Patrick Duke is responsible for CIRI's accounting systems, tax matters and financial reporting and analysis. Duke came to CIRI in 2006 from Juneau, Alaska, where he worked as treasurer and corporate investment officer for Sealaska Corp. Duke worked at Sealaska for 13 years in accounting, analysis and investment positions. Before Sealaska, Duke was business manager at Capital Community Broadcasting in Juneau. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from Gonzaga University and has earned Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Portfolio Manager certifications. Greg Jones manages CIRI's real estate and serves as president of its development subsidiary, CIRI Land Development Co., which primarily focuses on real estate investment and development. Current projects involve company-owned properties in California, Texas and Alaska. Jones has more than 30 years of experience in planning, land use and real estate. Before coming to CIRI, he was Vice President, Properties, Aviation, and Logistics for General Communications Inc. (GCI). Before that, he spent 13 years as president of an Alaska-based real estate development company that developed residential and commercial projects. Jones currently serves on the Alaska Academic Decathlon Board of Directors and the Covenant House Building Committee.
Mr. Razo is Vice President of ANC R&D and is CIRI's Vice President of Government Contracting. Razo also serves as President of the newly-formed CIRI government contracting holding company, CIRI Development Corporation. Razo has a firm understanding of the government contracting industry's rules and regulations, helping the corporation take advantage of the Small Business Administration's (SBA) opportunities for Native American Contractors. He was responsible for management and operation of a significant professional legal services contract with the State of Alaska, which extended over a period of approximately 15 years. Razo will lead ANC R&D's business development efforts pursuing contracts with the U.S. government.
Prior to joining CIRI, Colberg was a partner at the Silicon Valley law firm of Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP, where he focused on the organization of investment partnerships and the structuring of private investments and merger and acquisition transactions. Before practicing law, Colberg worked as a management consultant in San Francisco and Shanghai, advising multinational corporations on their investments, operations and market strategies in the greater China region. Colberg earned a Juris Doctor with Distinction from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Dartmouth College.

Jo Mira Clodman is co-founder of Clodman Hecht Communications Inc., an investor relations and corporate communications consulting company established in 1991. Her previous management experience includes serving as Vice President, Corporate Communications, Cineplex Odeon Corporation and Director, Financial Communications, Northern Telecom Limited. Earlier in her career, she established a public affairs department at Westinghouse Canada Inc. and worked as a journalist for a major Canadian daily newspaper. Jo Mira holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University. She is an Officer and former Director of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and serves as Chairman of the CIRI Newsline Editorial Board. In 1996, Jo Mira received CIRI's Award for Excellence in Investor Relations.
Michael Thomas is the operations manager of an office center. He has run the day-to-day operations of a small corporation for the last twelve years. Thomas is a small business owner and is a member of Anchorage South Rotary Club Board of Directors. Thomas earned an associate's degree in paralegal from the College of the Sequoias. He is of Tlingit descent. Thomas was born in Anchorage but raised in Kenai, Alaska, and is a member of the Kenaitze Native Association. Thomas was elected to the CIRI Board in 2008. His three-year term on the Board ends in 2011.
Bruce Anders is CIRI's lead in-house counsel, responsible for CIRI's legal matters. Anders has practiced for 11 of his 16 years as an attorney in Alaska, and has experience in both private and public legal sectors. Before joining CIRI, Anders was chief of the State of Alaska Oil and Gas Division's Leasing and Permitting Section, and served as a member of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's Natural Gasline Team. Anders previously litigated insurance defense cases at a Madison, Wis. law firm, represented rural Alaskans as a partner in a Bethel, Alaska, law office, litigated environmental matters as an assistant attorney general with the Alaska Department of Law, represented the BLM and MMS at the Department of Interior Regional Solicitor's office and represented the United States as a Judge Advocate General in the Army. Anders earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Duke University in 1989 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1992.

Dawn Dinwoodie is the president of the Doyon Foundation board of directors. Her parents are Margaret R. Dinwoodie and Daniel H. Dinwoodie of Fairbanks. Her grandparents are Walter and Pauline John of Stevens Village and Alena "Nina" Dinwoodie of Montana/New Jersey, and William "Denny" Dinwoodie of Scotland. She previously served as a Doyon, Limited board member from 1994 to 2003 and served as an Alaska Federation of Natives board member. She has more than 15 years of experience in communications, community relations, event planning and development with non-profits, tribes and corporations. Her vocation has been to work with and for Native people to strengthen and promote Native culture. She works as a communications consultant and event planner on projects and causes that she believes in. In addition to the Doyon Foundation, her current volunteer projects include the Anchorage Montessori Preschool, and volunteering in the schools for Alaska Native Heritage Month. She holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She was selected as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Alaskans in 2000, sponsored by the Journal of Commerce and Anchorage Chamber of Commerce. Her term ends in 2009.

