Dwight S. Taylor is Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Development Services, LLC (CDS), the development subsidiary of Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC). He is responsible for identifying and capturing new development opportunities, and oversees the design and construction of suburban office buildings in key submarkets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Dwight has more than 24 years of direct or related real estate experience including 14 with Constellation Real Estate and four with The Rouse Company. As Senior Sales/Leasing Representative from 1981-1984 with The Rouse Company, Dwight was responsible for industrial and office land sales and office leasing. From 1977-1981 Dwight was Senior Vice President of the Baltimore Economic Development Corporation and had direct responsibility for all sales, leasing, financial and information services. He was also a Senior Consultant and Director of the Department of Area Development and Tourism for Checchi & Company, a Washington, D.C. based international consulting firm, from 1969-1977. Dwight earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Lincoln University. He has been active with a number of local and regional organizations including the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) where he currently serves as President. He also is a member of the NAIOP national board. Dwight has been active with numerous civic and charitable organizations. He is a founding member of Associated Black Charities of Maryland, and currently serves on the Trustee Boards of the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute Foundation, Capitol College, and Lincoln University. Since 1997 he has served on the Board of Directors of Micros Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCRS)

Randall M. Griffin (Rand) is President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Office Properties Trust. Mr. Griffin was elected as Trustee in April 2005. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer from September 1998 to January 2005, at which time he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1993 to September 1998 he was President of Constellation Real Estate Group until its merger into COPT. Mr. Griffin oversees all real estate operations, development and property management functions. Mr. Griffin's work experience includes 34 years of proven experience in the creation of real estate value through direct responsibilities in management, development, marketing and finance. From 1990-1993, Mr. Griffin was Vice President of Development for EuroDisney Development in Paris, France, where he managed and directed all non-theme park development for the 5,000-acre project. Mr. Griffin was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Linclay Corporation, a Midwest-based real estate firm active in urban and suburban commercial office, retail and industrial development, asset management and investment. He was with Linclay Corporation from 1976 -1990. Mr. Griffin is on the Board of Directors of The National Aquarium in Baltimore and serves on its Executive Committee, the National Aquarium Foundation Board, the National Aquarium Society Board in Washington, D.C. and the Center for Aquatic Life and Conservation Board. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Washington Initiative, the Board of Directors of the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education and the BWI Business Partnership, the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investments Trusts, the Board of Visitors of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and the Maryland Commission on Public Art. Mr. Griffin earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Mr. Griffin served as 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. His professional affiliations include Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and NAREIT.

Wayne Lingafelter , age 49, has been our President of Corporate Development Services, LLC ( CDS ) and COPT Development & Construction Services, LLC ( CDCS ) since January 2009, previously serving CDS and CDCS as Senior Vice President-Development & Construction since May 2008. Prior to joining CDS and CDCS, Mr. Lingafelter served Duke Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust, for 20 years in several positions, the most recent of which included Senior Vice President of Government Solutions from February 2006 to May 2008 and Senior Vice President of Cleveland Operations from February 2000 to February 2006.

Mr. Waesche was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2006. He is responsible for investments, asset management, property management and government services. Prior to August 2006 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Waesche has more than 20 years of financial real estate experience and has a proven record of performance oriented achievement in financing, investment execution, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and accounting and has had primary responsibility for over $1 billion of investments. Since 1984, Mr. Waesche has obtained more than $1.5 billion of real estate and corporate financing. Mr. Waesche was a practicing CPA with Coopers & Lybrand for five years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration in Finance from Loyola College. Mr. Waesche is a Trustee of the Sheppard Pratt Health System and is a member of the Maryland Industrial Development Finance Authority.

Stephen E. Riffee is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Corporate Office Properties Trust, and is responsible for accounting, finance, tax and reporting, treasury, investor relations and information technology. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Riffee was Chief Financial Officer of CarrAmerica Realty Corporation in Washington, DC. Prior to CarrAmerica, Mr. Riffee held positions with Marriott International, Inc., Burlington Northern Railroad and KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Riffee graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Distinction.

Karen M. Singer is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Corporate Office Properties Trust. She is responsible for all legal matters and supervises the Company’s legal department. Ms. Singer has been involved with the creation of all leases, sales contracts, financing documents and other legal instruments involving the company since 1996 when she joined the company as Assistant General Counsel. Ms. Singer was promoted to Associate General Counsel in 1999 and then to General Counsel in 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Singer was with the law firm of Weinberg & Green (now known as Saul, Ewing). Ms. Singer graduated cum laude with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and obtained her law degree from the University of Virginia, where she graduated Order of the Coif and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. She is a member of the Maryland State and the American Bar Associations. Ms. Singer participates in several civic organizations such as CREW-Baltimore and is a member of the Board of Directors of both Art With A Heart, Inc. and Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc.

