Palladium

George McMillan is the Chief Executive Officer of Palladium. Prior to joining Palladium, his career includes combined experience in media, direct marketing and professional services, with demonstrated excellence in both financial and business operations. He served as CFO and CEO of CMGI from July 2001 to August 2004. Prior to CMGI, Mr. McMillan served as President and CEO for more than 4 years at BMG Direct, a unit of Bertelsmann AG. Mr. McMillan also served as COO and CFO of Renaissance Solutions, technology and management consulting firm. Mr. McMillan has served in executive capacities for more than 20 years and has spent the majority of his career leading and driving business growth in professional service firms. Mr. McMillan earned his MBA with distinction from Harvard Graduate School of Business, his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and his AB in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford University.

Kevin Marinelli is the Chief Financial Officer of Palladium. Prior to joining Palladium, he served for as Chief Financial Officer of Yankee Research Group, a leading U.S. research, advisory and consulting firm and Vice President of Finance for Belenos, Inc., a network consulting firm, and Wolf Technology, an imaging hardware and software venture. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Marinelli is responsible for the Finance, Information Technology, Facilities and Office/Administration Divisions of Palladium. Mr. Marinelli has a BS in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Mr. Reymond joined Palladium in 2000 as chief financial officer. Previously, he was the CEO of Hibernia Communications, LLC, a Palladium portfolio company in the AM radio industry. He is a former senior vice president and chief financial officer of Viacom Broadcast Group and Viacom Interactive Media. Prior to Viacom, Mr. Reymond worked for two years at Group W as the vice president of acquisitions analysis. Mr. Reymond began his career at Price Waterhouse where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and clients in the media and entertainment industry. Mr. Reymond earned a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova and is a C.P.A.

Chris Harding is an Executive Vice President of Palladium and is responsible for sales and marketing. Prior to joining Palladium, Mr. Harding co-founded CXO Systems where he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Sales for this leading software provider of executive dashboard solutions. Mr. Harding also served as Senior Vice President and Head of Worldwide Field Operations for Breakaway Solutions, a market innovator in providing consulting, systems integration, and application hosting services delivered utilizing one integrated methodology. Prior to Breakaway, Chris spent seven years with Cambridge Technology Partners, where he held a variety of leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development, culminating with his appointment to lead the sales and field marketing teams for North America. Mr. Harding earned his BS in Business Management from Boston College.

Laura Downing is an Executive Vice President of Palladium. Prior to Palladium, she was the cofounder and Senior Vice President at Balanced Scorecard Collaborative and was instrumental in developing both Balanced Scorecard and balanced management system service offerings within the company. Ms. Downing was also one of the original consultants in the strategic management services practice of Renaissance Worldwide, Inc. Ms. Downing is a regular speaker and instructor at Balanced Scorecard conferences. She has consulted with a variety of user organizations to enhance their strategic management processes, as well as with a number of software providers in their development of Balanced Scorecard applications. Ms. Downing earned a BS in Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Zaldivar joined Palladium in 2004 as vice president, and now serves as principal. He previously worked with Palladium on a consulting basis sourcing and evaluating U.S. Hispanic food and media deals. Mr. Zaldivar is a former vice president of corporate development and strategic investments at Univision. Prior to Univision, he worked for Lehman Brothers as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group and for Accenture's strategic services consulting practice as a senior consultant. Mr. Zaldivar earned a B.S. in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Margaret (Peg) Jones is the vice president of finance for Palladium (USA) International, Inc. Ms. Jones is responsible for the accounting of the U.S. operations with the primary focus on the multifamily assets

Ms. Avila joined Palladium in 2005 as vice president of marketing. Previously, she was executive director of New America Alliance (NAA). She was instrumental in establishing the NAA's national market position among national and regional networks including entrepreneurial and non-profit circles, federal and state government, public pension fund system, and corporate America. Prior, she was vice president of marketing and events at the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Avila serves on the Board of Directors of The Marathon Club and is a member of the New America Alliance and the National Association of Securities Professionals. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Hospitality from the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Lanigan is a co-founder of Palladium and now serves as an operating executive. Prior to Palladium, he was a special limited partner of Joseph Littlejohn & Levy responsible for monitoring the performance of the firm's portfolio companies. Mr. Lanigan is currently chairman emeritus of Owens-Illinois Inc., where he was chairman and CEO before and after Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.'s acquisition in 1987. Mr. Lanigan served as a Director at Chrysler Corporation beginning in 1983. In 1998, Daimler-Benz merged with Chrysler Corporation and formed DaimlerChrysler AG. Following the merger with Daimler-Benz, Mr. Lanigan served on DaimlerChrysler's Supervisory Board and Chairman's Council until he retired in 2006. Additionally, Mr. Lanigan served on numerous public company boards including Dun & Bradstreet, IMS Health, Cognizant and Transocean.

Tom Phelps is a cofounder and Executive Vice President of Palladium. Prior to Mr. Phelps career with Palladium, he founded and served as President and CEO of ThinkFast Consulting, a leading professional services firm dedicated to Corporate Performance Management solutions. Mr. Phelps has spent the past 20 years, from a business consulting and technology perspective, helping organizations improve planning and increase operational insight. Serving as a member of the BPM Forum, he is a published author and recognized leader in the Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management space. Mr. Phelps earned a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Fred D'Lizarraga is District Manager for Omnium management Company, Inc. ("Omnium") and Palladium (USA) International, Inc. ("Palladium"). Mr. D'Lizarraga currently supervised the condominium conversion of Grand Treviso Condominium located in Irving, Texas, Cottages at Tulane apartments located in Plano, Texas, Verona located in Dallas, Texas, and Canal Side Lofts in Las Colinas, Irving, Texas. Prior to Omnium and Palladium, Mr. D'Lizarraga spent in excess of ten years with Pace Realty Corporation ("Pace") in the operations side of the multifamily business. Throughout his tenure with Pace, Fred was responsible for the overall operations of multiple multifamily properties with supervisory responsibilities for all aspects of operations, employee training, marketing programs, and the direct oversight of several major renovation projects. He was directly responsible for lease up, marketing, and operational duties for Grand Treviso; earning his company's highest honors. Prior to joining Pace, Mr. D'Lizarraga held various site and supervisory positions for several national apartment companies and developers. Fred received his Bachelors Degree from the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas and has earned the professional designation of Certified Apartment manager.

Mr. Mitchell joined Palladium in 2007 as analyst. Previously, he served as a Community Economic Development Volunteer for the United States Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic. Mr. Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.

Mr. Parekh joined Palladium in 2003 as portfolio analyst, and now serves as director of portfolio analysis. Previously, Mr. Parekh held a senior auditing and accounting position with Motorola. Before this, he was a senior level auditor and interned in the mergers and acquisitions transaction support group with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Parekh is a CPA and earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School at New York University.
