In addition to co-founding MGM Animation, and then Sabella Dern Entertainment with the highly respected animation executive Paul Sabella, Mr. Dern is the President and co-founder of The Bigger Picture, the world leader in digital theatrical distribution of targeted entertainment. The first program in The Bigger Picture, Kidtoon Films, was launched in September 2004, utilizing the digital networks installed in theatres to deliver onscreen advertising. Since that initial launch, Kidtoon Films is now delivered to hundreds of digitally equipped theatres across the United States, and has exhibited more than 40 kids' movies. From Kidtoon Films, The Bigger Picture has expanded to a full-service, digital theatrical distribution company, and now has a number of theatrical programs that deliver entertainment to under-served audiences, playing in under-utilized time slots in theatres, including programs of opera, concerts, faith, urban, anime, Kidtoons and high-octane sports. The Bigger Picture is the exclusive provider of LIVE 3D, digital, in-theatre events through their CineLive program.

Kevin J. Farrell is a co-founder of AccessIT and has been Senior Vice President - Data Center Operations and a director since our inception on March 31, 2000. From December 1998 to March 2000, he had served as Director of Operations of Gateway Colocation, LLC, of which he was also a co-founder, where he was responsible for the completion of 80,000 square feet of carrier-neutral colocation space and supervised infrastructure build-out, tenant installations and daily operations. Prior to joining Gateway, Mr. Farrell had served, from 1993 to 1998, as Building Superintendent and Director of Facility Maintenance at the Newport Financial Center in Jersey City, NJ. He is a former officer of the International Union of Operating Engineers. Currently he serves on the Morris County, New Jersey Infrastructure Advisory Group Communications Committee.

ROBERT DAVIDOFF, 82, has been a director since 1984. Mr. Davidoff has been a Managing Director of Carl Marks & Co., Inc., an investment banking firm, since 1990, the general partner of CMNY Capital II, L.P., a venture capital affiliate of Carl Marks & Co., since 1989, and is Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of CM Capital Corporation, the firm’s leveraged buyout affiliate. Mr. Davidoff is also a director of Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp.

Brett E. Marks is a co-founder of AccessIT and has been Senior Vice President - Business Development and a director since our inception on March 31, 2000. From December 1998 to March 2000, Mr. Marks had been Vice President of Real Estate and Development of Cablevision Cinemas, LLC. From June 1998 to December 1998, Mr. Marks was Vice President of First New York Realty Co., Inc. In December 1994, Mr. Marks co-founded, with Mr. Mayo, Clearview Cinema Group, Inc. and was instrumental in the site selection process that helped to increase its number of theater locations.

Mr. Marks has been in the Real Estate Industry for more than 35 years as land developer builder and realtor. For seventeen years Mr. Marks served as President of Harmark Realty Inc. a developer of residential communities in Florida, Pennsylvania, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties, New York. He is a co founder and Executive Vice President of First New York Realty a commercial real estate firm specializing in leasing, sales and consulting. Mr. Marks most recently has been specializing in the telecom industry, primarily in site selection, property evaluation and leasing.
