David C. Carlson. Before joining CorVu as Chief Financial Officer in July 1996, Mr. Carlson gained extensive experience in the area of accounting and business operations. He served from July 1979 to July 1984 in the audit division of Arthur Andersen & Co. From July 1984 to April 1989, he held the position of Controller and later, Vice President of Finance at Canterbury Downs, a horse racing facility. He joined the Minnesota Timberwolves, a professional sports franchise, in April 1989 as Controller, a position he subsequently held at a local health and fitness chain until May 1996; (the sports franchise and the health and fitness chain were under common ownership). Mr. Carlson is responsible for all areas of financial management of the Company.

Troy worked in various IT positions for companies like the University of New South Wales and Comert Business Economists. Troy Rollo is past Chairman of the Coalition Against Unsolicited Bulk Email, Australia (CAUBE.AU) and is currently Executive Director of the International Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email (iCAUCE). Troy has a Bachelor of Computing Degree and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours Class I degree.

Deanna Ziemba has been with CorVu since 1995. Ms. Ziemba had worked for Platinum Technology and Prodea Software prior to joining CorVu. At CorVu, she has worked in a variety of roles including sales, support and consulting. With her extensive knowledge of CorVu customers, the CorVu product and the market, Ms. Ziemba is a key contributor and leader for the organization. As Vice President, Client Services, she currently manages the technical support, training, consulting and services areas of the company.

Dan is President & CEO of DemandTec, Inc., a leading provider of Consumer Demand Management software. Under his leadership and vision, DemandTec has brought together three distinct disciplines advanced econometrics, large-scale data processing, and Software-as-a-Service, in order to help retailers and consumer products manufacturers define merchandising and marketing strategies based on a scientific understanding of consumer behavior. Dan brings over 20 years of experience growing technology companies in dynamic markets, serving in senior executive positions at Ariba, Trading Dynamics, and Hyperion Solutions. Dan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

James Mandel has been the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Multiband Corporation (NasdaqCM: MBND) since October 1, 1998. Prior to August 2006, Multiband was an affiliate of the Company, owning approximately 51%, of the Company after the remaining 49%, of the Company's shares had been spun-off to Multiband shareholders of record as of August 10, 2006. Multiband is a Minnesota corporation based in New Hope, Minnesota, and is principally engaged in the business of offering voice, data and video series to residents of multi-dwelling units, and also serves as the master service operator and marketer of DirecTV services to residents of multi-dwelling units. Mr. Mandel was co-founder of Call 4 Wireless, LLC, a telecommunications company specializing in wireless communications, and served as its Chairman and a member of its Board of Directors from December 1996 until October 1998, and as its interim Chief Executive Officer from December 1996 until December 1997. From October 1991 to October 1996, he was Vice President of Systems for Grand Casinos, Inc., where his duties included managing the design, development, installation and on-going maintenance for the 2,000 room, $507 million Stratosphere Hotel, Casino and Tower in Las Vegas. Mr. Mandel also managed the systems development of Grand Casino Mille Lacs, in Onamia, Minnesota, Grand Casino Hinckley in Hinckley, Minnesota and six other casinos nationwide. He formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for CorVu Corporation, an international software development company which was sold in June of 2007, and currently serves as a director for NewMarket Technologies, an international technology company based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Mandel has served as a director of the Company since December 31, 2007.
