"John M. Cassaday is the founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Corus Entertainment Inc. Corus is a Canadian leader in radio and specialty television. John Cassaday has also received many business, industry and charitable honours including induction in the Marketing Hall of Legends in 2006 and the Gold Medal from the Association of Canadian Advertisers in 2004, which recognizes individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of marketing communications in Canada. John was also a recipient of the Canadian Council of Christians and Jews 2004 Human Relations Award as well as the 2004 recipient of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters’ top honour, the Gold Ribbon Award for Broadcast Excellence. He was awarded the 1995 Paul Mulvihill Heart Award and was the recipient of the 1994 CEO Award of Excellence in Public Relations, presented by the Canadian Public Relations Society."

"Paul Robertson was appointed President, Television for Corus Entertainment Inc. in November 2002. In this role, Paul is responsible for Corus Entertainment’s specialty networks and their brand extensions: YTV, Treehouse, Discovery Kids, W Network, Cosmopolitan TV, VIVA, CMT and SCREAM as well as Movie Central, western Canada’s pay television service and HBO Canada in the West. Paul also oversees Nelvana and Kids Can Press as well as Corus’ involvement in the international television services qubo and KidsCo. In addition, he is responsible for three conventional television stations in central Ontario, the audio digital music service Max Trax and Corus Custom Networks, which offers local cable advertising. Paul joined the company as President of YTV in 1997. Before joining Corus, he was President of Baton Broadcast Sales from 1995 to 1996. From 1990 to 1995, he held various positions at CTV Television Network Ltd., including Senior Vice President of Programming and Marketing. Paul entered the broadcasting industry after holding senior marketing positions at Campbell Soup Company, General Foods and Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising. Paul graduated with an Honours degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 1977. He currently serves on the Campaign Cabinet for United Way of Greater Toronto and is a board member of the Canadian Film Centre."

"Scott Dyer is Chief Technology Officer for Corus Entertainment Inc., responsible for leading all of the Company's divisional and corporate technological undertakings. In this role, Scott has operational and strategic responsibility for the hardware, software, personnel and technical resources of Corus' core and new media businesses. Prior to this position, Scott was Executive Vice President, General Manager, Corus Kids. Scott began his tenure at Corus as Executive Vice President, Production and Development at Nelvana, which produces internationally renowned and award-winning children's animated content such as Babar and Franklin. At Nelvana, Scott helped guide the creative vision and technological development of Nelvana's high-calibre team of animators, developers and producers. Trained as a mathematician at Carnegie Mellon University, Scott entered the animation business after spending three years in Utah working on visual systems for flight simulators. His first entertainment industry career saw him producing commercial effects for television at Cranston/Csuri Productions, one of the first computer animation companies in North America. Expertise in that field led Scott to a professorship at Ohio State University, where he spent four years running a research group that applied computer animation to science at The Ohio Supercomputer Center. Scott started Windlight Studios with a group of partners in 1993, and joined Nelvana in 1997 after Nelvana acquired the Dyer-produced pilot of Emmy® award-winning CGI series Rolie Polie Olie."

Tom Peddie is senior vice president and CFO of Corus Entertainment. Mr. Peddie also has extensive media experience both in broadcast and print, as president of WIC Western International Communication. He held the CFO position at CTV Television Network, Toronto Sun Publishing Corporation, and Canada Packers. Mr. Peddie previously held the position of CFO for Campbell Soup's international operation in the U.S. Mr. Peddie is a chartered accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor. Mr. Peddie has served as a director of CCL since 2003.

"David Spence is Vice President, Controller of Corus Entertainment Inc. He joined Nelvana Limited in November 1999, was appointed Corporate Controller of Corus Entertainment in June 2003 and was promoted to Vice President, Controller in February 2005. Dave has several years experience in financial reporting, and in addition to Corus has held progressively more senior positions at Price Waterhouse and Sherritt International Corporation. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University. He is a chartered accountant, and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Emerging Issues Committee. He also sits on the board of several not-for-profit organizations."

