MIAMI--BUSINESS WIRE--Dec. 17, 1996--Forcenergy Inc (NASDAQ:FGAS) announced Tuesday that it has entered into an agreement with Union Oil Company of California ("Unocal) to jointly pursue lease sale activities and to further develop Unocal's existing Cook Inlet Basin, Alaska properties.
