As Chief Investment Officer, Craig is responsible for developing the Company’s investment strategy and evaluating investment decisions across all divisions and product types. Previously, Craig served as Chief Administrative Officer, handling a wide range of responsibilities, including the legal, marketing, and human resources departments. In addition, he oversaw strategic corporate initiatives and draws on years of experience to assist in making development decisions for the Company. Earlier, Craig served as president of Cousins’ Office Division, where he led a team responsible for the leasing and management of more than 18 million square feet of office space. Over his more than 15 years at Cousins, Craig has also spent considerable time focused on the company’s medical office projects, and he previously led Cousins’ retail development operations on the West Coast. Craig joined Cousins in 1992 as part of the firm's acquisition of New Market Development Company, an Atlanta-based shopping center developer. As the Executive Vice President at New Market, Craig was involved in nearly all aspects of its business, with an emphasis on development activities and debt and equity finance. Prior to New Market, Craig was a partner with the Atlanta law firm of King & Spalding. Education: B.A., English, Washington and Lee University, Lexington, VA; and J.D., The University of Virginia Law School, Charlottesville, VA Memberships and Civic Involvement: Craig serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Central Atlanta Progress, a private, not-for-proft that strives to create a robust economic climate for downtown Atlanta. He is also is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, a community improvement district that levies additional property taxes on commercial property owners to fund public safety, transportation, cleaning and other initiatives. Outside of his interest in downtown Atlanta, Craig is a member of the Board of Directors of the East Lake YMCA.

James A. Fleming Jim is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Company, including tax, treasury and finance, and also oversees some corporate functions including information technology. He joined Cousins as Senior Vice President and General Counsel in July 2001 and became executive vice president and CFO in August 2004. Prior to joining Cousins, Jim was a partner in Fleming & Ray, LC, an Atlanta-based law firm he founded in 1994. As a real estate attorney, Jim was responsible for the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of office, retail, multi-family, hotel, industrial and mixed-use projects, as well as land and single-family subdivisions. Previously, he spent twelve years with the law firm of Long, Aldridge & Norman where he was Managing Partner from 1991-1993. Education: B.E.E., Auburn University, Auburn, Ala.; J.D., University of Virginia School of Law, Charlottesville, Va. Memberships and Civic Involvement: Jim has served as an Executive Committee Member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia from 1997 to 2001 and was the chair of the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association for 2000-2001. He has served as Chairman of the Real Property Law Seminar at the State Bar of Georgia's Annual Meeting, and served on the committee appointed by the Georgia Department of Revenue to draft Georgia's intangibles tax regulations. He authored the book, Georgia Landlord & Tenant - Lease Forms and Clauses (2nd Ed.), and several articles for the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Georgia State Bar Journal and Virginia Law Review. He also served as Past Chairman of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Atlanta, as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees, North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church, and as a member of the Board of Visitors for Emory University. He has participated in other civic organizations including Leadership Atlanta, Leadership Midtown and Outstanding Atlanta.

As Chief Leasing & Asset Management Officer, Steve oversees Cousins leasing and asset management operations, including Cousins third-party services. He was promoted to this position in December 2008 following his role as Senior Vice President in charge of operations for all of Cousins retail properties. Previously, Steve served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Retail Division. In this role, he led all retail leasing activity, including legal and tenant construction oversight. Yenser’s leadership in recruiting talent and managing resources across all aspects of the organization has been instrumental in orchestrating the rapid growth within Cousin’s Retail group since he joined Cousins in 2002. Prior to joining Cousins, Yenser spent 16 years with General Growth Properties (GGP), the nation’s second largest shopping center development company, holding a variety of positions in leasing, management and marketing. Prior to leaving GGP, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Asset Management for the company’s eastern region, which included total responsibility for thirty regional shopping centers. During his tenure at GGP, Yenser earned both the Chairman’s Award and Founder’s Award, the company’s top two achievement awards. Before GGP, Yenser played professional baseball with the Montreal Expos organization from 1981 – 1984. As a pitcher, he progressed to Montreal’s AA minor league organization before an elbow injury ended his career. Education: B.S., Business Management, Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, Kentucky Memberships and Civic Involvement:Steve serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Northwest Atlanta Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), as well as the fundraising steering committee for the Kennesaw State University athletic department.

As Vice Chairman, Dan oversees the development activities of each of Cousins' divisions (office, retail and land), reporting directly to President and CEO Tom Bell. Dan came to Cousins in 1992 as part of Cousins' acquisition of New Market Development Company, Ltd., which he founded in 1984. At New Market and as President of its Retail Division during his first three years at Cousins, Dan was responsible for developing more than 8 million square feet of retail space across the eastern United States. In 1995, Dan was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. In March 2001, Dan retired from Cousins and in September of the next year, he joined Atlanta-based Barry Real Estate Companies as CEO. In March 2003, Dan rejoined Cousins, taking the title of Vice Chairman. Education: B.S., Business Administration, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL Memberships and Civic Involvement: A native of Coral Gables, Florida, Dan serves on the advisory board for the University of Florida's College of Business Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Community Food Bank (currently serving as Chairman of both the New Building Committee and the Capital Campaign Committee), The Lovett School, The Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and Cornerstone Bank.

Larry L. Gellerstedt III In February 2009, Larry Gellerstedt was named President and Chief Operating Officer. He previously served as Chief Development Officer, leading Cousins’ development teams from pre-development activities to the delivery of stabilized projects. Larry joined Cousins Properties Incorporated following the acquisition of his firm, The Gellerstedt Group, in June 2005. Larry founded The Gellerstedt Group in 2003. Larry began his career at Beers Construction Company in 1978 as an estimator and project manager, working on the High Museum and the AT&T Long Lines Building. At age 26, he founded and became president of BCB Company, a Beers subsidiary focused on the health care industry. BCB grew to over $100 million in revenues in just four years, at which time Larry was named chairman and chief executive officer of the entire Beers organization. From 1986 to 1998 Beers grew annual revenues in excess of 1.2 billion dollars. In 1998, after the sale of Beers to Skanska USA, Larry was elected chairman and chief executive officer of American Business Products, a NYSE-listed manufacturer of packaging and printed office products. Emphasizing customer service, growth and shareholder value, he led a complete overhaul of every aspect of the business. In March of 2000, ABP was sold for a handsome premium for shareholders. In 2000, Larry became president and chief operating officer of The Integral Group, which is nationally known for visionary urban mixed-use development, construction management, property management and asset management. Larry was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young in 1992, CEO of the Year by Atlanta Business League in 1993, and one of Georgia's 100 Most Influential People by Georgia Trend magazine. He serves on the boards of Alltel and Rock-Tenn Company, as well as on the advisory board of SunTrust Bank. Education: University of North Carolina. Memberships and Civic Involvement: Larry chaired the Livable Communities Coalition, which leads a metro-wide commitment to retain and improve quality of life as the Atlanta region continues to grow. He co-chairs a $200 million capital campaign for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and he is the chair of the Piedmont Park Campaign. He is a director or trustee of Agnes Scott College, Central Atlanta Progress, Jesse Parker Williams Foundation, Midtown Alliance and The Commerce Club. As chairman of the Fernbank Museum of Natural History, Gellerstedt led that organization from the verge of bankruptcy to sustained viability and status as the most-attended museum in Georgia. As chairman of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, he oversaw the complex and successful merger of two major children's healthcare systems. He also chaired the Metropolitan Atlanta YMCA, providing direction for 16 locations throughout the area.
