Mr. Saucier previously served as Vice President, Global Business and Product Development, Sales and Marketing from April 2006 to November 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Saucier was President of the Integrated Nylon Division of Solutia, Inc., a specialty chemical manufacturer from September 2001 to March 2005.

Mr. Aranguren-Trellez has been, since June 1, 2000, the Executive President of Arancia Industrial, S.A. de C.V., a holding company with interests in the food and enzyme industries, special textile rent to hospital sector and food service and logistics. Arancia Industrial is a Mexican company that is owned by Mr. Aranguren-Trellez and his brothers. Arancia Industrial was the former joint venture partner with the company in corn wet milling and refining operations in Mexico. Previously, Mr. Aranguren-Trellez served as Operations Director of CPIngredientes, S.A. de C.V., Corn Products’ Mexican subsidiary, from 1996 until 2000, and had served in various other management positions with that company and its predecessors since 1989. He was also a director of Sistemas Pecuarios, S.A. de C.V. from 1998 to 2004, a joint venture between private Mexican and Great Britain companies, and he is at present Chairman of PFS de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., a private Mexican company in the food service and logistics area controlled by Arancia Industrial. Mr. Aranguren-Trellez is also a member of the Regional Consulting Board of Telefonos de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., as well as of Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., the Citicorp Mexican bank subsidiary.

Ms. Beebe previously served as Vice President, Finance from July 2002 to February 2004, as Vice President from 1999 to 2002 and as Treasurer from 1997 to February 2004. Prior thereto, she served as Director of Finance and Planning for the CPC Corn Refining Business worldwide from 1995 to 1997 and as Director of Financial Analysis and Planning for Corn Products North America from 1993. Ms. Beebe joined CPC in 1980 and served in various financial positions in CPC’s US consumer food business, North American audit group and worldwide corporate treasury group. Ms. Beebe is a member of the Board of Directors of Packaging Corporation of America. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Ms. Hynes previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer for IMC Global Inc., a producer and distributor of crop nutrients and animal feed ingredients, from July 1999 to October 2004, and a consultant to The Mosaic Company, also a producer and distributor of crop nutrients and animal feed ingredients, from October 2004 to October 2005. The Mosaic Company acquired IMC Global Inc. in October 2004.

David Prichard is vice president, investor relations and corporate communications for Corn Products International, Inc. Westchester, IL. Prichard was recently promoted to vice president of investor relations and corporate communications. He joined Corn Products International, a leading global provider of agriculturally derived ingredients for diversified industries as director, investor relations in December 2005.

"Jorge L. Fiamenghi Vice President and President of the South America Division Mr. Fiamenghi served as Acting President, US/Canadian Region from August 2001 to February 2002. Mr. Fiamenghi served as President and General Manager, Corn Products Brazil from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Fiamenghi was General Manager for the CPC Corn Refining affiliate in Argentina beginning in 1991. Prior thereto, he was Financial and Planning Director for the CPC South American Corn Refining Division from 1989 to 1991, and served as Financial and Administrative Manager for the CPC Corn Refining Division in Mexico beginning in 1987. Mr. Fiamenghi joined CPC in 1971 and served in various financial and planning positions in CPC. "

Mr. Kornmeyer previously served as Corporate Controller at Foster Wheeler Ltd., a worldwide engineering and construction company, from 2000 to 2002.

Barb Klein is senior vice president, chief financial officer and executive committee member of CDW, a FORTUNE 500 company and a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education. In addition, she serves as director of CDW Government, Inc. Klein is responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, internal audit and investor relations. Klein joined CDW in 2002, bringing more than 20 years of financial and leadership experience to the management team. Previously, she served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Dean Foods Company. Prior to Dean Foods, Klein served as vice president and corporate controller for Ameritech Corporation. Additionally, Klein held senior management positions at Pillsbury and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Klein, a certified public accountant, graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance and a master's degree in business administration from Loyola University. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Illinois Society of CPAs, The Chicago Network, Financial Executives Institute and Chicago Finance Exchange. Additionally, Klein serves on the Board of Directors of Corn Products International, Inc.

