We are extremely lucky to have "CPA Ray" on our team. He is a bonafide major leaguer who has worked for some big-time Fortune 50 companies, including MetLife, Ameritech and SBC, in a variety of accounting and finance capacities. He also spent nine years as a business consultant and experienced manager with Arthur Andersen. Ray has extensive knowledge in both SEC and regulatory matters, and has headed up numerous accounting departments, including a $25 billion benefit trust and a $5 billion private equity portfolio. Ray is an alumnus of the University of Illinois.

Born in Moenchengladbach, Germany, Eric Korsten moved to Tucson, Arizona as a small child with his family. Moving in and around Arizona during most of his early life, Mr. Korsten's family finally settled in Fountain Hills. After attending Fountain Hills High School, Mr. Korsten graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Minor in Communications. Mr. Korsten began his professional career with Prudential in early 2003, working as an accountant within the billing department of the Real Estate and Relocation division. He then went on to work as an international auditor for Continental Promotion Group, a rebate and promotion services company. At Continental Promotion, Mr. Korsten traveled frequently to Ireland and Germany to audit the processes and financials of the company's subsidiaries. During that time, he entered the Master of Business Administration program at Arizona State University. As the traveling became too frequent and didn't allow Mr. Korsten to continue his studies, he joined Greenbrier Southwest Corporation as Assistant Controller in 2004. At Greenbrier Southwest, he manages the accounting department and assists in the area of finance. In May 2006, Mr. Korsten earned his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
