Thomson has over twenty years of experience in telecommunications equipment companies including GTE Communications Systems, Lucent and several Silicon Valley startups covering technical and business executive responsibilities. Julian built his career at Lucent Technologies as Vice President of Product Development for Switching and General Manager of Premises Wireless as well as positions in business development and engineering management. He was awarded an Engineering Fellowship at Lucent and holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Physics from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and the DESY Laboratory, Hamburg, Germany; and a B.Sc. Honors in Physics with Mathematics from the University of Glasgow.

Martin Taylor has spent over 20 years in the telecom and network equipment industries, with diverse experience in product marketing, engineering, technology planning and business development. Since joining MetaSwitch in 2004, he has been responsible for developing the company's IMS technology strategy and has also led key technology initiatives in hosted VoIP services, Web Services interfaces and Web portal evolution. Martin's prior experience includes the role of founding CTO at CopperCom, where he was widely recognized as an early pioneer in Voice Over Broadband for his leadership of the ATM Forum standards work on Loop Emulation. In previous roles at Madge Networks and at Marconi, he was instrumental in significant business successes in areas such as Token Ring switching and passive optical networking. Martin is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, England with a degree in Engineering. He enjoys skiing, golf, fly fishing and fine wine.

Chuck Harris brings to CopperCom over 20 years of experience in next-generation communications and networking. From an early beginning in switching product management at AT&T to executive roles at Siemens where he was VP and GM of its Global VoIP and North American Broadband Divisions, Harris has a unique perspective on this growing industry. He has been involved in a number of next generation start-ups including time at Flagship Ventures, a venture capital firm in Boston. Harris has an M.B.A. in Finance from Duke University, and a B.S. in engineering from Syracuse University.

Ken Stadler has over 23 years experience in Voice and Data Communications. He started his career working for TimePlex where he spent over 17 years working in Engineering and running Worldwide Technical Support teams. Ken also spent 3 years working for a major U.S. competitive service provider. Ken led the team responsible for putting together one of the nations first packet networks to interoperate with the PSTN. Services included traditional phone service, desktop management and high-speed Internet access. Ken currently leads the Professional Services, Documentation and Training teams for CopperCom. During his tenure at Coppercom, Ken has also led the CopperCom Customer Support team and continues his focus on delivering professional services such as installation and commissioning to CopperCom customers. Ken is a current member of the American Society for Quality and is in the process of obtaining his Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Steve Shusta has vast experience in systems engineering and software development. While at CopperCom, he has authored designs introducing Next Generation protocols and applications into existing and new product lines, managed the development organization as well as provided technical leadership for all of CopperCom's development teams. Prior to CopperCom, Shusta held positions at Siemens in development and systems engineering of legacy and next-generation SS7 platforms, both domestic and international applications. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.

MICHAEL J. MYERS, 59, was elected to the Board of Directors in 2002. Mr. Myers is currently President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Coppercom Inc., a provider of networking equipment for telecommunications operators. Mr. Myers served as the President of the Broadband Systems Division of Alcatel from 2000 to 2002 and as Group Vice President for Alcatel's Networking Systems Group from 1998 to 2000. Prior to 1998, Mr. Myers worked for DSC Communications Corporation, serving as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 1998, at its DSC Denmark A/S subsidiary, and as a Group Vice President for its transmission business in 1997. Nadine Comly-Bukowski began her career in public accounting with over 5 years at PriceWaterhouse. She served numerous audit clients (both public and private) primarily in the insurance and banking industries. Other projects at PriceWaterhouse included leading a client through a successful IPO and several due diligence reviews. Prior to joining CopperCom, she spent several years on the private side in various accounting and risk management roles at Spherion Corporation (SFN), a provider of recruitment, outsourcing and technology solutions. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and Spanish from Florida State University and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