Mr. Kenny has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable since August 2001. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable from May 1999 to August 2001. From March 1997 to May 1999, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable. From June 1994 to March 1997, he was Executive Vice President of the subsidiary of General Cable which was General Cable’s immediate predecessor. He is also a director of Cardinal Health Incorporated and Corn Products International. Mr. Kenny has a diverse career in government and industry. In 1975, through competitive exam, Mr. Kenny entered the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. His diplomatic career focused on international economics and trade, and included tours in Washington DC and South America. In 1982, Mr. Kenny moved to the private sector joining the Penn Central Corporation, then a $3.0 billion revenues, multi-industry conglomerate. As an officer, he held a variety of positions including VP Corporate Development and Group Executive for the Technical Products and Services companies, which included Penn Central’s activities in Rail Services, Satellite Systems and Nuclear/Environmental engineering. Mr. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University (NYSE: CPO).

Mr. Almeida retired in 2001 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Heller Financial, Inc., a commercial finance and investment company, a position he had held since 1995. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Heller Financial from 1987 until 1995. Before that service, he was an executive with Citicorp/Citibank, a full service bank, serving in various capacities. Mr. Almeida is a director of UAL Corporation, CARE(USA) and High Jump. Previously, he was a member of the boards of E-Funds Corp. and The Marmon Group.

Mr. Norman retired in January 2005 from the Travel Industry Association, a trade association for the travel industry, where he had been President and Chief Executive Officer since 1994. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK), a rail transportation company, from 1987 to 1994. He is the Chairman of the Board of LMI, a nonprofit government consulting organization dedicated to improving management of the US Federal Government, and a director of the U.S. Travel Association. He is also a Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of West Virginia Wesleyan College and a member of the Board of Overseers of the Hospitality Hall of Honor and Archives.

George brings more than 20 years of creative and communications experience from Ameritech. George contributed to several important projects, including heading up a team that produced more than 700 video, multimedia and web projects. He worked on a project to market Ameritech's Internet/intranet communications product lines. He was also part of a team that launched Ameritech into the cellular long distance arena. George is a founding member of Dolphin Marketing Communications, a company that works with clients such as Corn Products International, Portland Cement Association and Howmet Corporation. George earned a Masters of Science degree in the Communications Executive Program at Northwestern University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications/broadcasting from Southern Illinois University.

Ms. Hunter previously served as Director of Corporate Treasury from September 2001 to February 2004. Prior to that, she served as Managing Director, Investment Grade Securities at Bank One Corporation, a financial institution, from 1997 to 2000 and as Vice President, Capital Markets of Bank One from 1992 to 1997.

"Bernard H. Kastory Former Professor of Business Administration at Skidmore College and Former Senior Corporate Executive at Bestfoods Mr. Kastory taught business strategy in the Business Department at Skidmore College, a private, liberal arts college, from 2001 until his retirement in December 2007. He served as a Senior Vice President of Bestfoods (formerly known as CPC International) from 1999 to 2001 with responsibility for its Asian, Latin American and Baking divisions. Bestfoods, which was acquired by Unilever in 2000, was a global producer of consumer food products. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President — Finance and Administration of Bestfoods from 1997 until 1999, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bestfoods’ Baking Business from 1995 until 1997 and as President of its Corn Refining Business and Vice President of CPC International since 1992. Mr. Kastory is a member of the Advisory Board of Bimbo Bakeries USA, an affiliate of Grupo Bimbo, a member of the Finance Committee of Double H Ranch, a camp for children with terminal illnesses, and a Trustee of Skidmore College. "

Paul Hanrahan, 51 years old, has been the President, CEO and a member of our Board of Directors since 2002. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Hanrahan was the Executive Vice President and COO. In this role, he was responsible for managing all aspects of business development activities and the operation of multiple electric utilities and generation facilities in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Hanrahan was previously the President and CEO of the AES China Generating Company, Ltd., a public company formerly listed on NASDAQ. Mr. Hanrahan also has managed other AES businesses in the United States, Europe and Asia. In March 2006, he was elected to the board of directors of Corn Products International, Inc. Prior to joining AES, Mr. Hanrahan served as a line officer on the U.S. fast attack nuclear submarine, USS Parche (SSN-683). Mr. Hanrahan is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the U.S. Naval Academy.
