David Brown is the Managing Partner of Oak Hill Venture Partners and a Vice President of Keystone, Inc. He leads Keystone's venture capital activities, including investments in 30 companies since 1998. He is also a general partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners (private equity investments), Oak Hill Securities (high yield trading), Oak Hill Strategic Partners (exchange fund) and Oak Hill Platinum Partners (hedge fund). Mr. Brown serves on the board of directors of Lattice Communications, MarketTools, Perfect Commerce, ProQuest, Sandial Systems, Sitara Networks and WideOpenWest. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Brown worked at Salomon Brothers where he was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department.
