Chunka Mui, head of DiamondCluster Innovation, has a large group of admirers. Chief among them are not the folks who think highly of his business book, Unleashing the Killer App. His greatest supporters are, in fact, the people who have been fortunate enough to have worked with him over the past six years. In his understated way, he's inspired them and gently prodded them to reach for heights they never imagined. They will never forget him. Jennifer Thatcher maintains all of DiamondCluster's Web sites, including the Context site. She began her career at DiamondCluster as the production coordinator for the Exchange. When she is not out adding mileage to her bike she enjoys drawing and traveling. Barbara Ullman produces the Exchange and Insight. While others might claim to be the brains of the operation, there's no doubt among her colleagues that Ullman is the heart and soul.