"Gary A. Maavara is Vice President and General Counsel for Corus Entertainment Inc., overseeing all legal and regulatory affairs associated with the Company’s extensive operations in radio, television, programming, films, books, music, toys and websites. Prior to joining Corus, Gary was employed in a variety of executive and operating roles with CanWest Global Communications Corp. His career includes 10 years with CTV in senior level positions including Group Vice President, Programming; Vice President Sports, Chief Legal Counsel and Vice President Operations and Engineering. Prior to joining CTV, Gary practiced intellectual property and communications law at a major Bay Street law firm, with a client roster that included CTV, Standard Broadcasting, several NHL clubs and Loblaw Companies Limited. Gary is a graduate of Boston University and the Osgoode Hall Law School of York University. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1983. Gary Maavara is a director of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters and the Centre for Cultural Management at the University of Waterloo. He also sits on a variety of committees of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters."

Hal Blackadar was appointed Corus' Vice President of Human Resources in April, 2002. Previously, he was Vice President, Ontario for Corus Radio and has been with Corus and its predecessor company Shaw Communications since 1995. Mr. Blackadar has also served as a manager of joint radio properties in Halifax, Ottawa and Toronto, and as President of Maclean Hunter's Radio division for the Ontario region. He has also served as Director of the United Way of Canada, Chairman of Oakwood Terrace Senior Care Facility, and the Royal Ottawa Hospital Foundation. Other Board positions have included Director of the Radio Marketing Bureau of Canada and the Foundation to Assist Canadian Artists on Record (FACTOR). Mr. Blackadar is a founding member of the digital radio rollout committee for Canada, and has held responsibilities for the operations of 102.1 The Edge and Energy 108 on behalf of Shaw Radio Ltd.

Lucie Lalumiere joined Corus Entertainment Inc. in 2005 as Vice President and General Manager Interactive, Television to lead Corus Television's interactive properties and initiatives as well as develop new business opportunities. Since her arrival, Ms. Lalumiere has spearheaded a number of new initiatives that reinforced YTV.com's position as a leader in youth content, including the creation of an international online game network, TheBigRip.com. Previously, Ms. Lalumiere was Executive Director of New Media at Radio-Canada, responsible for new media ventures, including the award-winning Radio-Canada.ca website. She also oversaw Internet and wireless partnership development for CBC and Radio-Canada, and was chair of the international multimedia committee of the Communaute des televisions francophones. With more than a decade of experience in the online industry, Ms. Lalumiere has held a number of strategic positions, heading up the development of multimedia applications at Bell and online content at Sympatico, where she also served as General Manager of online French services. Ms. Lalumiere sits on the Board of Interactive Ontario and was a Board member for the Bell Broadcast and New Media Fund from 2002 to 2005. Ms. Lalumiere holds an undergraduate degree in Management of Information Systems from Universite de Sherbrooke and an MBA from McGill University, completed at New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program.

Doug Murphy joined Corus Entertainment Inc. in December of 2002 and is currently President of Nelvana, EVP and General Manager of Corus Kids. In this role, Doug is responsible for overseeing Corus' global kids business, including the specialty networks YTV, Treehouse and Discovery Kids Canada as well Nelvana, Kids Can Press, KidsCo and qubo. Prior to this position, Doug was President, Nelvana Enterprises. Doug is a seasoned business executive who builds strong teams and has demonstrated success in both domestic and international markets. He has over 10 years of experience in senior positions with The Walt Disney Company in North America and abroad, with a proven track record in business development and revenue growth. Doug was Senior Vice President, Business Development, Theme Parks and Resorts for The Walt Disney Company where he led the development of Disney's international growth strategy for the Parks and Resorts segment for the years 2005 to 2015. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager for The Disney Store, North America. In this role, Doug led the turnaround strategy, focusing merchandising initiatives while cutting costs and reducing inventory. As Vice President and General Manager of The Disney Store Japan, based in Tokyo, Doug oversaw the strategic growth of the stores from 22 to 77 units, becoming the largest foreign-owned retailer in Japan as of 1998. An entrepreneur in many respects, Doug Murphy launched The Disney Store Canada and developed The Walt Disney Gallery. Prior to Disney, he created the original Chapters Bookstore Cafe in Toronto in 1986. Doug holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He is a native of Toronto, where he lives with his wife Alexa and their daughters, Maeve and Nessa.

