John Stanfill, Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Service, first joined us in June 1995 as an Account Executive for the New York City market. Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility at CoStar, ranging from business development and national market expansion to management of the Company's Inside Sales Division. Before being appointed Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Service, Mr. Stanfill held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Management. Mr. Stanfill received a B.A. from Boston University.

Dan Kimball, Vice President of Marketing, brings more than a decade of strategic marketing experience to CoStar Group. Prior to joining CoStar in early 2007, Mr. Kimball held marketing leadership positions at Capital One and other financial services firms. He also was Partner/Vice President of Advertising at Questus Inc., a leading interactive marketing agency. Throughout his career at both start-ups and Fortune 500 firms, Mr. Kimball has spearheaded new ventures and directed a range of corporate development initiatives, including business development, marketing, e-commerce and product development. He joined CoStar as Senior Director, E-Commerce, and played a key role in the development and release of CoStar Showcase. Mr. Kimball is a graduate of Colgate University and holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy.

Michael R. Klein has been the Chairman of our Board of Directors since he and Mr. Florance founded the Company in 1987. He was a partner of the law firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr, LLP from 1974 until the end of 2005. Mr. Klein currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors of The Sunlight Foundation, a non-profit educational organization, Vice Chairman of the board of directors of Perini Corporation, and as a director of SRA International, Inc.

Lauren Fitzgerald joined American Capital in September 2007 as Vice President, Human Resources. In this position she is responsible for leading all Human Resources activities as a business partner for our Corporate Groups—specifically, her clients include the FACT, Legal, Finance and Treasury, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Information Technology, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Real Estate, Financial Services and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities groups. Additionally, she provides Human Resources advisory services to American Capital's portfolio of companies. Most recently, Lauren was the Senior Director of Human Resources for CoStar Group, Inc., a publicly traded commercial real estate information company, for nearly eight years. She led the overall HR strategy including talent management, employee rewards and employee relations matters, while overseeing its growth in both the US and abroad. Prior to that role, Lauren was a Senior Manager of Human Resources for Pepsi-Cola Company's Mid-Atlantic region. She also was selected as Pepsi's National Project Manger for Affirmative Action Compliance and appointed Human Resources liaison to Job Corps, a vocational training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. She has also served as the head of Human Resources and other HR roles at Morton's Restaurant Group, where she created the infrastructure of the Human Resources Department amid nationwide expansion. Lauren began her professional HR career at Encyclopaedia Britannica. She has Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Commerce degrees with concentrations in Human Resources from DePaul University in Chicago.

Mr. Nassetta is our President and Chief Executive Officer. He also serves as a Director of CoStar Group, Inc., is Second Vice Chair and serves on the Board of Governors of National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, is a member and 2006 chairman-elect of The Real Estate Roundtable, and is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board for the University of Virginia. Mr. Nassetta joined our Company in 1995 as Executive Vice President and was elected our Chief Operating Officer in 1997. He became our President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2000. Prior to joining us, Mr. Nassetta served as President of Bailey Realty Corporation from 1991 until 1995, and had previously served as Chief Development Officer and in various other positions with The Oliver Carr Company.

David Bonderman has served as a director of Ryanair Holdings and Ryanair Limited since August 23, 1996 and as Chairman of the Board of Ryanair Holdings and Ryanair Limited since December 1996. In 1992, Mr. Bonderman co-founded Texas Pacific Group, a private equity investment firm. He currently serves as an officer and director of the general partner and manager of Texas Pacific Group. Mr. Bonderman is also an officer, director and shareholder of 1996 Air G.P., Inc., which owns shares of Ryanair. Mr. Bonderman serves on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: Burger King Holdings, Inc., CoStar Group, Inc. and GemAlto N.V.
