"As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Nieser is responsible for all finance/control functions. This entails the analysis and negotiation of acquisitions, structure of the Company's equity and debt financing, and interfacing with Wall Street and investors. The programs include secure and open treatment facilities for delinquent and dependent youth, shelter care, and detention and community-based prevention, treatment, and aftercare services.
