Greg Hughes is Chief Security Executive and VP of Security and Information Technologies at Corillian. Hughes oversees the development and implementation of company-wide security principles, policies, and practices; leading the Corillian Security Solutions business unit, including the architecture and development of Corillian's security software products; and driving corporate IT planning and strategy. Hughes also has responsibility for the oversight and coordination of security activities related to Corporate Offices, Product Development, Professional Services, Hosting Services, Corporate Information Technologies, and Facilities. Prior to his current role, Hughes served as Director of the Security and Information Technologies divisions at Corillian. Hughes also worked in Corillian's Marketing and Communications department. Before joining Corillian in 1999, Hughes held various technical and management positions in the IT field, and worked in law enforcement as a criminal investigator and police officer. Hughes attended the University of Missouri, where he majored in Journalism.

Paul Wilde is Chief Financial Officer of Corillian Corporation. Wilde has more than 25 years of experience having served in various executive roles in finance, strategic planning and business operations. Wilde most recently served as CEO of Spear Technologies, an enterprise resource planning software company. Prior to his tenure at Spear Technologies, Wilde served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Asia Pacific/Latin America Operations at Synon Corporation, an international software applications development company. Wilde has also held chief financial officer positions at Viasoft, Inc., Candle Corp. and Informatics General Corp. Wilde has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a certified public accountant (CPA).

Erich Litch is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this role, Litch served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel, a role in which he was responsible for account management, sales to Corillian customers, product partnerships and legal affairs. Before joining Corillian in April 2000, Litch represented Corillian as an associate in the Corporate Finance group of Perkins Coie LLP, the Northwest's largest law firm. Before joining Perkins Coie in 1999, he was a corporate associate in the Century City office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, one of the largest law firms in California. Litch has a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Edmund Jensen has served as the chairman of the advisory board since May 1999. From 1994 until 1999, he was the president and chief executive officer of Visa International. From 1974 until 1994, he held various positions at US Bancorp. Mr. Jensen served as vice president of corporate planning and development for US Bancorp from 1974 until 1991, chief operating officer from 1991 until 1993, and vice-chairman from 1993 until 1994. Mr. Jensen currently serves on the board of directors of the Corillian Corporation, a software company providing Internet-based financial services platforms, and Phoenix Technology Ltd., a software company providing system-enabling software solutions for PC's and other digital devices.

Eric Dunn is a Partner at Cardinal Venture Capital. Previously, Dunn was a member of the senior management team of Intuit Inc., a leader in financial software with over $1 billion in annual revenue. At Intuit, Dunn served as CFO, VP/GM and SVP/CTO, while also leading the initial development efforts for Quicken, and also initiated many of Intuit's activities in electronic financial services and its international expansion. Before working at Intuit, Eric was a management consultant at Bain and Company, and also worked at IBM for two years as a software engineer. Eric sits on the board of Corillian, PayCycle, BitPass and Environmental Software, and has served as Chairman of the Board of LiveCapital since 2001. Eric received his B.A. in Physics from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
