Convergys is engaged in the provision of relationship management services to its clients to support their customers and employees. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. operated through three business segments: Customer Management, which provides outsourced customer care services as well as consulting services to in-house customer care operations; Information Management, which provides convergent rating, charging and billing systems for the global communications industry; and Human Resources Management, which provides human resource business process outsourcing (HR BPO) applications as well as learning systems.
