferences over the years, was one of the first male mentors in the Women in Cable and Telecom mentoring program, and is an active volunteer in the local community through programs such as Boy Scouts of America, Christ the King Church and the Arapahoe Youth League. He is married and has four children.

Palmer has more than 15 years of experience in business strategy and IT consulting, primarily assisting manufacturing and distribution companies resolve issues in the areas of supply chain management, organizational transformation, B2B integration, operations and performance improvement, large-scale ERP implementations and information technology assessments/strategic planning engagements.

Mike Driessen is a managing vice president for Hitachi Consulting, responsible for business development and strategic account development in the southeastern United States. He is one of the original founders of Hitachi Consulting and a member of Hitachi Consulting's Board of Directors. Driessen has been in management and consulting for 20 years. He spent eight years in the manufacturing and distribution practice at Andersen Consulting and Accenture before joining Grant Thornton in 1994. He has a strong background in business-driven IT strategic planning, systems integration, business process and supply chain reengineering, software selection and ERP implementation for small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. His industry expertise spans consumer products, industrial manufacturing, high technology, chemicals, oil and gas, and wholesale-distribution. Driessen graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in business administration from Marquette University.

Steve Goodman is vice president and general counsel for Hitachi Consulting. In this position, Goodman oversees the legal, risk management and corporate governance aspects of the company's business; directs the legal and due diligence aspects of mergers and acquisitions; manages the legal issues associated with expansion of service offerings and the formation and negotiation of strategic alliances and joint marketing relationships; oversees the legal aspects of the company's equity program and regulatory compliance; manages domestic and international trademark, copyright and other intellectual property matters; directs the legal aspects of employment matters; prepares and negotiates professional services contracts, software and hardware licenses, confidentiality agreements, equipment and real property leases and other contracts; establishes foreign branches and strategic relationships with off-shore software development firms, and manages compliance with foreign and domestic laws governing overseas activities; leads the company's insurance program; provides legal support to branding efforts, marketing activities and public relations initiatives; manages litigation; assists in the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures; and provides general corporate and regulatory counseling.

Tamra Chandler is the managing vice president of global solutions and people for Hitachi Consulting. In this role she is accountable for establishing and executing the company's solution strategy, as well as overseeing the processes by which Hitachi Consulting attracts, grows, and retains it's most valuable assets - employees. Chandler is responsible for building and supporting the infrastructure behind Hitachi Consulting's delivery strategy, including content development, delivery methodology and knowledge management.

As managing vice president and Oracle practice leader for Hitachi Consulting, Troy Lutes is responsible for overall client satisfaction, employee development and welfare for all Oracle projects. Oracle Corporation recognizes Hitachi Consulting as a premier business consulting provider and has bestowed the Certified Advantage Partner, the highest level designation attainable, upon Hitachi Consulting for both Oracle applications and technology. Lutes has advised numerous Global 2000 companies across a variety of industries, with his primary focus being in manufacturing, industrial and consumer products, and oil field services. His consistent focus has been on helping clients to streamline and optimize their manufacturing processes and enabling them with technology. Lutes has a wide range of functional and technical implementation experience, including operational strategy, business process engineering, supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and information technology strategy. He has worked on assignments in Europe, North America and Asia/Pacific, giving him a broad perspective in designing and implementing complex global solutions. Lutes received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. He also received an MBA in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Houston.

Vinie Zhang serves as the Vice President of Hitachi's corporate venture capital group responsible for strategic investment in IT, Bio-tech, new material, and NANO/MEMS technology areas. Prior to joining Hitachi, Vinie was a Vice President for three years at Asiatech Ventures, an early-stage cross pacific venture fund, where she made numerous investments in enterprise software, wireless, and communications. Earlier, Vinie was a Program Manager managing new product development efforts at Read-Rite Corporation, a US based thin-film head manufacturer. She was also the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of FIT Bearings, a US/China joint venture start-up in the industrial component market. A native of Shanghai, Vinie was the editor in chief of "We a Million", a Shanghai-based school children newspaper with circulation of one million. She was also the youngest TV producer and talk show host for Shanghai Television Station, producing a weekly feature program targeting the teenager audience. Vinie has been a keen promoter of entrepreneurship and venture investing in China and sits on the board of HuaYuan Science and Technology Association, a premier mainland Chinese professional organization. She is also the founding chairperson of the HuaYuan Venture Capital Group. Vinie was the recipient of a Haas MBA scholarship while receiving her MBA from Haas Business School at the University of California at Berkeley. Vinie received her BS degrees Magna Cum Laude in Finance and Marketing from San Jose State University.

Ryuichi Otsuki joined Hitachi, Ltd. in 1981 after graduating from Nagoya University School of Law. Over the past 20 years, he has held various positions within Hitachi including the Hitachi Data Systems and PC Corporation as well as many functions within the Global Business Planning and Operation Division. His responsibilities have included M&A, Investment, Business Planning and Alliance. He is currently the Executive General Manager, Strategic Planning & Development, the Global Business Planning & Operation Division, Information & Telecommunication Systems of Hitachi, Ltd.

