"John R. Eckel, Jr., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, founded our business in 1992 and served as our President and Chief Executive Officer until April 2003, when he was elected to his current position. Mr. Eckel serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Texas Pipeline Association. Mr. Eckel also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Live Oak Reserves, Inc., which he founded in 1986, and which, with its affiliates, is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production in South Texas. Mr. Eckel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and was employed in various corporate finance positions in New York prior to entering the energy industry in 1979. "

Ernie L. Danner is President and Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the board of directors. He has served as a director since the acquisition of Tidewater Compression Service, Inc. in 1998. Mr. Danner served in various positions of increasing responsibility at Universal from 1998 until 2007, including Executive Vice President from 1998 to 2007 and Chief Operating Office from 2006 to 2007. Prior to joining Universal, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of MidCon Corp. (an interstate pipeline company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation). Mr. Danner also serves as President, Chief Operating Officer and director of Exterran GP LLC. Additionally, Mr. Danner is a director of Copano Energy, LLC (a natural gas gathering and processing company) and Anchor Drilling Fluids, Inc. (a privately held company providing drilling fluid services to exploration and production companies). He serves as a member of the Board of Trustrees of the John Cooper School in the Woodlands, Texas, and as an officer and director of certain majority-owned subsidiaries of Exterran.

Steven A. Webster has served as a director since May 2005. Mr. Webster has been President and Co-Managing Partner of Avista Capital Partners LP, a partnership focusing on private equity investments in energy, media, healthcare and other industries, since June 2005. Since 2000, he has been a consultant to Global Energy Partners, an affiliate of Credit Suisse First Boston LLC, which has specialized in private equity investments in the energy industry. From 2000 to June 2005, he served as Chairman of Global Energy Partners. From 1998 to 1999, he served as President and CEO of R&B Falcon Corporation, a marine contract drilling company. From 1988 through 1997, Mr. Webster was Chairman and CEO of Falcon Drilling Company Inc., a company he founded. Mr. Webster has been a financial intermediary since 1979 and an active investor since 1984 in the energy sector. He currently serves as Chairman of Basic Energy Services, Carrizo, Pinnacle Gas Resources and Solitario Resources He remains a Trust Manager of Camden and is a Director of Encore Bancshares, Frontier Drilling, Geokinetics, Grey Wolf, Laramie Energy, MedServe, Peregrine Oil & Gas and Seacor Holdings.
