Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) (NYSE: OFC) is a specialty office real estate investment trust (REIT) that focuses on strategic customer relationships and specialized tenant requirements in the U.S. Government, Defense Information Technology and Data sectors. The Company acquires, develops, manages and leases properties which are typically concentrated in large office parks primarily located adjacent to government demand drivers and/or in growth corridors. As of March 31, 2009, the Company owned 259 office and data properties totaling 19.4 million rentable square feet, which includes 19 properties totaling 852,000 square feet held through joint ventures. The Company's portfolio primarily consists of technically sophisticated buildings in visually appealing settings that are environmentally sensitive, sustainable and meet unique customer requirements. COPT is an S&P MidCap 400 company.

Dwight S. Taylor is Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Development Services, LLC (CDS), the development subsidiary of Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC). He is responsible for identifying and capturing new development opportunities, and oversees the design and construction of suburban office buildings in key submarkets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Dwight has more than 24 years of direct or related real estate experience including 14 with Constellation Real Estate and four with The Rouse Company. As Senior Sales/Leasing Representative from 1981-1984 with The Rouse Company, Dwight was responsible for industrial and office land sales and office leasing. From 1977-1981 Dwight was Senior Vice President of the Baltimore Economic Development Corporation and had direct responsibility for all sales, leasing, financial and information services. He was also a Senior Consultant and Director of the Department of Area Development and Tourism for Checchi & Company, a Washington, D.C. based international consulting firm, from 1969-1977. Dwight earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Lincoln University. He has been active with a number of local and regional organizations including the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) where he currently serves as President. He also is a member of the NAIOP national board. Dwight has been active with numerous civic and charitable organizations. He is a founding member of Associated Black Charities of Maryland, and currently serves on the Trustee Boards of the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute Foundation, Capitol College, and Lincoln University. Randall M. Griffin (Rand) is President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Office Properties Trust. Mr. Griffin was elected as Trustee in April 2005. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer from September 1998 to January 2005, at which time he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1993 to September 1998 he was President of Constellation Real Estate Group until its merger into COPT. Mr. Griffin oversees all real estate operations, development and property management functions. Mr. Griffin's work experience includes 34 years of proven experience in the creation of real estate value through direct responsibilities in management, development, marketing and finance. From 1990-1993, Mr. Griffin was Vice President of Development for EuroDisney Development in Paris, France, where he managed and directed all non-theme park development for the 5,000-acre project. Mr. Griffin was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Linclay Corporation, a Midwest-based real estate firm active in urban and suburban commercial office, retail and industrial development, asset management and investment. He was with Linclay Corporation from 1976 -1990. Mr. Griffin is on the Board of Directors of The National Aquarium in Baltimore and serves on its Executive Committee, the National Aquarium Foundation Board, the National Aquarium Society Board in Washington, D.C. and the Center for Aquatic Life and Conservation Board. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Washington Initiative, the Board of Directors of the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education and the BWI Business Partnership, the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investments Trusts, the Board of Visitors of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and the Maryland Commission on Public Art. Mr. Griffin earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Prior to August 2006 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Waesche has more than 20 years of financial real estate experience and has a proven record of performance oriented achievement in financing, investment execution, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and accounting and has had primary responsibility for over $1 billion of investments. Karen M. Singer is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Corporate Office Properties Trust. She is responsible for all legal matters and supervises the Company’s legal department. Ms. Singer has been involved with the creation of all leases, sales contracts, financing documents and other legal instruments involving the company since 1996 when she joined the company as Assistant General Counsel. Ms. Singer was promoted to Associate General Counsel in 1999 and then to General Counsel in 2004. Mary Ellen Fowler is Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Corporate Office Properties Trust. In this role, Ms. Fowler is responsible for the Company's cash management and capital markets functions, in addition to maintaining the Company's communication with the public markets, specifically with investors, analysts, and the news media. Clay W. Hamlin, III has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 1997 and was appointed Vice Chairman effective April 1, 2005. He was Chief Executive Officer from October 1997 until his retirement on April 1, 2005. From May 1989 until joining COPT, Mr. Hamlin was the Managing Partner of The Shidler Group's Mid-Atlantic region, where he supervised the acquisition, management and leasing of over four million square feet of commercial property. Robert L. Denton is a member of our Board of Directors. Mr. Denton is a Managing Partner with The Shidler Group and the resident principal in its New York office. Mr. Denton is responsible for directing the implementation of The Shidler Groupa s new investment vehicles, including sourcing, strategy, and financing. Prior to joining The Shidler Group in 1994, Mr. Denton co-founded Providence Capital, Inc., a private investment bank. Providence Capital was the successor company to First Pacific U.S. Securities Limited, a Hong Kong domiciled broker-dealer that specialized in the sale of U.S. securities to Asian investors. Mr. Denton was responsible for all U.S. activities and the mergers and acquisitions business. First Pacific was merged into Jefferies & Company in 1987 and Mr. Denton became co-head of Jefferiesa mergers and acquisitions division. Thomas F. Brady, Executive Vice President, Constellation Energy, has responsibility for corporate strategy. He assumed the corporate strategy position in 1999.