Mr. Hillard is the CEO of Council Tree Communications. Prior to founding Council Tree, in 1998, Mr. Hillard held senior management positions with Cook Inlet Region Incorporated ("CIRI"), including General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Cook Inlet Communications. In this capacity, Mr. Hillard led CIRI to develop the largest independently-owned oil, gas and mineral portfolio in the state of Alaska and become the largest minority broadcaster in the U.S. Prior to his work with CIRI, Mr. Hillard was the Managing Partner in the Alaska office of the law firm Munger, Tolles & Olson. Douglas W. Fifer is a police officer with the Anchorage Police Department. He is also a union representative of the Anchorage Police Department Employee Association. Fifer earned a Bachelor of Science, Occupation Education degree from Wayland Baptist University in 2004. Janie Leask is Manager, Community Relations for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. In this position, she is responsible for representing Alyeska in its contacts with key community groups, overseeing its donations program, and assisting Alyeska implement its external communications strategy. Before joining Alyeska, Janie served as Vice President of Community Development for National Bank of Alaska. Prior to her work at the bank, she spent fifteen years with the Alaska Federation of Natives, the last seven years as its President. Janie currently serves on the boards of the Alaska Humanities Forum and Commonwealth North. She is also a Trustee for the First Alaskans Foundation and a member of the UAA Board of Advisors. She and former Anchorage Mayor Rick Mystrom co-chaired Commonwealth North's "Urban Rural Unity Study" which explored the urban-rural gap in an effort to develop a vision for Alaska's future that can be shared by all Alaskans. She's previously served on the boards of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, Alaska State Chamber of Commerce, State Board of Education, Alaska Land Use Council, Alaska Village Initiatives and Cook Inlet Region, Inc. Janie is Haida-Tsimshian and Irish-German and was raised in both Metlakatla and Anchorage. Her work on behalf of Alaska Natives and rural communities has earned her several recognition's including the Governor's Award, the Alaska Village Initiative's Chief's Knife Award, and the 1998 Shareholder of the Year from Cook Inlet Region, Inc. Janie also received the Chairman's Award from the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce for her work in organizing trips to rural villages to further understanding between urban and rural peoples. John Rogers joined Suncor Energy Inc. in 1985 at the Oil Sands plant in Fort McMurray, Alberta. From 1995 to 1998, he worked in the controller's department before transferring to Calgary as Manager of Financial Accounting and eventually Controller of the exploration and production division. Michael R. Boling is an attorney and owner of the Law Office of Michael R. Boling in Dallas, Texas. Boling, an Athabascan, was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. Thomas P. Huhndorf is a Yupik Eskimo who grew up in the Kenai area. He has worked as a commercial fisherman in Cook Inlet. He has also worked as a construction electrician, eventually obtaining his master's electrical license. Currently he works for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company in their Information Technology department. Huhndorf has served on the Board of Directors of Salamatof Native Association, an ANCSA village corporation, for 15 years, and currently serves as chairman. He also served on the Alaska Federation of Natives Board of Directors and Cook Inlet Tribal Council. Huhndorf was elected to the CIRI Board of Directors in 2004. He currently serves as assistant secretary. His current three-year term on the Board ends in 2007.

Dr. Simpson has been doing weight loss surgery and laparoscopic surgery since 1991. He has done thousands of laparoscopic cases. He received his undergraduate, graduate, and medical degrees from The University of Chicago, and surgical residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. He is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons, as well as a Fellow in The American College of Surgeons. He has authored three books about weight loss surgery as well as a number of articles. Because of Dr. Simpson's extensive experience in performing LAP-BAND procedures, and because he is the leading LAP-BAND bariatric surgeon in the Southwest, he was recently selected as a proctor by LAP-BAND maker, Allergan. As Allergan's LAP-BAND proctor, Dr. Simpson is now authorized by Allergan to teach other bariatric surgeons how to perform the LAP-BAND procedure for their patients. Dr. Simpson loves to stay in touch with his patients, and answers their emails, even between surgery cases -- on his blackberry.
