For over 40 years, Don Vollmer has been involved in finance and marketing of international business services, both in the U.S. and overseas. His background includes overseas resident banking assignments in Frankfurt, London, Paris, and the presidency and directorship of the Paris-based merchant bank, Banque Ameribas, owned 60% by Bank of America. He was a project analyst with the World Bank, headquartered in Washington, D.C. Vollmer has been engaged in various corporate finance activities, including raising funds for Pacific Northwest companies, merger and acquisition work for a Fortune 500 company and two Pacific Northwest companies, and several venture capital placements. He has had strategic planning consulting assignments with three Pacific Northwest banks. He has been retained for investor relations/financial markets consulting by two Fortune 500 companies and three leading bank holding companies. . He was Senior Advisor for over 11 years to a major Japanese financial institution. He was one of the founding investors and directors of Northwest International Bank. He helped found Magic Wardrobe, Inc. Magic Wardrobe uses robotics 24/7 to let customers drop off and pick up dry cleaning any hour of the day or night. Magic Wardrobes are operating at six facilities in the Seattle area, including at SAFECO, and Weyerhaeuser. Others are located around the US and in Japan. He is President and CEO of Pacific Northwest Advisors. He is also currently serving as Director of Business Services of the Washington State China Relations Council's Consulting Services Group.

Coach Charlie White enters his sixth season as the head coach of the Germantown Football program. He has coached football at Germantown since 1978 and is dedicated to continuing the Red Devil tradition. Coach White teaches Algebra 1 and Algebra 1 Honors classes. His wife, Robin, recently retired after 31 years of teaching with the Shelby County School system. A true Red Devil, she taught at Germantown Elementary, Germantown Middle, and Germantown High Schools. His daughter, Christie, played softball for Germantown High and is a graduate of Mississippi State University. She is employed by Bayer Health Care Pharmaceuticals. His son, Keith, played football for both the Red Devils and the University of Mississippi. He is currently employed by Consulting Services Group in Memphis. Keith's wife, Hayley, was a G.H.S. varsity cheerleader and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. She is currently employed as an ultrasound technician for the Light Clinic. Keith and Hayley recently had a son, Charles "Charlie" Braxton White.

Paul Leinweber, Systems Consultant for the Consulting Services Group, is based in St. Louis. He holds an Associate of Arts Degree with an emphasis on Computer Aided Mechanical Design Technology. He also received .NET certification in July of 2003. Paul has worked in engineering departments and manufacturing facilities for 10 years before spending 5 years in a Full-Life Cycle Software Development environment developing Sales Force Automation and CRM applications. Paul has most recently worked in the Consulting Service Industry for over 4 years. He has performed multiple functions in this field including Software Development, Application Architecture, as well as, Lead / Mentoring and training roles. Paul has written a wide variety of business software applications which include; CRM, Sales Force Automation, and Office Automation projects. Paul also brings extensive experience in Engineering and Design Automation software development working in Structural/Mechanical and Mechanical environments including Tool and Die and Heat Recovery Steam Generation. Paul's current focuses include Inventor Series, VB, VBA, and MS .NET.