Mary Ellen Fowler is Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Corporate Office Properties Trust. In this role, Ms. Fowler is responsible for the Company's cash management and capital markets functions, in addition to maintaining the Company's communication with the public markets, specifically with investors, analysts, and the news media. Ms. Fowler is responsible for conveying the Company's financial results and activities to external audiences and maintaining relationships with existing and potential retail and institutional investors. Ms. Fowler is also responsible for coordinating and negotiating the Company's financing requirements. Ms. Fowler's work experience includes over 20 years in commercial real estate lending, the last eight years as a Senior Relationship Manager on the National Accounts team for Key Bank located in Cleveland, Ohio. In this position, Ms. Fowler was responsible for working with REITs and public real estate companies on both their debt and equity needs. Ms. Fowler earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from LeMoyne College and a Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University.

Clay W. Hamlin, III has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 1997 and was appointed Vice Chairman effective April 1, 2005. He was Chief Executive Officer from October 1997 until his retirement on April 1, 2005. From May 1989 until joining COPT, Mr. Hamlin was the Managing Partner of The Shidler Group's Mid-Atlantic region, where he supervised the acquisition, management and leasing of over four million square feet of commercial property. He has been active in the real estate business for over 30 years. Mr. Hamlin is a founding shareholder of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. and also serves as a Director/Trustee of TractManager, Inc. and the National Prostate Cancer Coalition.

Mr. Wethe has been a member of the Board of Trustees since January 1990. Since 1988, Mr. Wethe has been the owner and principal officer of Wethe & Associates, a Dallas based firm providing independent risk management, insurance and employee benefit services to school districts and governmental agencies. Mr. Wethe has over 27 years experience in the group insurance and employee benefits area. Mr. Wethe is a licensed CPA.

Robert L. Denton is a member of our Board of Directors. Mr. Denton is a Managing Partner with The Shidler Group and the resident principal in its New York office. Mr. Denton is responsible for directing the implementation of The Shidler Groupa s new investment vehicles, including sourcing, strategy, and financing. Prior to joining The Shidler Group in 1994, Mr. Denton co-founded Providence Capital, Inc., a private investment bank. Providence Capital was the successor company to First Pacific U.S. Securities Limited, a Hong Kong domiciled broker-dealer that specialized in the sale of U.S. securities to Asian investors. Mr. Denton was responsible for all U.S. activities and the mergers and acquisitions business. First Pacific was merged into Jefferies & Company in 1987 and Mr. Denton became co-head of Jefferiesa mergers and acquisitions division. Prior to joining First Pacific in 1985, Mr. Denton was a principal with Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. where he provided acquisition strategic advisory services to U.S. and international companies. Mr. Denton has completed numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions and consulting assignments during his career. Mr. Denton graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from the Wharton School. Mr. Denton serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC).

Thomas F. Brady, Executive Vice President, Constellation Energy, has responsibility for corporate strategy. He assumed the corporate strategy position in 1999. In 2006, he was named Chairman of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, and from 2002-2006, he was responsible for Constellation's retail lines of business, Constellation NewEnergy. Prior to his current position at Constellation Energy, Mr. Brady held various executive positions at Baltimore Gas and Electric, including Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Active in business, civic and community affairs, Mr. Brady serves as a trustee/director of Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE:OFC), Maryland Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Inc. and Stevenson University. Mr. Brady also serves as President of the Constellation Energy Foundation. In the past, he has served as Chairman of the Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission/Maryland Public Television (2003-2007) and a Committee Chairman for the USGA 2002 Senior Open. Mr. Brady earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Baltimore and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola College in Baltimore. He also has completed the advanced executive program at Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Brady is a Certified Public Accountant and in 1988-1989 he was chairman of the American Gas Association Accounting Advisory Council, a select group of nationally recognized financial experts that provided guidance in developing accounting guidelines for regulated energy enterprises. He was also selected as member of the 1988 U.S. Delegation for the Future Leaders Exchange Program to Europe. The delegation provided economic intelligence to the United States Information Agency regarding the proposed European Economic Community. Mr. Brady served in the Air National Guard/USAF between 1970 and 1976.