"John (Jack) R. Perraton, CM, Q.C., is a senior partner of the Calgary office of Perraton Law and has a corporate commercial practice that concentrates on strategic business advice, corporate restructuring, securities issues, contract negotiation and oil and gas law. He has worked extensively with clients in the oil and gas industry on complex business negotiations, securities matters and strategic planning. His practice, to a large degree, has involved working with boards and upper management of both public and private corporate entities of varying sizes. As well he has extensive experience in international negotiations and diplomacy in many countries. Mr. Perraton is also very active in several professional associations and community organizations. He acted as the Chairman of the Canada 2005 Exposition Corporation, which led Canada's bid to host a World's Fair in 2005. He has been the recipient of many awards in recognition of his community and professional service, including the Distinguished Service Award from the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association (Alberta) in 1996, and was named Calgary's Citizen of the Year for 1997. In June 1998, Mr. Perraton was appointed as the Chancellor of the University of Calgary, and in October 1999 was named as the Honourary Counsel General for Korea in Alberta. In 2001, Mr. Perraton was made a member of the Order of Canada and in 2003, received an Alumni Honour Award from the University of Alberta. Mr. Perraton belongs to the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Assist Program, the Calgary Herald Advisory Board, the Board of Governors of the University of Calgary, and is Chair of the Kids Cancer Care Foundation, a member of the Jubilee Auditoria Foundation Board and member of the Community Advisory Board of the Libin Cardiovascular Institute. "

Heather Shaw is the Executive Chair of Corus Entertainment Inc. She helped establish the company as a spin-off from Shaw Communications in 1999 and has served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Corus since that time. In 2002, Ms. Shaw won the Consumers' Choice Award for Calgary Business Woman of the Year. In 2001, she was listed in The Financial Post's "Power 50" the 50 most powerful women in Canadian business. In 1998, she was awarded a "Caldwell Partners Top 40 Under 40 Award". Prior to the launch of Corus Entertainment, Ms. Shaw was the President of DMX Music Canada, a digital subscription music service and Digital ADventure, a digital advertising service that included TV Listings and The Real Estate Channel. Ms. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where she is currently a member of the School's Business Advisory Board. She has been a member of the Young Presidents' Organization since 1995 and is actively involved as a Director on both corporate and not-for-profit boards. Currently, Ms. Shaw is a Director on the Board of the Calgary Health Trust and Viewtrak Technologies Inc. She was formerly a Director of Shaw Communications Inc. and served terms on the Board of Governors for the Glenbow Museum and the Banff Television Festival. As Executive Chair of Corus Entertainment, Ms. Shaw oversees a 10-member Board of Directors for one of Canada's leading media and entertainment companies with interests internationally. Corus is a market leader in both specialty TV and Radio and also owns Nelvana Limited, an internationally recognized producer and distributor of children's programming and products. The Company's other interests include publishing, television broadcasting and advertising services. Corus trades on both the Toronto and New York Stock Exchanges.

Ms. Hursh is the Chair of James Richardson & Sons, Limited, a family owned and managed conglomerate established in 1857, whose subsidiaries include: Pioneer Grain Limited, Canbra Foods Limited, Tundra Oil & Gas Limited, Lombard Realty Limited, Richardson Financial Partners Limited and Richardson Capital Limited. Ms. Hursh is also Chair of the Max Bell Foundation.

Ms. Roozen is Director and Corporate Secretary of Cathton Holdings Ltd. and the Allard Foundation, positions she has held since 1981. Ms. Roozen serves on the Alberta Cancer Board as well as on a number

Ms. Shaw is the Vice President, Facilities, Design and Management, Shaw Communications Inc. and Secretary of the Shaw Foundation, a philanthropic organization. Ms. Shaw is a Director for the McKenzie Meadows Golf Club.

Mr. Beland is President of Metromedia Plus, a Montreal-based transit advertising company. Prior to this, he held the position of President of Corus Radio Quebec, Metromedia Broadcasting and Telemedia Quebec. Mr. Beland is a member of the Quebec Bar Association and is also involved with a number of charitable organizations.

Mr. Royer is Chairman of Royco Hotels Ltd., a hotel management company. Mr. Royer retired as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Calgary-based Royal Host REIT in December 2005. He is also retired President, CEO and founder of Royal Host Corp., a hotel and resort ownership, franchising and management company. Mr. Royer served on the Board of Royal Host REIT from January 1998 to June 2006. Mr. Royer is Chairman Emeritus of the University of Lethbridge (Chairman from January 2001 to July 2006) and Chairman of the Alberta “Access to the Future Fund” for post-secondary institutions in Alberta.

Ms. Leaney is President of Wyoming Associates Ltd., a private investment and consulting firm based in Toronto. Prior to that, Ms. Leaney was Managing Director and Co-Head Global Communications Finance for TD Securities Inc. Ms. Leaney serves on the Board of Canadian Western Bank.