Before joining Hitachi, Mr. Dyer spent more than 25 years working for IBM in positions of increasing responsibility in industrial engineering, cost engineering, quality, materials planning and worldwide inventory management for the Storage Technology Division. He spent the past 10 years in Fujisawa, Japan leading the HDD materials operations, including procurement. Mr. Dyer holds Master degrees in Business Administration from Golden Gate University and System Engineering from San Jose State University. He completed his undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering at Oregon State University.

Dr Luoni co-founded MRS Corporation in January 2003 and developed together with Mr Lumpe the concept of Next-Generation Media Aggregation. Dr Luoni brings a broad range of experience in R&D and senior technical positions for telecommunication carriers, such as Swisscom and manufacturers in Japan (Fujitsu & Hitachi). He is a specialist in voice and data network protocols, QoS metering software, traffic metering & carrier billing solutions, routing algorithms, and security concepts. Dr. Luoni completed his PhD in Telecommunications at the Swiss Institute of Technology. He graduated from the same university with a M.Sc. in Mathematics.

Patrick Herguth joined Avidyne in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer, focusing on the day-to-day operational aspects of the company as we continue to expand our product lines and markets. Patrick's experience in high-growth businesses and mission-critical products is helping to guide the continuing expansion of Avidyne's avionics product lines and market presence. Herguth most recently was vice president and general manager of the Medical Business Unit at Planar Systems, a $232 million maker of display hardware and software used in medical, computing, transportation, business and other specialized markets. Previously, Herguth was general manager for the $30 million Laboratory and Medication Management Systems unit at GE Healthcare, and also spent two years at GE integrating recently acquired businesses within the healthcare information technology market. Before joining GE, Herguth held management and engineering positions at Eastman Kodak Company's Health Imaging Division and at Hitachi Medical Corporation's Ultrasound Division. Herguth earned a BS in applied and engineering physics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.

Consolidating an initial eight years of technology recruitment experience, Peter worked as a Human Resources Consultant for a further six years before founding Band-X Recruitment Ltd in 1998. He successfully delivered candidates, recruitment services and selection management projects for numerous blue chip technology firms - Cap Gemini, Institute of Directors, Standard Bank, Hitachi, Times Mirror and others - establishing HR and business processes to fit their needs. Band-X Recruitment is providing the ideal medium to combine his expertise, gained from both sides of the fence.

Mr. Takemura began his career in 1975 as an engineer in the Totsuka Works of Hitachi, Ltd. In 1992, Mr. Takemura was assigned to be a Department Manager for the System Development Department of the Telecommunications Division. In 1997, he started working in the North American telecommunications industry as the Chief Technology Officer of Hitachi Telecom (USA) Inc. From 1999 to 2002, he was the President of Hitachi Telecom (USA) Inc. In April 2002, he returned to Japan and was assigned as a General Manager of the International IT Business Operation in the Information and Telecommunication Systems of Hitachi, Ltd. He was then assigned as a General Manager of the Network Systems Solutions Division of Hitachi in 2003. In January 2006, he became a Corporate Officer of Hitachi and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Information and Telecommunication Systems of Hitachi.

Tom Butler is Vice President for Product Planning and Marketing for Hitachi Ltd.'s US Software Division inside Hitachi Data Systems, Inc. His responsibilities there include planning new storage management and other software. Tom has over 25 years experience in the computer industry, starting at AT&T Bell Labs. During his tenure there, he wrote the first publicly-documented Device Driver Interface specification for the UNIX system and co-authored the System V Application Binary Interface, the first binary interface specification published for any operating system. Leaving AT&T Bell Labs as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, he has held a variety of technical and management positions since then. Tom holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Brown University.

Toru Motobayashi was registered as a lawyer with the Tokyo Bar Association in April 1963. In July 1971, he became a Partner of Mori, Hamada & Matsumoto (former Mori Sogo). In April 1995, he became the Chairman of the Tokyo Bar Association, and in April 2002 he became the Chairman of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations. In May 2002, he became the Commissioner of the Commercial Law Center, Inc. In June 2006, he became a Director of Hitachi Ltd. In April 2008, he became a Partner of Ihara and Motobayashi. In June 2008, he was elected a Corporate Auditor of NTT.

Mr. Kunihiro Kamiya is the Representative Director and Chairman of the Board of Hitachi-Omuron Terminal Solutions Corp., which is a new member of Hitachi group established in October 2004. Prior to his current role, Kamiya served as the Chief Operating Officer of Information & Telecommunication Systems Group and General Manager of the Eproject Solution Division for Hitachi Ltd. His responsibilities there included the successful deployment of next generation IT systems and oversight of Hitachi's eCommerce services and Procurement groups, including the company's Japan-based e-marketplace, TWX-21. Additional roles at Hitachi, Ltd. included Managing Officer of Information & Telecommunication Systems (2001), where he contributed to the establishment of financial business process reengineering for Hitachi; General Manager of Finance, Information & Telecommunication Systems, (1999); and General Manager of Finance for the Storage Technology Division (1988). Kamiya received a B.A. in business from Osaka City University.
